JAVIER (7/5): - El apartamento es cómodo, tiene una plaza de garaje y está bien ubicado. Dejan suficientes toallas y sábanas de cambio para los días que estás. Las camas y el sofá son confortables. La respuesta amable, pero cero activa para solucionar los distintos problemas que surgieron. Nos entregaron el apartamento DOS horas tarde avisándonos con cinco minutos de antelación (ya habíamos llegado a Vicedo cuando nos llegó el mensaje) y, a la entrega, estaba el suelo sucísimo y otras cosas muy mejorables. Al escribir e informarles, no hicieron nada para resolverlo más allá de volver a disculparse por los inconvenientes. Por otro lado, había una fuga en el lavabo; la mampara abría hacia fuera sin tope y chocaba contra el lavabo (por lo que leo, en otros comentarios también lo ponen) con el riesgo que suponía de rotura; había bastantes mosquitas de la humedad por todos sitios… Creemos que por el precio de los apartamentos en agosto, todos estos aspectos deberían de haber estado controlados por la empresa para entregarlos en perfectas condiciones y, por supuesto, en hora.
Agustina (8/5): - La ubicación, limpio, en general está muy bien. Ducha no funciona, incómoda al ser bañera, luces en cuarto de baño para maquillarse y pasillo.el salón una cortinas más tupida o persiana, los días de sol hacia calor de día.
