- Bartek (8/5): - The place is nice very clean,have air conditioning,an apartment 1 bed room with open plan kitchen with a large sofa bed very comfotable, the second room has two very comfortable beds twin beds.Kitchen is equipped with cups,plates and other items,dishwasher.On the 4th floor is terrace with a view to the ocean you can seat and enjoy.The entry to apartmet they give you code to open door. Very modern building and nice opposite beach and next to restuarants.If you stay longer on the 3 day they do cleaning and they change towels.Very friendly people. I don't like where you have to pay to do laundry 4 euro washing machine one cycle,the dryer machine 2 euros. Should be included in the apartment rental

La situación que hay alrededor por la noche es peligrosa, y teniendo una terraza arriba preciosa hay que salir a la calle de noche si quieres fumar con el peligro que conlleva, si eres fumador no te aconsejo quedarte en estos apartamentos.

Que me tocaba ese cambio de toallas( al 3° día) .No estaría demás que REVISARAN ADECUADAMENTE LAS SALIDAS DE LOS CLIENTES, PARA EVITAR INCOMODAR CON E-MAIL ERRÓNEOS.

Accommodation has a tasteful interior design, well equipped kitchen, beautiful bathroom, spacious living/dining area and the rooftop balcony is very large with incredible views. Staff working on site very friendly and helpful and any queries answered efficiently on Whatsapp immediately. No negatives

- Melanie (8/5): Schöne Lage, neue Apartments aber mit ein paar kleineren Abstrichen - Die Lage ist toll und die Dachterrasse auch. Gutes Bett. Überraschend für uns wurde zur Wochenmitte 1x gereinigt. Das war toll!! Danke für alles..Handtücher waren genug vorhanden und eine zusätzliche Decke ebenso. Modern ausgestattet, jedoch fehlen noch ein paar Ablagen / Schrank im.SZ. Wir hatten eins der beiden Rooftop- Apartments, ganz oben. Dort surrte die ganze Nacht ein Generator o.ä. Für jmd mit öeichtem Schlaf schwierig. Zudem war das andere Apartment nur durch eine dünne Tür von unserem (Nr. 402) getrennt. Als es neu belegt war, hörte man somit natürlich alles. Die Waschmaschine kostet 4eur extra plus Gebühr f.d. Trockner ebenso, sie sollte bei dem Preis inkl sein. Der Fahrstuhl fiel oft aus. Es wurde aber an allem. sehr fleißig gearbeitet. Super nettes hilfsbereites Personal!!

- Cristina (1/5): Pessima assistenza - Otiima posizione sul mare, struttura nuova pulita, bellissimo appartamento, nuovo, pulito e funzionale, molto accogliente. Il cek-in della camera programmato è confermato in tarda serata a causa di un ritardo aereo è stato impossibile malgrado mille chiamate e messaggi. Abbiamo dovuto passare la notte sulle scale d'ingresso. Solo al mattino seguente ci sono stati consegnati i codici d'accesso.
- Mathias (7/5): - Top sanierte Anlage, mit toller Terrasse im Obergeschoss, Das Bild der Terrasse ist jedoch nicht wahrheitsgetreu. Das Appartement liegt am Meer. Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Strand liegen ebenfalls gleich um die Ecke. Trotzdem war es im Appartement ruhig. Self - Check in, daher niemand persönliches vor Ort. Die Zuständigen Personen sind schwer zu erreichen. Ich hatte das Appartement im 4. Stock - in der Nähe brummte ständig einen Generator, der sehr laut war, selbst um Mitternacht. Nebendran war ein Appartement mit Durchgangstüre. Daher war es leider nicht gut isoliert und man hörte jedes Wort der Nachbarn.

