• Kacey-lee (7/5): - Super close proximity to Lycabettus Hill - The reason for choosing this property. Nice and spacious. A little bit run down ie. Door handle to bathroom came off - Grate in shower needs replacing. Glass that protected the old 'not in use' fireplace was on the floor.
• Δημήτρης (8/5): - Η οικοδομή είναι καλό συντηρημένη Μακ ήσυχη. Εξαιρετικά ευρύχωρο και φωτεινό διαμέρισμα. Η θέα είναι θαυμασια και ανοικτή από τη μια πλευρά του σπιτιού λόγω της υψομετρικής διαφοράς. Άνετο, με τηλεόραση και σε ασφαλή περιοχή. Υπήρχαν δύο φακελάκια καφέ και τέσσερα φακελάκια για τσάι μαζί με τις αντίστοιχες συσκευές. Η κουζίνα ήταν πλήρης για να μαγειρέψει κάποιος. Είναι περίπου δέκα λεπτά απόσταση από το σταθμό του Μετρό. Έχει πολλές δυνατότητες για περαιτέρω ανάπτυξη . Υπήρχε μεταξύ σαλονιού και κρεβατοκάμαρας, εντός του τοίχου ένας συνεχής έντονος θόρυβος. Έμοιαζε σαν να έχει σπάσει ένας σωλήνας και τρέχει νερό συνέχεια, πράγμα εξαιρετικά ενοχλητικό από ένα σημείο και μετά, ειδικά το βράδυ. Η καθαριότητα στο μπάνιο και στη ντουζιέρα θα έπρεπε να είναι καλύτερη. Επίσης, το καλαθάκι των χαρτιών του μπάνιου, πρέπει να αλλάξει για λόγους υγιεινής Η συνεννόηση με τη διαχείριση ήταν κάπως αργή και δυστυχώς δεν ακολουθούσε τη ροή των μηνυμάτων. Το αρχικό link για τα στοιχεία πριν φτάσω εκεί , δεν άνοιξε ποτέ.
