The only thing I didn't like was that there was no storage space in the building in case of late flight.

- Jessica (10/5): - Natürlich war die Wohnung mit dieser Terrasse und Aussicht einfach traumhaft! Die Einrichtung war sehr modern, komfortabel, und passed für uns zu dritt (1 Erwachsener+ 2 größere Kinder).Die Kaffeemaschine(Siebträger Mini) + extra Kaffee war eine schöne Abwechslung. Die Lage war perfekt, man konnte alles zu Fuß gut erreichen und war schnell im Zentrum oder an Sehenswürdigkeiten. Eine ruhige Lage/Ecke. Supermarkt ist auch in der Nähe. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war top!

Wenn nicht gerade eine Baustelle gewesen wäre, wäre man gleich mitten im Zentrum Der Parkplatz ist schon 15 Gehminuten entfernt und nicht leicht zu finden Rauchen in der gesamten Anlage nicht erlaubt auch nicht im Hof oder auf dem Balkon

- Valentin Schacht (9/5): - Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl Herr gefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit der Unterkunft war super, uns wurde mit allem schnell und kompetent geholfen. Der Ausblick vom Balkon war atemberaubend! Für ein paar Tage Prag, ist diese Unterkunft ein wahrer Traum. Weit genug vom Zentrum entfernt um es etwas ruhiger zu haben und Trotzdem nah genug um fußläufig überall schnell zu sein.

Tea, coffee, some kitchen essentials,etc. so you do not need to go in a shop for a pack of salt for few days if you know what I am talking about. Location is great, never used public transport while staying there. Shower could be better. It’s leaking, you have to mop it after.

We really appreciated that the check-in instructions were sent in advance and were very detailed, which made the arrival process smooth and stress-free. The host also shared recommendations for local attractions and was always available to assist during our stay.::: The only downside was that there was some construction nearby, so it could be a bit noisy at times.

Номер був на шостому поверсі, вікна в потолку, тож ціна повинна була бути скорегована. Також на кухні не вистачало мікрохвильової печі.

- Sidonia (9/5): Wir waren sehr zufrieden, Die Lage ist gut, alles kann fußläufig erreicht werden. Nachts sehr ruhig, - Super Lage, sehr ruhig und Appartement sehr sauber und ordentlich. Ansprechend eingerichtet und sehr wohnlich. Es war alles vorhanden, was man so direkt nach der Anreise benötigt; Tee, Wasser, Kaffee. Sehr schöner, außergewöhnlicher Eingangsbereich, Treppenhaus. Pluspunkt: Aufzug vorhanden und ein kleiner Garten. im Bad ist das Waschbecken sehr mini, aber für eine Kurzreise reicht es aus, daher kein Kritikpunkt. An sich gab es nichts was ich bemängeln könnte.

- Mike (9/5): Der perfekte Standort, um Prag zu Fuß zu erkunden. - bereits im Hausflur beginnt der Urlaub. Einfach nur schön das Gebäude und die Wohnung. Die Lage ist nahezu perfekt, in 5 Minuten am Wenzelsplatz, mehrere Straßenbahn- und Metrolinien, es gibt keinen Grund das Auto zu nutzen. Parken ist in Prage schwierig und teuer, wir hatten das Auto bei Mr.Parkit (210,- für 7 Nächte) gegenüber abgestellt und da blieb es auch. Als Einraumwohnungsbewohner fand ich das Zimmer recht üppig. Die Wohnung war sauber und alles Notwendige für den Aufenthalt inklusive einfacher Küche vorhanden. Der Chlorgeruch liegt am Trinkwasser, an jeder Toilette in Prag kam bei mir irgendwie Schwimmbadfeeling auf, wer da empfindlich ist, 150 Meter entfernt gibts nen Späti. Meine hautempfindliche Begleitung hatte keinerlei Probleme mit dem Wasser beim Duschen und sie hat eigentlich immer Probleme. Rauchen kann man im Hof mit Bank, Aschenbecher und Regenschutz. Alles in allem war es eine sehr schöne Unterkunft, die beim nächsten Prag besuch gesetzt ist, dann aber mit der Bahnanreise. Der Hauptbahnhof liegt ca. 500m entfernt. ein Sparschäler wäre das Einzige was mir da einfällt. Die Deko war überall festgeklebt, wahrscheinlich damit sie nicht geklaut wird, aber es macht die Ablageflächen sehr unflexibel. Gegenüber wird zwar gebaut, aber die Fenster stehen meinen heimischen Schallschutzfenstern in nichts nach. Tschechen arbeiten übrigens auch am Sonntag.

- Jessica (8/5): Buen apartamento y bien ubicado - La ubicación está muy bien aunque escapa al alojamiento, de momento hay muchas obras por la zona. La atención de los anfitriones es muy buena y muy rápida. Pensé que tenía lavadora ya que tenía hasta tabla de planchar, la cama era bastante incómoda entre el techo inclinado y el ruido que hacía al moverse por eso dos personas y armamos el sofá cama

Coté cuisine, il manque un four (micro ondes ou normal) et des instruments de cuisine : essoreuse à salade, passoire,…

Nada lo unico que señalaría es que la habitacion que nos hospedamos era un piso por escalera y fue algo dificil por el equipaje, mas que eso fue perfecta la estancia!

- re (10/5): Un alojamiento para repetir! - El apartamento está genial! Cómodo, limpio y bien ubicado, como a unos diez minutos caminando de la estación central y el centro de la ciudad. Más allá del menaje, tiene de todo incluidos café, té, azúcar y lo básico para cocinar aunque a dos minutos hay un súper que abre hasta las once. Además aunque el check in era a las 15pm llegamos temprano y pudimos dejar las maletas un poco antes. Durante la estancia nos enviaron varios correos para ver que todo iba bien y darnos recomendaciones de sitios que visitar. Si volvemos a Praga, sin duda, repetiremos!
