• Alicia (7/5): - Very clean, nice apartment. Good heating system, shower, etc. Central area so convenient location. The door jams and is difficult to open. I needed help opening the door several times because it was stuck, too heavy. Coming home in the evening and the door not budging and there being no one around to help is stressful. There's no specific instructions about that - also there was only one key which was inconvenient for multiple guests.

• pat (10/5): Lugar ideal pero ojo al ascensor - Ubicación inmejorable. 3 minutos a Las Setas, 10 minutos a la Catedral y Real Alcazar, rodeado por bares y restaurantes. Un Carrefour Express a la puerta. El apartamento no es enorme pero está muy bien preparado con todas las comodidades. Camas y almohadas super cómodas y NO SE OYE NI UN RUIDO. Nos mandó un vídeo para explicar como llegar al apartamento, llaves etc y fue muy fácil entrar. El ascensor solo va hasta la planta 3 así que tuvimos que subir un tramo de 14 escalones con las maletas. No está bien explicado cuando reservas con Booking así puede causar un problema grave para alguien con dificultades para andar o con carrito de niño. El resto, perfecto!

• Amy (10/5): Exceptional - Location was great, near the Setas and shops nearby. Beds were comfortable and we took advantage of having a washing machine there to do some laundry. Hosts were very helpful. The key was kind of difficult to use, but we figured it out. Hosts sent videos to help explain how to check in and out that were very helpful.
• Ivosevic (10/5): Exceptional - Location was perfect, right in the center. Clean and spacy apartment. Great for a good sleep, very quiet. Many restaurants in the area. Everything was great.
