• G Flynn (8/5): Ideal location, just what we needed for 2 nights. - The location for Wembley is great. Everything we needed for a 2 night stay. Fan was a bonus in the 30° heat. Blinds as others said are a bit worn and thin. We couldn't park so had to pay £30 to park nearby for 2 days. Just needs a little spruce up and it will be fab.

• Rachel (6/5): Close to Wembley Stadium, very safe and secure, however the facilities/amenities need improvement. - Great location, only a short distance to Wembley stadium. Host was very attentive and even messaged to check in with us on our second day. The studio was as expected/described. As stated I got an email the day of check in with easy to follow and clear instructions to get into the property with a digicode as well as other information such as the free WiFi password. We felt very safe and secure our whole stay. The shower temperature was very hard to control, where the temperature control made no difference - it was either freezing, or too hot. There was a lack of kitchen utensils/cutlery - there were two mugs but only one glass, and two spoons and three knives, but no forks. When stripping the bed after our stay the duvet had a range of multicoloured stains, clearly from previous occupants. It was also hard getting ready as there was no full length mirror - the main mirror was installed landscape so my friend and I who are quite short could only see the top of our heads.

• Jules (7/5): Great value for the footie match - Good size room with wardrobe, nice kitchenette and decent hot shower! Quite hot room so needed windows open which meant some traffic noise. Bit untidy out the front of the property.

• Hassan (2/5): If you are looking for a very basic room to stay, it’s like a smalll student studio. - Location was good Not clean upto the standard. I’m surprised to see prople rated it very highly. I’m a bit disappointed.

• Emilia (8/5): Jeśli lecisz do Londynu z zamiarem zwiedzania, polecam zatrzymać się w tym obiekcie 😊 - Pomimo, że obiekt nie jest zlokalizowany w centrum, nie było problemu z dojazdem, bo nieopodal budynku znajduje się przystanek autobusowy, gdzie często kursują autobusy. Łóżko mięciutkie, a pościel i ręczniki czyste. Komfortowe bezobsługowe zameldowanie i wymeldowanie. Kontakt z właścicielem w porządku. Ściany dość cienkie, ale nie zakłóciły nam wyjazdu, ponieważ byłyśmy na tyle zmęczone zwiedzaniem, że nie było problemu z zaśnięciem. Łazienka mogłaby być czystsza i zaopatrzona w suszarkę do włosów. Kuchnia w porządku, ale brakowało tam ostrzejszego noża. Dodatkowym atutem byłoby kilka saszetek herbaty i cukru ☺️ pomimo tych drobnych szczegółów polecam ten obiekt

• Yana (6/5): Decent stay, good communication from host - Very easy check in and excellent communication from the host. Place was clean and basic needs were met. Nice to have refrigerator and microwave in addition to the kettle. Very grateful to have been able to make the booking very last minute. Few extra comforts could be provided (ie. towel in the kitchen or paper towels, maybe a hand towel in the bathroom, facial tissues). Nothing major that you can't survive without but could be nice. Clarity on parking - one of the reasons I booked this flat was because it came with parking. However, the car park right next to the building was only partially full but entrance was blocked and rest of car park was unusuable. And it wasnt clear which parking space was allocated to this flat, if any. I did manage to park further up the road but this was not very convenient and not very clear.

• Elsa (5/5): un studio qui pourrait être très bien... dommage - Le studio est propre bien aménagé et dispose de tout le nécessaire (bouilloire micro onde vaisselle). La communication par mail pour obtenir les informations de Check in est efficace. L'insonorisation est inexistante. Vous entendez toutes les conversations des voisins. L'extérieur du bâtiment est très sale avec des poubelles disséminées de partout. Cela ne donne absolument pas envie d'entrer alors que l'intérieur du bâtiment a été complètement refait.

• George (5/5): Free parking not on event days. - Clean and excellent location for wembley stadium. Super close to bus stop. Was advertised as having free parking. Parking is on street and only for permit holders on event days so had to book a parking space for 35. pounds a good 5 mins walk away. The property owner was very unfriendly and unhelpful when I called him for advice. Was very very noisy and could hear everything from the other apartments.

