- ondra_123 (4/5): - Příjemný a nápomocný personál hotelu. Úklid pokoje každý den. Doplněna i voda na pokoj. Poloha hotelu cca 20 minut autem z letiště a pár minut pěšky do Kaleiçi. Lobby hotelu a výtah vizuálně působí pozlacením luxusně. Špatná snídaně, málo rozmanitosti, prakticky žádná zelenina ani ovoce, člověk se moc nenajedl. Malá manželská postel, pouze tenká přikrývka. Málo světla v koupelně, pouze LED pásek na zdi. Špatná zvuková izolace, hlavně v koupelně. Je slyšet prakticky vše z okolních pokojů, a také částečně i z ulice.

Большое спасибо всему персоналу за хороший отдых и настроение: повару, горничным, молодым людям на ресепшен - все доброжелательные, отзывчивые, приветливые и очень милая девушка с красивым именем Meral.

- Olivier (7/5): - Bon emplacement et très bon rapport qualité prix. L'équipe à l'accueil est prévenante bien que des difficultés à communiquer en anglais subsistent. La chambre est globalement agréable. Le ménage est sensé être fait tous les jours mais en pratique 3 fois en 7 jours. Le petit déjeuner est très basique et nous laisse sur notre faim. Chambre mal insonorisée surtout dans la salle de bain.

- Birgit (10/5): Tolles Hotel, freundliches Personal und gute Ausgangslage - Wir sind bereits das 2.Mal hier. Das Hotel hat eine super Ausgangslage, um die Stadt zu erkunden. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und hübsch. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Besonders Meral, die junge Dame am Empfang war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
- Bogdan (9/5): Bardzo udane wakacje! - Hotel jest czyściutki i dobrze utrzymany. Pomimo, że rezerwowałem dla 1 osoby, to otrzymałem bardzo duży pokój, z wygodnym i dużym łóżkiem oraz z dużymi szafami. Łazienka zaopatrzona była w kilka ręczników i inne potrzebne akcesoria. Do dyspozycji na obszernej ladzie była lodówka i czajnik ze środkami do przygotowania herbaty lub kawy. Woda była uzupełniana! Przy łóżku szafka oraz lampka na ścianie oraz gniazdko elektryczne. Klima bardzo dobrze działała na pilota. Sprzątanie odbywało się codziennie, w tym wymiana pościeli. Obsługa była bardzo miła i pomocna, np. wydrukowano mi dokument - za darmo! Trochę cienkie ściany i dość dobrze było słychać co u sąsiadów :) Lokalizacja powoduje docieranie miejskiego hałasu i zamknięcie okien nie do końca załatwia sprawę. Ale to jest lokalizacja tuż przy Starym Mieście! Trochę późno zaczynają się śniadania, bo dopiero o 8:00, co może uniemożliwić posiłek przez zewnętrzne aktywności zaplanowane przed 8:00.

- Mariievska (6/5): - В отеле при входе красивая отделка,соответствующая названию отеля.Из персонала хорошее впечатлениие оставили администратор Сешиль и повар.Спасибо,девушки! Хорошее местоположение-старинная часть города,рядом часовая башня,минареты,ворота Адриана,прекрасные виды побережья,восточный колорит.Недалеко торговый центр с массой различных магазинов,на первом этаже аптека.Через дорогу,в 5 минутах продуктовый. На ресепшн можно заказать любые экскурсии. Уборки практически не было за неделю.Попросила хотя бы вытереть полы-вытерла,размазала чьи-то черные волосы по полу в течении 1 минуты.Постель не менялась. Очень тонкие стены,бируши помогали слабо,за стенкой слышно как шевелится сосед).В 5 утра на улице раздаются громкие звуки. Из всего персонала на английском говорила Сешиль,остальные обьяснялись на пальцах.

- Elena (7/5): На следующий раз забронирую другой отель - Отель имеет хорошую локацию в Анталии, в самом центре города. Ресепшен красивый, весь сверкает в золоте, и приятно удивляет. Можно остановится не более 3 ночей. Паркинг для машины отсутствует, были проблемы с машиной. При заезде работник ресепшена был не доволен и долго выяснял о нашем бронировании, возникли какие то недоразумения между отелем и информацией, полученной с Booking.com. В результате вместо 3 номеров двухместных, оплаченных еще в марте, мы получили 1 номер одноместный на 2 человека, забронированных нами 3 номеров на момент заселения не оказалось. Пришлось 1 день получить не те условия за которые мы заплатили. На следующий день, отель предоставил еще 1 двухместный номер, но отрицательное отношение к такому приему гостей -осталось.

