• Michael (10/5): Wonderful location. Clean apartment. - Wonderful location. Property was clean. Someone met us there on arrival to show us all the details. 8 minute walk to Las Setas. Longer walk from train station but easily accessible by Uber or taxi.
• Angelique G. (8/5): Fijn appartement op zeer goede locatie! - Het appartement is echt fantastisch gelegen! Dichtbij alles en in een rustige buurt. De vriendelijkheid en behulpzaamheid van de verhuurder! We hadden last van mieren in de badkamer dat was vervelend. We moeten er wel bij vermelden dat na contact met de verhuurder dit de dag erna was opgelost. Als er iets is krijg je snel antwoord dus dat is erg netjes. Jammer dat de airco voor het hele appartement is geregeld en dat die in 1 van de slaapkamers zit. Hierdoor kun je niet zelf instellen per kamer.

• julie (10/5): Very good apartment and locstion - The people who we dealt with couldn't have been any more accommodating. From booking to departing communication was great. They allowed us to drop bags early and stored them for us when leaving after check out time. The apartment was very clean, quiet and comfortable. We would definitely go back and recommend it. We are pretty fit walkers so walked to all the major sights within about 30mins. La Setas is about 10 mins maximum on foot.

• MK (9/5): Highly recommended! - Staff communication and welcome was superb. The location could not be more perfect! The apartment is very stylish, comfortable, and in a safe area, exactly as described in the listing. We had a fabulous stay! If we had to pick something, between three of us, we ran out of hot water a couple of times when having showers. I guess they must have a small tank. Not a major issue, as we could just time them so they were a bit separate.
• centennialbaby (7/5): Truly the heart of a fine city! - Thoroughly marvelous location! It's one of those places that folds itself into a neighbourhood so readily that one feels part of a vibrant, pulsating city from the get-go. The beds provide an exceptionally comfortable sleep. The lights were out at at entrance but repaired shortly after we reported this. Nevertheless, they went out again the following day and remained so for the rest of our trip. There were also a few communication concerns: although the person who initially greeted us said that all we needed to do was contact them to arrange a cab at the end of our stay, the person we eventually contacted seemed to be quite unaware of our request or how best to handle it.

• Tímea (9/5): - Hangulatos utcában, nagyon jó lokáció, pár utcányira a Setastól. Közel van minden: éttermek, kávézók, piac, látványosságok, mégis csendes. A szállás igazán autentikus, kényelmes, szépen berendezett és tiszta volt, mindkét hálószobában nagyon kényelmes ággyal. Nem volt ilyen.
• Irene (7/5): - Tolle Lage. Betten gut. Genügend Geschirr. Sehr sauber. Ruhig. Schriftliche Kommunikation nur auf Spanisch. Dadurch zu Beginn Kommunikationsprobleme. Verwendung von WhatsApp wird vorausgesetz. Appartment sehr dunkel. Für 7 Nächte nur 1 Handtuch und 1 Badetuch/Person.

• Michał (10/5): Mieszkanie w fantastycznej lokalizacji - Czyste, przestronne mieszkanie z pięknym dziedzińcem, położone w fantastycznej okolicy. Największym atutem tego mieszkania jest lokalizacja - mimo iż znajduje się ono w cichej, wąskiej uliczce to tuż za rogiem jest pełno sklepików, restauracji i kawiarni. Zaletą jest przemiły i pomocny personel.

• Stephen (10/5): Super cool, quiet, ground floor apartment ideal base to explore Sevilla. - Air con is quiet but powerful which was perfect in 40+ degree heat. No outside noise could be heard, very comfortable beds which ensured a great night sleep, good kitchen set up and constant hot water in both bathrooms, ground floor is perfect have many steps walked around beautiful Sevilla . Everything was wonderful, host knowledge or info in apartment on nearest refuse/recycling points would have been helpful on arrival but we worked it out.

The place has an air conditioner that’s not too aggressive - it doesn’t blow cold air directly in your face but it keeps the space comfortably cool, so it feels very natural. Cleanliness was outstanding.

• Joan (10/5): Very comfortable apartment (excellent kitchen, beds, showers) - Cosy, comfortable, very well equipped, great location (central but quiet), excellent hosts 👍👍👍 Our only difficulty was storing our luggage in lockers nearby. It worked out very easily, in fact, but we worried in advance about it. Our flight home was very late (8pm) so storing our luggage was essential.

• Dian (10/5): Memorable, worthwhile - The beautiful apartment has everything you need for a convenient stay. We arrived after a long train journey and had a good night’s rest there. The kitchen is very well-equipped, the bedrooms are comfortable and the bathrooms are super clean. The living area is generous, perfect for our family of four. Location is strategic as it is in the old town itself. Check-in and communication with the staff is smooth. There is a dishwasher and a washing machine. No dryer but there’s a sufficient cloth-drying area that you can use. Nothing
• Sunshine (8/5): Clean and spacious apartment with close proximity to the city centre - Location is great, 3 minutes walk to Las Setas. Very close to shops, grocery store and restaurants. The entire apartment is clean with ensuite rooms. Highly recommended. Requested if we could stay past the check out time since we had to check in late on our arrival, and flight was not till the late afternoon, but request was not granted. Just a bit disappointed coz we have a toddler.

• John (10/5): Doubt you could find an apartment better than this in Seville. - The ground floor property was spacious air conditioned well furnished and decorated with period features and with a large modern bathroom and a kitchen with an abundance of crockery, cutlery and white goods more than adequate for long stays although we were only there 5 days. No noisy neighbours during our stay. Pleasant secluded entry courtyard with fountain. Situated in a very quiet area in an old area of narrow streets, with food stores only yards away and an easy fifteen minute walk to main shopping centre and cathedral area. Couldn't not fault the property. Was met at property by the agent who showed us round. Only comment is apartment rather dark with no view but not a problem as was out most of the time exploring.

• Graeme (9/5): Superb - The property is perfectly located for exploring the city on foot with many sites in easy walking distance. There are plenty of shops nearby with a fantastic selection of restaurants and bars at Alameda de Hercules just a few minutes away. The beds were comfy, the kitchen well appointed, and the owners really couldn't have been more helpful. We would happily stay again. Not really a criticism, but it's worth mentioning that the walls are pretty thin, so noise from the lift and upstairs flat can be heard. This caused us little issue, however.

• Chuck (10/5): Pretty much perfect in every way! - This is a vary spacious and charming apartment in the city center. Everything was absolutely lovely and would not hesitate to stay here again. I highly recommend!! It would be nice to have two sets of keys. There were four of us (two couples) with only one set of keys. Even though we travel together, we spend most days separately. It was hard for us to coordinate our schedules to return at the same time.
