• Inma (10/5): Excelente - Precioso alojamiento, no le falta detalle, decoración muy cuidada. Te sientes como en casa. Uno de los dormitorios tiene dos ventanas a la calle, aunque no me ha molestado el ruido, estaría bien que tuvieran persianas o cortinas que no dejen traspasar la luz a la hora de dormir para descansar mejor.

• Seb Prost (8/5): Très joli appartement en centre ville - L accueil et les contacts pour préparer notre arrivee ont été très efficaces.L appartement est superbe, décoré avec goût, très propre et spacieux.L emplacement est idéal, en centre ville près de toutes les commodités. Les chambres ne sont pas équipées de volets ou de rideaux occultants, il fait jour dans la chambre côté rue toute la nuit car rue éclairée, et pas beaucoup mieux dans la chambre arrière L appartement est très beau, mais très mal insonorisé avec la rue, l étage et l entrée

• Joy (9/5): A really lovely, bohemian style apartment, plenty of space for 4, well equipped, comfortable and very well located. - Location near to all the places of interest. For us everything was within walking distance. It is beautifully decorated, bohemian style, also comfortable, and the patio in the summer would be perfect. Well equipped for our needs. The bedroom on the road is very noisy (despite double glazing). I suppose if you want to be in a city there will be traffic!!! It is the main road nearby not the road where the apartment is. Parking is just not possible in the road, it is crazy trying to find a space. Forget it and park at Parking Gurrion, €19.50 for 24hrs, three minutes walk. Please could you get curtains or a blind that shuts out the light at night. Because the curtains are thin, the light comes in all night 😢
• GUY (10/5): Un moment privilégié à Alicante ! - L'appartement est décoré avec beaucoup de gout et dispose de tous les équipements nécessaires pour garantir un agréable séjour. Son patio intérieur a un charme exceptionnel. La situation situation est idéale pour visiter la ville. En amont de notre arrivée la propriétaire nous a tout bien expliqué pour le stationnement et la récupération des clés était facile. Nous avons utilisé le parking GORRION à 300 m. Aurions volontiers prolongé notre séjour, mais c'était un stop de notre road trip Andalousie / Algarve !
• Züleyha (9/5): Im großen und ganzen hat uns die Wohnung sehr gut gefallen. Besonders die Einrichtung und der Innenhof. Mit Liebe zum De - Die Lage war gut, es war alles gut erreichbar. Sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Innenhof ist bombastisch. Einfaches Check in 👍🏽 alles da, was man braucht. Optisch viel schöner, als auf den Fotos Sehr hellhörig. Parken kann man an der Straße nicht. Parkhaus in der Nähe. Am ersten morgen kein warmes Wasser gehabt. Kontakt mit Vermieterin hat gut geklappt. Nachmittags wurde das Problem behoben. Stromausfall in der gesamten Wohnung während des Kochens gehabt. Habe die Vermieterin angerufen, Problem konnte per Telefon gelöst werden. Eine Armatur scheint undicht zu sein, es stand immer Wasser auf dem Waschtisch. Dass man bei Abreise die Mülleimer leeren und den Müll selbst entsorgen muss, kannte ich so noch nicht 🙄

• MONICA (10/5): Un 12 sobre 10 - Piso ubicado en calle céntrica pero tranquila.Para los que vayáis en coche, justo en la puerta hay un sitio reservado a un consulado (no podéis aparcar pero sí descargar maletas fácilmente,ya que además es un bajo) Tuvimos la suerte, además,de aparcar en la calle casi los días. Está decorado con gusto y bastante bien equipado,la estancia se hace muy agradable. Ambas camas son muy cómodas.Uno de los dormitorios da a la calle, pero aún así se puede dormir sin problema El personal fue muy amable Sin duda, intentaremos alojarnos aquí cuando volvamos a Alicante Los grifos de los lavabos, debido al uso,estaban demasiado separados,con lo que sí el chorro no era fuerte caía en la encimera

• Martina (8/5): Schöne Unterkunft für den Urlaub - Die Unterkunft war schön und sauber und hat den Fotos entsprochen, die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Leider war es manchmal sehr laut beim Zimmer auf der Straßenseite, aber dafür kann die Unterkunft nichts dafür.

Solo recomiendo colocar una cortina para la ducha del baño y no mojar todo al bañarse. La cama doble es bastante dura. Resto muy bien.

It is overlooked by other apartments and there is a constant smell of cooking and noise from above. The place could do with updating; coat hooks fell off the wall, taps leaked past the sink and bedside lights flickered etc. There is s slight smell of drains inside most of the time
• Damien (10/5): Hidden Gem, in a great location, BEAUTIFULLY DECORATED - The property had absolute wow factor when we walked in, and continued to always delight us every time we came back from a day/night out. The location is excellent near the market, it's quiet at night but not too far away from the tourist areas. Access was easy, communication clear and you had everything you needed for an excellent and comfortable stay. Absolutely nothing, would absolutely recommend

Beautifully styled with gorgeous outdoor eating and relaxing area. The host was great and the fact that our two dogs were welcomed was an added bonus Fully recommended! Nothing. Everything was perfect.

I am now spoiled and my level of standards is even highe - I travel all over the world and prefer to stay in Airbnb’s but this one was the cleanest, most beautiful, I have ever stayed. Staff were amazing! Location stellar. I cannot say enough positive things about this place!

• Jan (8/5): Well equipped and beautiful flat - Beautiful decorated flat with good taste and very well equipped with everything you need from coffee machine and pods to shampoo and towels. You really don’t need to bring anything here. The beds were not comfortable, nor the pillow or the bedsheets but okay for a few days

It was really a pleasant stay and I would definitely go back there in the future. The sinks are poorly designed (you need to blast the water at full strength or it will go all over the cabinet). There was also a slight smell from the pipes especially when the neighbours were doing laundry, but it wasn’t really a big deal. These are just small details, but overall everything was great.

Excellent location to explore Alicante, situated in a lively non tourist neighbourhood with cafes, restaurant and shops and close enough to walk to all tourist attractions. Nothing to dislike, I could have moved in and stay forever.

The street lights made it such that the street facing room is not pitch black at night. It may be worth noting for others. Totally beyond the control of the host.
• Martin (10/5): A perfect get away. - It was such an amazing place to unwind and relax for us…very comfortable with plenty of light flowing through the entire apartment We did miss having a sun trap to sit out in,but we do realise we were staying in the middle of a city.

Exceptionally clean, huge rooms, high ceilings, all the kitchen appliances you could possibly need and more, boutique hotel furnishings and decor, contemporary kitchen, large beautifully furnished both covered and open garden seating areas…we were totally blown away with it all. Easy to find from the Airport bus stop, the apartment is set on the ground floor of a quiet block on a fairly quiet street a few minutes walk away from one of the many areas which make up the Centre of Alicante. The only small negatives we found were there are only sheer curtains in the bedroom, which is on the street side, and so the lights shone through the two windows all night lighting up the room (we stayed in late October so summer nights/mornings must be the same) and both the mattress and the pillows were hard for our taste. All contact is made remotely, the owners are friendly and send all the information you need to check in via message shortly before arrival along with other useful information. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and have every intention to return.