Из белкового просто вареные яйца. 2.Нет одеял, только тоненькие покрывала, напоминающие вафельное полотенце. 3.Шумоизоляции нет совсем (слышно все и везде: и соседей, и улицу) 4. Когда зашла в свой номер, он был прокурен. Ужасный запах.

- Noémi (10/5): Lovely stay - The accommodation was in an amazing location, right in the city center at the entrance of the bazaar, everything was very close. We stayed in the top-floor suite with a jacuzzi, where we had a beautiful view, even lying in bed, we could see the sea and the entire city. The jacuzzi itself was a special experience. The room included bottled water, tea, and coffee, and housekeeping was available every day upon request. We really liked the overall design of the hotel: authentic, golden, and sparkly. I’d especially highlight the reception staff, who were always smiling and helpful. The breakfast was generous, with exciting roasted vegetables, and I think everyone could find something to their taste. Overall, it’s a great value for money, we had a lovely stay and would happily come back. A few notes: there was quite a strong sewage smell in the bathroom, and some of the jacuzzi tiling was coming off in places.

Geamurile nu izolează fonic si efectiv zici ca dormi în stradă . Dimineață la 5 când este chemarea la rugăciune ai impresia ca ești în moschee , se aude f tare deoarece este o moschee în apropiere. Micul dejun dezastruos , nu am reușit să mănânc decât brânză

Staff are very kind responsive, they booked a taxi for me as I had to leave early for the airport. The mattress in the double room was a bit hard for my liking.

Улучшили но ни с 3 местного до 2 комнатного с шикарным видом на город и море бесплатно и без просьб. Лифт есть отличный, самый центр- доберетесь везде на общ. Транспорте(Анталия огромная- не рассчитывайте только на ноги) до Коньялты пляжа пешком 25 мин вниз. Обратно трамвай каждые полчаса(старый) Супермаркеты есть и центральные улицы и тц Марк с магазамм. Трамвай в аэропорт, рынок, автовокзал, депо мол и тд. По номеру- каждый день уборка приличная. Кровати маленькие на 140 см, матрас мягкий. 2 кондея, плиты нет, мини холодильник, вода в номер чай кофе. Завтрак для Турции отличный(без каши и десертов) яйца, овощи, тушеные овощи, сыры, йогурт, мюсли, чай и соки не очень;) Отель новый, рецепшн доброжелательный Если вы на пляж, то летом будет жарко ездить постоянно;) но Анталия не совсем про пляж!

- Igor (10/5): - Hotel sa nachádza v starej časti Antálye Kaleiči ,v blízkosti prístavu ,starého bazáru aj Hadrianovej brány, V okolí je veľa zastávok autobusov aj starej električky, s ktorou sa dostanete na pláž. množstvo reštaurácií a kaviarní. Hotel pôsobí luxusne, izby sú pekné ,čisté ,dobre vybavené, káva, čaj k dispozícii, dobré WiFi. Napriek centrálnej polohe v noci je ticho a kľud. raňajky sú chutné a dobrý výber .Veľké poďakovanie patrí aj sympatickej slečne Chine na recepcii, ktorá svojim prístupom ,šarmom a úsmevom mi spríjemnila pobyt a taktiež pani pri raňajkách ,ktorá pripravovala vynikajúcu omeletu., vždy ochotne a s úsmevom. S hotelom a službami som bol veľmi spokojný, ak prídem ešte do Antálye, určite si vyberiem znovu tento hotel .

- Herivania samira (8/5): - Hôtel situé en pleine vieille ville. Il y a un train qui emmène directement à l’aéroport, à seulement 5 minutes de l’hôtel, ainsi que d’autres transports publics. Le personnel est très accueillant et attentif aux besoins des clients. Le petit déjeuner était délicieux ; le seul bémol est qu’il ouvre assez tard. Quand on a des activités qui commencent à 7 h, c’est un peu dommage de ne pas pouvoir en profiter. Concernant la chambre, elle était assez petite, mais suffisante pour une personne seule. Niveau propreté, c’est correct. En revanche, l’isolation est très mauvaise : on entend tout ce qui se passe dans les autres chambres, et j’ai eu l’impression de sentir l’odeur de cigarette venant de la chambre d’à côté lorsque j’allais aux toilettes, probablement à cause d’une trappe reliant les deux pièces. Mais, de manière générale, c’était une bonne expérience.

