Zona este frumoasă și sigură, chiar și la ora 22 seara, cu restaurante elegante, baruri, supermarketuri, pizzerii, magazine. Un cartier frumos și animat. Am ajuns foarte repede în orice punct important din oraș. Apartamentul a fost dotat cu tot. Nu ne-a lipsit nimic. Bucătăria e bine utilată. Paturi confortabile, dulapuri potrivite, mașina de spălat vase a fost un plus. Căldura perfectă. Mulțumim pentru tot! Puțin mai multă grijă la curățenie (covorul din living) și faptul că în fiecare zi cădea o siguranță de la panoul electric. Porneam curentul în câteva secunde, dar a fost puțin inconfortabil. Mirosul de canalizare în una dintre băi, însă am observat că era o problemă generală în Barcelona, cel puțin în acea zonă.

- guylaine (4/5): Loin d’être luxueux et pensé pour maximiser la rentabilité pour l'investisseur - emplacement correct même si il faut quand même marcher un peu plus que je ne le pensais pour aller au centre de Barcelone et notamment la partie sud du centre. Deux salles de bain Odeur de canalisations assez désagréable et persistante. Aucun sens commercial de l’hôte qui cherche avant tout à maximiser son profit: immeuble de construction très moyenne avec murs peints en blanc et mobilier en bon état mais bas de gamme. Zéro conseils pour un bon séjour mais de nombreux emails pour rappeler une longue liste de règles que vous devez suivre avec menaces de sanctions unilatérales à la clé pour chacune....l'impression d'être pris pour un délinquant potentiel est particulièrement désagréable. De plus zéro flexibilité et les régles passent toujours avant le bon sens commercial sans dérogation possible (eg j'ai demandé à rester 30 minutes de plus et personne ne me fera croire que ce n'est pas possible pour un client qui a payé 1300 euros!). Nous n'avons pas mangé sur place mais l'équipement est vraiment au minimum (machine à café en mauvais état et seulement 4 chaises de toutes façons). Enfin la 3ème chambre est vraiment petite (vous devez mettre votre valise dans une autre pièce).
