• Annie (2/5): Médiocre à cause du froid ( nous avions deux enfants) - L’emplacement L’espace, deux chambres Le froid dans l’appartement, notamment la nuit, pas de chauffage malgré nos demandes, pas de couverture supplémentaire, demandée aussi, les télécommandes des appareils avaient été enlevées Cela a gâché le séjour Cuisine mal équipée, un micro-ondes serait plus que nécessaire Nous avons dû attendre les clefs une heure, notre avion était en retard, peu d’amabilité

Really liked the gal who met us on arrival, however she did not share that they do not provide toilet paper, bath soap, paper towels or laundry detergent. She did provide transportation options and restaurant recommendations. Lack of basic needs that we had to shop for. Did not like stairs to access the 2nd bathroom in middle of night. Bedroom ceilings are head busters, looks cute in pics but ... Company not super responsive to request,.

• Pawel (10/5): Wspaniałe klimatyczne miesce! - Jest to małe ale dwupoziomowe mieszkanie w ścisłym centrum, w cichej bocznej uliczce, wszędzie blisko. Bardzo wygodne, z dwiema sypialniami, nowymi łazienkami czyściutkimi, mała kuchnia ale taki klimat. Wspaniałem miejsce z klimatem! Polecam dla cichych i kulturalnych osob, rodzin, bo na tym zależy właścicelom. Mała kuchnia, na zmywarce czuć był przebicie elektryczne, powinni właściciele to poprawić dla bezpieczeństwa.

• Zuzanna (7/5): great location, nice apt, it’s a pity the service is not perfect. - The apparent is nice and spacious. Bedrooms are located on the upper floor and have sloping ceilings with beams hanging out, easy to hit your head. roof windows were dirty and had stickers telling you not to open them. one of the 2 bathrooms was in a strange place and everyone used the same bathroom for showering. the biggest problem was the garbage: the owner of the apartment requires that guests take the garbage out of the apartment also on the day of leaving the apartment, which is very inconvenient because you can only throw away garbage at specific times in specific places in Venice. it was inconvenient that you can't just leave the garbage in a bag in the apartment, especially when you leave very early in the morning it is inconvenient. The management let us for early check-in, which was very nica and useful. There was no contact with owner / manager after checking in. There were some items missing in the apartment, but nobody answered our request.

• Habib (7/5): Good - The upstair bathroom drain was clogged and we couldn’t use the shower. The other one didn’t have a curtain. That was the only issue that made the experience not fully satisfactory.

• Jaeger (1/5): would never stay again. run run run away from here when i can i will upload photos. - the location was good but the place was a dump. paint falling off the wall (i have photos) furniture very worn and uncomfortable. Not very clean. Lots of steps, low ceilings in bedrooms (my husband kept hitting his head on beams, i have photos) lots of steps. Not one spot in the entire place that the floors didn't squeak. would never have stayed here but we were tired from traveling all day. could not find anything good about this property.
• Christie (9/5): Venice get away - The location was great. The facilities were good. The kitchen was nicely equipped. The staff was responsive. We were asked to take the garbage to a boat and it was very hard to find. The map was wrong.
• Jeffrey (7/5): A short but enjoyable stay with my wife & 2 granddaughters. - Handy location with the agent meeting us to explain everything to us on our arrival. Couldn't find a plug for the sink to wash dishes. Being elderly it was challenging to go up & down 2 flights of stairs

• Zo (10/5): So close to the action! Walk and boat to anywhere from here - Was great to meet the rep at the "bus" stop to walk to the apartment. Ceiling beams in the bedroom are low enough to cause you to stoop to walk around the bed
• Sharon (9/5): Great apartment in great location!! - Great location, bars and restaurants all around. Lovely views of canals. No kettle! Would benefit from one. Typical Venetian building, very dark but comfortable.
• Richard (5/5): The apartment was clean, but the upkeep was neglected, a pity. - Not applicable,self catering. The handover was very short, the representative barely skipped over the details regarding rubbish disposal. A socket in the lining room was hanging off the wall exposing bare wires. The downstairs bathroom toilet seat was hanging off making it uncomfortable to use. The dishwasher was broken, there was a large printed sign on it, but the smell from it was unacceptable. It had clearly been out of commision for some time. The website points out all damage will be charged but no prior checking as to existing damage was carried out!