- Belal (9/5): gut - Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist gut. Ein besonderer Dank geht an die Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption (Sicel) für ihre großartige Unterstützung. Sie war sehr hilfsbereit! Die Kommunikation war schwierig, da nur das Rezeptionspersonal Englisch spricht; alle anderen Mitarbeiter sprechen nur Türkisch. Der Service ist insgesamt okay, aber sehr einfach gehalten.
- IOANA (8/5): Raport calitate/pret excelent - Locatia este excelenta, aproape de statia de tramvai Ismetpasa unde circula T1A direct de la aeroport. Hotelul e amplasat in zona cu multe magazine, restaurante, la 2 pasi de centrul vechi si toate obiectivele turistice se pot face la pas. Pentru cascadele Duden se pot lua autobuze locale tot din zone aproape de hotel (KL08 pentru Lower Duden de langa poarta lui Hadrian si MK80 spre Upper Duden se poate lua tot din zona aproape de statia Ismetpasa). Staff-ul a fost amabil, in special doamna bruneta de la receptie. Micul dejun a fost super ok pentru mine dar am niste mici recomandari pe care le voi nota ma jos. Camera mare, spatioasa, lenjeriile si prosoapele curate miroseau frumos. Patul si pernele confortabile. Raportul calitate/pret a fost excelent! Daca as reveni in Antalya tot aici as sta. La micul dejun nu mi-au placut sucurile, de portocale si visine sau cirese, erau oribile. Ori renuntati la ele, ori le inlocuiti cu ceva mai de calitate. Mai multe tipuri de fructe si prajituri, eventual compot, ar fi minunat de adaugat la micul dejun. In camera mea (etaj 3) incepea sa miroasa puternic a mancare gatita incepand de la 7-7 30 dimineata cand incepeau sa gateasca pentru micul dejun. O ventilatie mai buna la bucatarie ar ajuta! Am avut ghinion cu niste vecini de etaj extrem de galagiosi, o familie cu 7 persoane care ocupau mai multe camere langa mine si care tranteau usile de tremurau peretii si tablia patului, in special intre orele 22-23 si chiar dupa ora 23, iar dimineata de la 8 incepeau iar. Peretii dintre camere sunt subtiri si se aude tot din camera alaturata, inclusiv sonorul de la tv, ce discuta, cand merg la baie, etc. Hotelul ar trebui sa reaminteasca turistilor cazati sa respecte orele de liniste!!!
- Daria (8/5): - Rooms are clean and have everything you need. Slippers, shower gels, water, coffee and tea are provided. Right in the city center. Breakfast was really good and satisfying. The noise from the streets disturbs at night, even with the closed window. The room is a bit smaller than we expected.

Завтрак ничего особенного, но он есть )) Очень удобно, что в номере всегда пополняются запасы воды, чая, кофе. Есть все необходимое, даже тапочки. На ресепшен милые люди. Слышимость в номерах просто ужас! Мне постоянно казалось, что люди разговаривают в моей комнате. Ещё сам вход в отель такой себе, прямо с рынка. Ну и кофе на завтраке - ужасный растворимый в пакетиках, жаль
- THIERRY (9/5): - J'avais beaucoup hésité à choisir cet hôtel. Finalement je ne regrette pas du tout et j'ai hâte d'y retourner. Personnel très sympathique, grande chambre confortable, situation incroyable. Aussi bien l'aéroport que la gare des bus sont à 20-25 minutes de tramway. Dans la chambre qui m'était attribuée, l'éclairage de la salle de bains pourrait être améliorée.

- Ina (10/5): A good hotel with very welcoming and helpful staff, located in the center of Antalya. - This is a great new hotel for a relaxing stay. The reception staff is very friendly and attentive. The rooms are quite spacious and are kept very clean. The bed is comfortable and the linens are very clean. And, of course, the most important thing is the excellent location and a beautiful view from the window of the Clock Tower and Kaleici. You will be staying in the heart of the city. MarkAntalya is nearby. Konyaalti Beach is a tram ride away. The old port is within walking distance. Everything is nearby – cafes, shops, attractions, public transportation stops. The tram takes you quickly to the airport. In my opinion, I would only improve the breakfasts a little. This is not a five-star hotel, but in terms of price and quality, it is a very decent option. I highly recommend staying at this hotel if you are in Antalya.

The receptionists were friendly and helpful. I'd definitely book this hotel again the next time I'm in Antalya. Everything was great.

- Giri (10/5): Excellent, peaceful and the room gave us some home feel after a tiring trip - The location of the property is the best feature. You can literally walk to old bazaar , and lot of food stalls, and what not. And it's so serene and looks like a movie set. And secondly the receptionists were so friendly and providing us all the important information even when we haven't asked them. And the cleaniless is also good. They change the toiletries and towels daily and clean the room daily. This feels really good when you back to your room from a long trip. Nothing much. I could hear voices from other rooms when using restroom.Maybe they could do something about this.. And maybe maybe they can change the breakfast every alternate days instead of the same menu everyday.