A big scam ! - Grei beliggenhet på Canteras promenaden Hvis du ønsker et fint opphold i Las Palmas , hold deg langt unna Sholeo Lodges. Leiligheten vi fikk først var midt i bygget uten noen utsikt. Naboen under røykte bestandig og det stinket når vi måtte lufte. Andre dagen ble vi flyttet til en veldig liten leilighet med utsikt over stranden, men der var det ikke varmt vann eller aircondition. Når vi klagde fikk vi bare masse løgner tilbake om at servicemann hadde fikset dette eller at vi ikke måtte bruke varmtvann OG aircondition samtidig. Det var servicefolk innom og kikket på varmtvannet som ikke virket, og en av dagene mens vi var på stranden forsvant det 300 euro fra min lommebok som lå på bordet i leiligheten. Terrassen på taket så kjempefin ut på bildene , men der var det INGEN møbler og absolutt ikke noe koselig sted å være. Bildene i annonsen stemmer absolutt IKKE med virkeligheten ! Vi flyttet ut dagen før oppholdet egentlig var over og inn på et hotell slik at vi fikk dusjet og stelt oss i varmt vann. Sholeo Lodges KAN IKKE ANBEFALES !
- Alberto (5/5): Buen potencial, pero hay que mejorar cosas - El apartamento está muy bien situado, justo frente a la playa y cerca de la zona de ambiente de la ciudad. Parece estar recién reformado, limpio y cuidado. Cuenta con una terraza común para todo el edificio amplia y agradable, ideal para relajarse. Cierto es que a la terraza apenas le da el sol en toda la mañana. En cuanto al interior del apartamento hay que destacar varias cosas que nos han parecido muy negativas. El apartamento es completamente interior, con solo una ventana a un patio de luces que hace que sea completamente imposible estar en el piso sin utilizar luz artificial, a cualquier hora del día. Obligatorio tener las luces de la zona del salón comedor encendidas aunque sean las 2 de mediodía. Ventilación casi nula y para secar por ejemplo toalla o bañador prácticamente imposible. El equipamiento de la cocina no hay por donde cogerlo. Deja mucho que desear. Apenas tiene menaje. Éramos 3 personas y había sólo 3 utensilios de cada (3 tenedores 3 cuchillos 3 vasos..) No hay ningún tipo de fuente ni cuenco donde poder hacer por ejemplo una ensalada. No hay ninguna taza grande para tomar unos cereales. No hay ningún tupper. No hay exprimidor. No hay batidora. Se echan en falta muchas cosas en la cocina de las más básicas que te puedas imaginar, como por ejemplo un estropajo para fregar los platos, pastillas para poner el lavaplatos o bolsas de basura. El baño solo contaba con un rollo de papel higiénico para los 6 días. No pedimos que lo tenga todo, pero es que no tiene absolutamente nada. En cuanto al aseo y confort personal, sólo te dejan una toalla por cabeza, y por ejemplo tuvimos un problema con las sabanas de una de las camas y no ves a nadie trabajando allí al que le puedas comunicar tú problema. El agua caliente no dura ni 10 minutos seguidos, lo que hizo imposible que nos ducháramos los tres huéspedes seguidos en ninguna ocasión. Somos 3 personas con el pelo corto, y solo le llega el agua caliente al primero y al inicio del segundo. El tercero ya se ducha en agua completamente templada tirando a fría. Tampoco hay personal disponible para resolver problemas o atender necesidades durante la estancia, lo cual complica mucho cualquier imprevisto.

- Marco (5/5): L'affaccio dell'appartamento è determinante, quelli interni sono da evitare - Ottima posizione, appartamento ben arredato, spazioso, attrezzato. Terrazza molto piacevole peccato che in 9 giorni di permanenza non sia mai stata pulita. Non ho apprezzato il check in totalmente ed esageratamente automatizzato. Ho avuto difficoltà perché dopo un lungo viaggio il cellulare era scarico e non riuscivo ad ottenere la connessione necessaria. Inesistente la comunicazione perché non sono riuscita a parlare con nessuno in grado di dare supporto. A parte poche eccezioni gli appartamenti si affacciano su uno stretto e buio cortile. Sono quindi privi di luce naturale, soprattutto il bagno cieco e' male illuminato. La connessione Wi-Fi non è protetta.