• Susan (4/5): Horrible, horrible! Definitely can’t recommend - Very little! Where to start! Very poor communication, did not respond to any emails. We received two auto generated emails, saying to let them know if we had issues, so I did, with no response. Had to call owner to find out which unit it was, as difficult to find. 5 units, multi story, no lifts, which is not disclosed on listing, we were put on 4th floor, so had to carry suitcases up narrow stairs. Location was very dubious, front yard looked like a slum with rubbish everywhere, including a large box of empty alcohol bottles scattered over grass, bins were full with rubbish overflowing onto footpath, which is lined with garbage. Unit has been renovated, very poorly. We arrived to a strong smell of bleach, which covered a strong smell of mould. Coffee cups were dirty, teaspoons were discoloured from build up and a wet glass was in cupboard. We needed to wash all dishes prior to use. No consumables supplied, except dishwashing detergent and hand soap in bathroom. No tea towels to dry dishes. Heater didn’t work well and it was cold days. The windows are covered with thin paper type pleated covering, which allows the cold to come through, and around. The windows, we had to put rolled up towels there to keep cold out. Also coverings do not stop light, so woken early mornings. Wallpaper is lifting in large areas and peeling off walls. Handle to bathroom door is broken and replaced with a large screw. Many of these issues have been recorded in previous feedback, yet nothing has been done. Obviously owner does not care. Cannot understand how any positive feedback has been given, seeing the state we found the place in, I wonder if they are legitimate!

• Lana (9/5): - The place was very clean and tidy. Fantastic location for Wembley Arena events. Very good value for money. Local amenities and takeaway were nearby. Great security of the property. Parking. There was nowhere to park. Despite the availability of a car park, there are no designated bays and 4 vehicles had parked in a horrendous way blocking each other and blocking the rest of the empty space in the car park so noone else could park. I asked the host about parking and he did not respond with any advice or help.

• Polly (6/5): Basic but ok for one night. - The location was good for a 1 night stay in Wembley. The walk wasn’t far from Wembley and is on a well lit main road so walking after dark wasn’t an issue. The room was reasonably clean. The room was secure. There was no communication from the owner on the day of arrival. I had some questions and they were not answered, despite calls and texts. It was not clear that we could not check in before 15:30 so we arrived early to the property and didn’t receive details until 15:30, presumably on a pre- sent message. The property had several basic issues: a kettle but no tea/coffee/ milk sachets. I don’t feel this is a huge expense for the owner and would have made a difference to the stay. There were no shower gels to use- again, this was asked beforehand but there was no reply from the owner. The soap dispenser hadn’t been filled up which meant we had no hand washing facilities. Luckily, we had hand sanitiser but this was far from ideal. The room needs redecorating- lots of scuffs on the walls and ceiling, wallpaper coming off the walls and no door handle on the bathroom. Not the owner’s fault but the bins outside are overflowing and rubbish is strewn all over the floor. The mirror has no plug socket by it-I had to use the reflection of the television to do my hair!😂 At £427 a night, you’d expect more. I feel it’s run as a business with lack of care for people visiting and those small touches are forgotten. The post code and flat itself is not clear on Google maps. It would have been helpful for the owner to message and say ‘it’s the block of flats at the end of Birchen Road’. We ended up getting quite lost. People like to know where they are going ahead of arriving so this small detail would have been appreciated. I hope the owner will take on board some of the reviews as several issues are repeated time and time again.
• Małgorzata (9/5): Na krótki pobyt, szczególnie jeśli celem jest Wembley - polecam! - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, szczególnie jak przyjeżdżasz na wydarzenie na Wembley :) Dojazd do stadionu autobusem zajmuje ok 20 min, w zasadzie można iść pieszo. Przystanki autobusowe, Lidl i inne sklepy w pobliżu. Dobry kontakt z właścicielem. Brakuje chociażby 2 saszetek herbaty czy kawy, noża w kuchni i mydła do rąk/żelu pod prysznic w łazience. Bardzo ułatwiłoby to krótki pobyt. Przydałaby się też druga kołdra czy koc. No i może warto byłoby poprawić porządek przed posesją ;)

• Louise (8/5): Clean and simple value for money - Very clean, included all we needed, street parking was available very close by. Good value for money. Small niggles that didn’t disrupt our overall experience due to the nature of our short stay; minor maintenance jobs needed (handle on bathroom door came off on our first opening, some wallpaper peeling/lifted), and same feedback as I’ve seen from others which I was a bit disappointed hasn’t been dealt with: the white papery blinds let too much light in too early, the bed could do with a new mattress, a tea towel and more utensils basics like scissors, a kitchen knife would be helpful). It would have been more needed if we’d stayed more than one night, but for 1 night, we could manage fine. It wasn’t very easy to identify the actual entrance on arrival at dusk, but Mohammed was very helpful by phone (I was a bit panicked though as I was on 1% phone battery life when I called him, so it would be helpful to have clarity in the directions to start about which door of the property unit to look for). My post-booking questions were left unanswered ( I never got any response), it was mainly about parking: in the end, we were lucky and found parking easily on arrival, but it would have been nice to travel alone with a child knowing the answers to my Qs already.

