L'appartement était très spacieux et surtout d'une très grande propreté, équipé de tout ce qu'il faut pour le quotidien. Propriétaire très gentil et très à l'écoute. L'appartement se situe dans une résidence surveillée proche d'un arrêt de tramway et pas très loin des plages. Je recommande vivement cet appartement.