- Pam (3/5): I’d never return. - It was new and spacious I had been on the island for 3 weeks before I moved here with a friend for our final week as a treat as it was by the coast. It was our most expensive stay of them all. Every previous location provided plenty of cutlery and plates. This one gave us 1 fork, knife, spoon, plate, bowl, glass & mug each. And a dishwasher, which is laughable. We had no view of the outside world, just a patio door leading to a sort of ‘shaft’ up to the roof. But the worst but was that we were both working and this final week was our most important week. We had reports to complete, professional exams to take, accounts to pay, reviews to perform - but the accommodation had no WiFi. At all. For the entire 8 days. We also had no data - the room was too confined to get a decent signal. Trying to speak to someone was impossible. We had to leave the building to send a message. Then leave again to see if there was a reply. No solution was offered for our most important work day, which we’d stressed was the one day we needed to be online in a private setting as we work with financial services. I ended up working on a bench in a nearby park, in rain, where I could hotspot to my phone. A room in an alternate hotel was offered on day 8, but then I was locked in it as they left no key to get back in if I left. Working in a cafe was out of the question and we believed Sholeo would resolve the issue by day 7 but they kept putting us off. They originally said it was just us, until we found other guests with the same issue. One man (Arun) tried to be helpful but although he was kind, he was limited in what he could do. I’d never go back here, it caused me a lot of problems professionally but you live and learn.

- silvia (4/5): Se non ci fossero stati i problemi descritti la struttura sarebbe ottima, La spiaggia su cui si affaccia è stupenda! - Struttura nuova Struttura fantasma non si riesce a parlare con una persona, noi siamo arrivati alle 3 del pomeriggio e nell’appartamento non c ‘era l’acqua calda, non abbiamo potuto fare la doccia dopo un lungo viaggio per arrivare, il problema è stato risolto dopo 24 ore, dopo ore passate al telefono al quale nessuno rispondeva e poi con il call center di Booking. Un’ Altro problema lo abbiamo avuto l’ultimo giorno, la nostra camera era comunicante con un’altra, una sera ci siamo trovati gli ospiti accanto nella nostra stanza perché la porta divisoria non era chiusa, anche in questo caso abbiamo chiamato affinché chiudessero a chiave la porta ma nessuno ha risposto fino al giorno dopo. Consiglio vivamente di assumere una receptionist 24 ore su 24 per le emergenze.Ultima cosa, ma non dipende dalla struttura,impossibile trovare parcheggio in zona.

Muy difícil para entrar al edificio y nadie disponible para contactar, llame en varias ocasiones y nadie contestó el teléfono, mande mensajes y ninguno fue respondido. PÉSIMO servicio, ni la gente de limpieza conoce a los dueños. Muy mal

- Steve (6/5): Modernes Apartment in zentraler Lage, jedoch mit Mängeln in Austattung und Komfort - - Neues, sauberes und modernes Apartment (Apartment 101A) - Sehr bequeme Matratze und Kissen - Zentrale Lage, direkt an der Promenade am Meer - Rollos, um das Zimmer zu verdunkeln waren top - Freundliches Personal und Techniker - Schnelle Rückmeldung per E-Mail - Lösungsvorschläge seitens des Teams (Portable Klimaanlage wegen Problem unten) - Heißes Wasser gibt es nur, wenn die Klimaanlage ausgeschaltet ist (Problem scheint bekannt zu sein, warum wird es nicht direkt kommuniziert?), dann aber auch nur für 2 Minuten, bevor das Wasser wieder lauwarm/kalt wird. Wir haben uns angewöhnt, mit einer halben Stunde Abstand voneinander zu duschen. Ein No-Go für uns. - Klimaanlage springt des Öfteren von kalt auf heiß, ohne ersichtlichen Grund - Geschirrspüler funktionierte bei Bezug des Apartments am Freitag nicht, der Techniker konnte das Problem erst am Sonntag fixen, bis dahin hieß es per Hand abwaschen - Besonders ärgerlich, da es im Apartment nur zwei Gabeln, zwei Löffel, zwei Messer, zwei Teller usw. gibt. Hier hätte man ruhig großzügiger sein und von allem doppelt so viel bereitstellen können - Dasselbe gilt für Stauraum. Es gibt zwei Haken für Handtücher im Badezimmer, ansonsten aber kaum Möglichkeiten, Kleidung aufzuhängen, da weder Haken noch Kleiderbügel vorhanden waren. Jacken mussten auf dem Sofa abgelegt werden. Eine große Schublade für Unterwäsche vorhanden sowie eine Schublade im Badezimmer. Keine Ablage in der Dusche. - Farbspritzer auf dem Boden, an den Wänden und in der Spüle in der Küche - Duschtür undicht, Wasser läuft ins restliche Bad - Die angegebene Telefonnummer ist zwar zu erreichen, allerdings wird man nie durchgestellt, daher E-Mail als Kommunikationsmittel genutzt - Werbung mit Renderings: wir verstehen, dass die Apartments während der Entstehung mit Renderings beworben wurden. Spätestens jetzt sollten aber die computeranimierten Bilder gegen echte Fotos ausgetauscht werden. Die Dachterrasse war bei uns schon fertig, sieht aber weit weniger edel als auf dem Bild hier aus. Die weitere Bewerbung der Apartments mit solchen Bildern hinterlässt einen faden Beigeschmack.
- Cin F (7/5): Location is spot on! Would recommend. - Location is spot on! You are right on the beach front. I stayed on the top floor with access to the rooftop terrace, directly, with a sea view. Perfect for admiring the sunset. The apartment itself, lacks sunlight, but does have windows. All amenities were new and in working order. The two single beds were comfortable. However the maid was unable to lower one of them, due to the electrics not working. (I had to call 3 different people to try to get some help). I quite literally had to climb into bed, every night. Also all the generators are right next to the apartment. Can be noisy, I would recommend you bring earplugs.

