• sheila (8/5): - Location, privacy, facilities, security. In our opinion some of the soft furnishings e.g sun bed and sofa cushions were in need of replacing.

• Jutta (7/5): - Die Lage ist toll, die Wohnung geräumig, Dachterrasse toll. Küche mit allem was man benötigt und der Grill auf der Dachterrasse unser Highlight. Betten bequem, alles super sauber! Die Toilettenspülung einer der Toiletten war kaputt, dies wurde freundlich und zeitnah trotz Feiertag gelöst! Die Bäder riechen sehr, lt Auskunft kann das bei Wind in nerja vorkommen, haben wir in 25 Jahren Nerja allerdings noch nicht erlebt. Besonders das Duschbad ist arg in die Jahre gekommen. Das Sofa sollte erneuert werden und das Kunstleder der Stühle löst sich auf. Es gehen viele kleine Brösel ab die sich überall verteilen.

No welcome book with WiFi code or instructions how to heat the jacuzzi. Only 1 small Towel per person not good quality. Beds creek and no mirror in one of the bedrooms Furniture very tired and well used.

• Catarina (10/5): Semesterfirare - Fantastiskt trevligt boende, Lätt att få kontakt med ägarna både via telefon och mail om man hade frågor. Bra service. Gasoltuberna till grillen var slut när vi kom. Rinde ägarna och inom ett par timmar kom de med två nya. Stora och bra mataffärer i närområdet. Nära till stranden (ca 5 minuters promenad) Kan varmt rekomendera detta boende. Stolarna vid matbordet inne var lite nersuttna och slitna, skulle behöva uppdateras. Trappan till terassen var relativt smal och brant. Ena badrummet luktade lite avlopp.
• Sean (7/5): Nice but pricey for what it is - Place was clean and a lot of space. Reviews were misleading on distance to the beach. It was a lot closer than expected. Jacuzzi was nice once I learned how to use. Jacuzzi took a long time to heat up and there are no instructions to follow so when you think you have it sorted it might turn itself off only for you to come back to cold water. Key pick up could be easier. If I went with the driver from the property I would have been met with the keys but that was more expensive than uber or bolt. Pickup for the keys is 7ish min taxi from property.

• Alison (8/5): - Lovely apartment with a fantastic roof terrace, although stairs to the roof terrace are a little tricky. In an excellent location, 10 minute flat walk to the centre of Nerja and 5 minutes walk to the nearest supermarket. Would definitely stay again. Having to collect the key from the office, which is 10 minutes by car from the apartment, and is difficult to find, is not ideal. We weren't even able to leave our cases at the apartment to get the key, which was disappointing. Different arrangements need to be made with either a key box outside or someone meeting guests at the apartment to hand over the key.
• Joanne (10/5): Exceptional - This apartment had so much space, was very well equipped and spotlessly clean! The rooftop terrace was stunning with beautiful views of the sea and mountains. Would recommend and would stay again The stairs to the terrace are very steep, so it wouldn't be suitable if you had mobility issues.

• Patricia (8/5): Great location. Quiet and safe. Close to the sea. Fab terrace. - Fabulous terrace with lovely view. Jacuzzi is a real treat in spring. Flat clean and spacious, very good location, not far from the sea It took us a long time to work out the jacuzzi (we never used one before and it takes a day/night to heat up! ). It took us a while to understand that the cooker wasn't working because the fuse box wasn't properly shut. There is a smell in the bathroom probably coming from building sewage. The flat is clean but bathroom needs update.
• Suzy (10/5): Amazing honeymoon! - It was our 2nd time at this property we loved it so much & want to return again! The location is amazing, so close to amenities! Supermarket just up the road & a short walk to the Balcón. Amazing roof terrace! Communication with the host was very difficult. Their WhatsApp was having issues & my booking.com app messages also weren’t working.
• Yvonne (10/5): Second time here and would come back again. - Spacious accommodation with fantastic rooftop terrace with beautiful views of sea and mountains. Great location within easy walking distance of centre, buses, supermarkets, bars and beaches. Lack of cleaning products and limited essentials ie toilet paper, for our length of booking.
• Moore (9/5): Perfect location for a great family or friends holiday. - Perfect location for the beach Playa Playazo & Playa Torrecilla and close to town for Bars and Restaurants. Clean appartment and well equiped with easy access from road via communual door and lift. Underground Parking space and lift from lower ground to appartment on 5th Floor. Ice cold A/C in both bedrooms, showers great. Benifit of a washing machine. Great views. MAS supermarket round the corner. The stairs to the outside space could be improved and the hot tub is getting old (most jets dont work). The outside furniture could also do with replacing.

The kitchen is well equipped in my opinion the apartment needs upgrade especially - Location Dining room chairs need updating stairs to rooftop not suitable for elderly people. Only two sunbeds on rooftop which was fine as there was only two of us. Sunbed covers need replacement or a good clean

• Suzy (10/5): Perfect location, amazing apartment / jacuzzi! We will be back! Volveramos ❤️🇪🇸 - Location is excellent & the place really has everything you need! We had a barbecue on the roof with swordfish & prawns bought from the local MAS supermarket just a few yards up the road. Just a short dander over to the balcon 😃 comfortable beds & great shower too! Sad to have left & will definitely book again. NB The host can book a return taxi for you (to handle key collection & drop off, sadly we weren’t aware of this in time & already had a taxi booked from the airport to Nerja, we availed of this service on our return journey. We loved this apartment! ❤️🇪🇸 Don’t panic if you don’t receive key collection information until after you get off the flight in Spain. (I did panic! But it was all fine I’m the end)
• Garth (9/5): NERJA - A Relaxing location to unwind! - Location was good. 10 minute stroll to balcon and restaurants in centre of nerja. Beach and beachside restaurants 5 minutes walk. Road train for caves 10 minute stroll too. No real need for car but parking space was included. 10 minute walk to bus stop for frigliana which costs €1.20 each way. Mas Supermarket 2 minutes walk and great choice.roof top terrace nice to have. Wall safe for passports etc would be good
