• Jarek (10/5): A smooth, easy and very enjoyable stay – we’d happily come back. - Everything was exactly as described – no surprises, which is honestly the best kind of surprise 😊 The apartment was spotless, very well prepared, and clearly taken care of. Access to the pool was easy and you can enjoy it without being forced to rent sunbeds, which was a nice touch for a family stay. Nothing major to complain about. The only thing to be aware of is that there can be some noise from nearby restaurants/bars, especially in the evening. It’s not the apartment’s fault, just something to keep in mind when choosing the location – if you’re looking for total silence, this might not be the perfect spot.
• Abdallah (6/5): un bon séjour mais qui pouvait être meilleur - La situation géographique est excellente et constitue un véritable point fort. La communication par WhatsApp avec notre hôte était plus que correcte et assez utile Cependant, notre séjour a été mitigé en raison du bruit fréquent de fêtards presque toutes les nuits. L’heure de check-in à 17 h est assez tardive, et le supplément de 40 € pour un check-in anticipé à 12 h nous a semblé élevé, surtout lorsque le logement était disponible. Les serviettes étaient propres mais usées, et les couvertures un peu légères. Enfin, la connexion Internet était très limitée, ce qui ne permettait pas d’utiliser correctement la télévision.
• Simon (7/5): Good apart from no internet - Nice apartment Internet wasn’t working and despite contacting dalius, the person who met us when we arrived, after he initially responded, he then didn’t contact us again and we had no internet access for all of our stay.

• Karol (9/5): - Atrakcyjnie położony apartament w centrum Las Americas. Na plus komunikacja z właścicielami i wyposażenie apartamentu. W budynku znajduje się prywatny basen - jednak konieczne jest wykupienie leżaka. Nie można leżeć na swoim ręczniku. Miejsce nie dokońca przeznaczone dla osób z małymi dziećmi. Na terenie obiektu znajduje się pełno informacji typu "Zachowaj ciszę", "Zakaz gry w piłkę", na basenie zakaz używania dmuchanych zabawek przez dzieci. Ale to nie zmienia faktu, że stosunek jakości do ceny jest rewelacyjny :)

• Miha (8/5): - Good location, big apartment.Nice coffe mashine.Big terrace. Old furniture, small bed not eaven double it is like 130cm wide. Windows and door very old, the outside noise is too loud becouse of that. We did not sleep good it is like sleeping on balcony. We contacted host, but they did not do any about our complain. Not worh for its price.
• Lajos Csaba (7/5): - Nagyon jó frekventált helyen található az apartman. Közel az óceán, az igazán jó strandok kb.: 2 km-re vannak, de legalább lehet egy jót sétálni. Üzletek, éttermek a közvetlen közelben. A medence kiváló, talán fűtött lehetne. A teraszon egy csőből szennyvíz szag jött folyamatosan. Az emeleti ágy nagyon keskeny két főnek és iszonyatosan kényelmetlen, hullámzik, a rugók nyekeregnek! Legszívesebben felgyújtottam volna! :)

• Mark (10/5): Well worth a visit - Location was right in the heart of everything going on. Property was great, paying for sunbeds and brolly round the pool daily should be advertised.

• Stefán Svan (8/5): Had grate stay and all in all good but little more info whould be nice. Family of four. - We where in touch on whatsap and the host Natalia was there to let us hafe the key´s and show´d us around. Used the whasing machine, it was good to hafe it. The location is grate, lot of resturants around: - "BBQ Spice" realy good Indian ( just 15 m away) - "Dedos" Cross the road, recomend to book a table! - "Ohana" on the corner also good. - "PJ´s" realy good and the staff good. We went to Playa del Camison, walk to the right and just straight down the street and then to your rigth, sandy beach Short walk to Best Tenerife hotel, to get bus to: Siam, Aqualand, Go Kart and more :) If there is something we can criticise about the location that is on the weekend there where loud outside. People coming home after the bars ;) I would also check the fridge! two nights we had to unplugge it cause he was SO loud! It whould be good to mention that there are just stairs to the rooms no elivator.... Finaly, paying every day for the sun beds and matress on at the pool is something that could be better. Like some discount while you are staying. And I no there is rules at the pool but, no floaters, small ball games where not alowed. Many kids there and they could not hafe "fun" And we had a late flight back home ( the host let us keep the luggage in the room, realy grateful and it was nice) but then we saw down stairs that Parque Santiago II has room to store your luggage and some showers. If we had known about this we would hafe used it ;) ( or is this apartment not in the same building as Santiago II ?)
• Maxine (6/5): Pleasant but would use company again but not that apartment - Modern clean comfortable apartment. Bed very comfortable. Too close to bars and restaurants, which could also be a good thing! Smelt badly of drains. No plug in kitchen sink making washing dishes difficult, hopefully this has been rectified now as hosts were advised. Having to pay for sunbeds and pads. Either no or unsuitable curtains which meant it was well lit day or night.

• George (7/5): Too expensive for what it was. - It was located close to the beach and some bars and restaurants We had to put 1€ and 2€ coins into a meter to get electricity in the apartment, without this the television and air conditioning would not work. We also had to pay for rental of sun beds, cushions and an umbrella at the apartment complex pool every day. These were additional costs not outlined when we booked.
• Jackie (7/5): Good - The location Having to wait until 5.00pm to get in. Also certain areas could do with updating. Couldn't watch television because it was German and having to pay separate for use of air conditioning