The building is situated right on the beachfront promenade, with restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Walking distance to shops, the bus station, and the aquarium. The rooftop terrace was just as lovely as in the picture." We accidentally set off the fire alarm while cooking. It took over an hour before we got a response on the phone. When the person finally arrived and turned off the alarm, he was very friendly and apologized. Honestly, we felt like we were the ones who should have apologized. We stayed for 13 days. There was room service on the 5th and 11th day. It might be a good idea to bring an extra towel for the shower. Supplies were minimal — two dishwasher tablets, two toilet rolls, three knives, three forks, etc. You should expect to replenish some things yourself. Apartment 304 had windows facing a wall in the backyard. The sofa was placed just inside the entrance door. No effort has been made to make the apartment cozy to spend time in, but perhaps that's not very common in general... 🤔 Two apartments on the 4th floor had entrances from the rooftop terrace, and two had balconies (on the 2nd and 3rd floors) It’s difficult to get a response on the phone number they’ve provided, which is posted on the wall.
- Tim (5/5): Dodgy fire alarm and not staff to help - Realy nice, modern and clean The area shown on the pictures on the roof was not set up, there was a leak comeing from the ceiling that we reported at the start of the stay and nothing was done about it until the last day and the fire alarm broke on one of the evenings, us and other guests tryed to ring to see what was going on and we couldn’t get hold of anyone and nobody came for hours, after about 4 hours we booked a different hotel for the evening at our own expense as we didn’t know when the alarm would stop. We emailed the host about this after our stay as we thought we should be reimbursed the cost of the hotel and they didn’t even reply!

- Elín (4/5): Ömurlegt að hafa ekki heitt vatn í íbúðinni og sjá hvergi út um glugga, myndir sýndu svalir. - Íbúðin var falleg og snyrtileg en hvergi sást út um glugga ! Höfðum ekkert heitt vatn alla vikuna sem við vorum þarna og þurftm að fá að fara í sturtu í annari íbúð, síma aldrei svarað og brugðist við emaili á fjórða degi dvalarinnar, þannig að við verðum ekki þarna aftur !

- Alicja (6/5): Było wygodnie i miło, ale mogło być lepiej - Lokalizacja i standard wykończenia mieszkania Pokój 203 bez dostępu do okien wychodzących na zewnątrz, jedynie na klatkę, przez co brak dostępu do pełnego, naturalnego światła. Nie dało się również wysuszyć ubrań czy ręczników a ręczniki nie zostały nam zmienione przez cały tydzień pobytu. Każdy odgłos się niesie i jest głośno oraz czuć papierosami jak tylko ktoś zapali na balkonie