Would stay again if ever attending a concert at Wembley stadium again The noise of the other people that were above us, very loud footsteps nearly all night. Also would of liked a couple more pillows on the bed, we had 2 but only 1 each, 1 pillow per person is not enough

• Beth (8/5): Definitely stylish, great location for Wembley stadium - Definitely stylish - really nicely decorated to a high standard. Spacious room with a big window overlooking the gardens. Bed is big and comfortable. Location is excellent if you're visiting Wembley stadium (approx 5 minute drive). Windows open to let in fresh air, and a large fan is provided. Big fridge in the room, kettle, etc. Only minor things could be improved, for example, 2 pillows each instead of 1 as they're quite thin, thicker curtains/blinds as they let a lot of light in, and a full-length mirror and iron would be helpful. One word of warning - there is parking available at the property but it's a very small car park for all of the residents there and we got blocked in twice by people double-parking.

• Mark (8/5): Good location for wembley and easy to find. - The flat was clean and as expected. I rang owner and asked about code as thought it was being texted but you have to go into booking.com and login to your account to get them. The owner was very friendly and texted me instead straight away. Ideal location for wembley but 30 min walk way not 19 as mr google says. Plenty of buses run from wembley and location download til app and look on tfl bus routes online. There is an asda up the road with a McDonalds which we dropped into after coldplay. A lidl is across road from flat. Shower is good , in the flat you have a fridge kettle, toaster and microwave. Bedding and towels included but we did bring our own just in case. Take ear buds as if windows are open remember London never sleeps. Outside building was a lot of rubbish but we were at the back but not nice seeing it. We had a problem with the toilet which continually added water but I found solution and informed owner so hopefully this will get fixed. Would have liked a small table to sit at in flat as sitting on bed to eat is not my thing but thats minor.

• Sean (8/5): Great overnight stay. Excellent location for Wembley Stadium (about a 15/20 minute walk). There are a 24 hour Asda & - Great location for what we needed. Had all the facilities we needed too. It was a little small but we knew this before going. It still had everything we needed and was clean.

• Sofia (7/5): Not bad but could be better - Close to Wembley Get to the room and door lock was broken, no information from the host. After contact I was told they will fixe. Later got a message that was fixed but when arrived to the property the fixed was very poor if you press door the door open easily
• Simon Molloy (9/5): Great property, one we'll happily book again the next time we're visiting Wembley. - The vicinity to Wembley and the tube station is fantastic, being a short, pleasant walk to/from the stadium. The property itself is great - we were on the ground floor and had no issues gaining access. There's plenty of room, a separate, small but fully featured kitchen and a decent bathroom with a great shower. It was also spotlessly clean. We will definitely try to book again the next time we're at Wembley. The double bed was quite small, and the area immediately outside the property was a bit of a mess, with quite a bit of rubbish on the ground.

• Steve (2/5): Good location for the BBC to make a documentary about the 'under-privileged'. - Nothing, really. I didn't like the fact that the 'studio apartment minutes away from Wembley' is, in fact, 33 minutes away from Wembley on foot. Far from being the advertised 0.9 miles from Wembley, it was, in fact 1.8 miles. Did I fancy walking that distance for a concert where I'd be on my feet all night? And in a dubious neighbourhood? Not really, so I had to go through the stress and expense of using an uber. I didn't like the area, either. In two instances I found myself avoiding eye contact with marauding gang members I passed on the street. You certainly wouldn't want to be out after dark around there. There was a oozing puddle of green slime/algae on the street outside the property, and the front garden was carpeted with litter. Also, there was no tea/cofffee/milk/sugar. After a long, tiring journey, I had to motivate myself to go and buy refreshments. Lovely, that.
• darcey (8/5): Good value for money. - Basic but clean and perfect for our trip. Walked to Wembley easily takes about 20-25 mins. Overall happy with our stay. Bit confused about the parking situation, we had to book to park on someone else's driveway down the road but when we got there there's a car park out the front and is advertised with parking. Lots of rubbish out the front but inside very clean and quite nice. Could have done with some tea & milk facilities.

• Michael (9/5): A nice, cozy studio. Reasonably priced too! 👌 - The property was nice, intimate and cozy. It had a nice bathroom, big cozy bed, small fridge freezer, big TV, and Microwave. It was fairly warm in the property so you are provided with a fan but you can also open the swivelling windows. Not big but definitely enough for a solo traveler or even couples. Nothing I disliked. It was great!

• Brammer (8/5): - The studio was very clean. Easy self check in with clear instructions from the owner. Given that Oasis were in town the price was exceptionally good for the night. Fresh clean towels were in the room on our arrival. There is a kettle, toaster and fridge. Location was about a twenty minute walk from Wembley Stadium or a short bus ride away. Close to supermarkets and food outlets. All in all a comfortable stay and for the price we paid it was excellent value for money.
