• Fitri (8/5): A comfortable stay and worth the price - It’s conveniently located near stations and konbinis. Not a crowded area, which I preferred. It’s also near Yamato if you need to send luggage. I wish there was a bidet in the toilet/bathroom, but otherwise the room was fine.

• Mitsuru (5/5): お値段相当 - 安かった。4人で泊まれた。 SoftBankのメールアドレスを登録していたところ、booking.com経由のメールがアルファベット以外文字化けしていた。電話やメールで連絡したが、電話は繋がらず、追加のメールも文字化けしていたので困った。宿泊日当日に電話の折り返しがあったので内容の確認ができたが、直前に確認していたら泊まれなかったかもしれないと思った。
• Rosa (5/5): Not happy at all. Would never stay here again. - Location Room has a very strong smell of paint. We never had hot water. My husband and daughter took a shower in ice cold water. I sent a message asking for someone to please come by because we wanted to bathe and they never did. Absolutely awful customer service and the entrance is a construction site with paint, rods, and buckets.

• Mari (1/5): こんなにイライラしたことは今までにないです。最低です。 - なし。 チェックイン当日、部屋番号が不明のため電話連絡を取り暗証番号を入力したが開きませんでした。何度も電話連絡を試みましたが折り返しもメッセージの返信も一向になく、他のホテルを予約する羽目に。約1万3千円が無駄になりました。これで返金がないなんて詐欺ではないでしょうか？

• Chloe (6/5): Low budget, low amentity, perfect home base for a traveller - It was nice to have some personal space, the ability to cook fresh food, and a television There was no way to deal with rubbish. Because it was business rubbish my understandingn is we couldnt just take it out for collection and we were there for 9 days so we ended up storing it on the balcony because the room started to smell. There is a strange lack of some amenities like tea towels, brush and shovel etc so it wasnt easy to keep the room clean, again we were there for 9 days, so I feel bad for the cleaners, it must be tricky when they have really dirty tenants.

• RIEKO (7/5): お得料金だから、騒音はしょうがないと思った。 - 入って清潔な部屋で安心しました。 蔵前駅から近いので良かったです。 浅草へも歩いて行ける範囲で、周辺には飲食店コンビニもあり便利でした。部屋に洗濯機も付いていてとても便利だと思いました。トイレの便座は冷たい！料金とても安かった！ 隣りなのか上の階なのか、夜中、ずーっと、日本語ではない何人かで歌う歌声と物音が聞こえてきて、寝つきがとても悪かったです。あと、道路沿いで、夜中のパトカーのサイレン、観光のレーシングカーの音はまぁまぁ大きな音で聞こえます。

Luckily we had a spare bed so used that for suitcases- it is too hard for older people to be bending down to the floor all the time. Also, the couch is too low and the step up to the bathroom is NASTY.

We didn’t have the information about the room lock and code when we left on our flight, and when we got to the room, we had no way of contacting them, and there was no desk. Luckily, a guest in another room let us use their WiFi to contact the room services. We didn’t have cellular service in Japan.

• Sean (5/5): Very uncomfortable bed but otherwise an OK option - Location was solid, close to a station. Bed was extremely uncomfortable, you could feel the springs through the bed. Pro tip: go buy a mattress bad and pillows and your stay will be much more enjoyable. It is also not a hotel but rather a small studio apartment where they give you the code to enter.

Asked to cancel 1 night with no response and was asked to leave at once, horrible attitude There are better competitors like airbnb and hotels
• Veronica (8/5): Fantastic location - Kaminari Inn is located in walking distance to Asakusa, and can be reached from either Narita or Haneda by Asakusa line without transition. I needed 1 queen or double bed + 1 single bed in affordable price, which was perfectly met. It was our first time to stay in Kuramae area, which turned out to be so satisfactory because we wanted to stay away from noisy bustling tourist spots while still seeking easy access to Ginja or other popular places. We'll stay here again next time as well. The heater was not powerful enough; it took a few days until it finally reached satisfying temperature (note: we're very familiar with cold weather, which means I'm not exaggerating). The floor felt like ice, but some people might not mind as they might keep their shoes on (we kept them off inside as it's our custom). If it's not winter season, it will be alright. The bathtub is small, of course, but I'm happy nevertheless because I just wanted private shower and toilet, that's enough for us.

• Anthony (6/5): Extremely reasonablly priced and well positioned hotel but it’s not 5 star! - It’s hard to find accommodation in Tokyo with three beds so this was good. Also the inn, once we finally found it, was well located. Impossibly tiny shower.

Easy access to tourist places and other areas of Tokyo. I liked having an elevator and the natural lighting of the apartment and it was clean when we arrived The bathroom/toilet is not convenient at all. The shower and sink water is the same and so small. The shower courtain was too small and all the water would come out to the toilet area which made it uncomfortable to share the space

• Mei (4/5): Disappointing - Not convenient. Quite far from tourist spots. Took approximately 20 minutes by foot to Sensoji. The sofa bed is old and hard, not good for sleeping. Didn't realize there was no washing machine. The room that we were given did not conformed with the pictures in Booking.com. Location is not great.

• Yabing (1/5): will not come back,staff responsive time is 24hrs….no normal rubblish bin…everyone could enter the property - the washroom is casuple size…very bad experience have cleaning fee(9000 yen for 3 nights)…but stay for 3 nights never see the staff show up…Worst accommodation have ever stayed…it is very dirty in the elevator area…so may rubblish there…we hv left boots and power bank after co…the staff insisted they did not see everthing…it is quite crazy that the boots I purposely wanted to throw it away, so I put it in the entryway. But the charger was missing, but the employees said they couldn't find it. I felt they were completely unwilling to help, and the reply was already 24 hours later.

• Wei (8/5): Nice place - It’s located near by the river and subway-Asakusa line. Very convenient! The noodles on the first floor is really delicious! The kitchen is a little bit dirty. And a little bit noisy cause it’s located on the main road.

The bed sheet is dirty, the sound proofing is real bad, you can clearly anyone nearby walking, zipping their bed, talking, and snoring. The aircon is real bad. Suitable only for traveller who drunk heavily after drinking in the golden street behind.
