• Elizabeth (9/5): - The staff were so friendly and helpful, and I was impressed with how clean the property was. The reception was really welcoming, and even though the single room was small it was just as advertised and had everything I needed for the stay! Aircon worked really well, beds super comfy, and water was hot :) The location is incredible, a very short walk from Hyde Park and loads of amenities. I would definitely stay there again, both in the single or twin room (I stayed two weekends in a row!). In the twin room, the aircon didn't work quite as well as during my stay in the single room, I'm sure it just needed a service though :)

• Salku (4/5): - I left a review on google as well. There were two things goof about this hotel, the location and the staff. It was a 4-5 minute walk from hide park or even bus station. But the room was not that clean on itself. It was not well maintained with water coming out of the bathroom and the floor felt dirty like it has not been cleaned in year even though to be fair i heard them cleaning every morning. Bed sheets were horrible. They made our skin itchy all the time. They said you have hide park view from the window but the view was just 2-3 trees and mostly other buildings 😭

Room was good value for money, clean and beds were comfy. We had a twin room and it had everything we needed in it. Room was small but had everything we needed and was absolutely fine, clean and comfortable for an overnight stay.

• Lynne (9/5): Very pleasant overall and we would definitely stay there again when next in London. - Location ideal - a short walk to Lancaster Gate tube station. Plenty of places close by to eat and drink. The staff were all very helpful. Breakfast was good The property itself was all good. We had booked three rooms, one of which was at the front directly opposite the Mitre pub and it was very noisy most nights disturbing sleep.

La habitación es pequeña pero es justo lo el espacio que se necesita para estar en Londres: nunca estás en el hotel salvo para dormir. El personal es muy amable. Tuvimos un inconveniente con el inodoro y lo solucionaron rápido. Las camas son cómodas. La ubicación es perfecta, Paddington es un barrio tranquilo y a 500 metros del metro. El Hyde Park está a 200 metros. Las habitaciones son un poco pequeñas pero realmente no es un problema.

• Kayla (10/5): - The hotel is in a great location, especially with paddington station being a short walk away. It was very easy to get to the hotel from heathrow airport as you can take a train from the airport straight to paddington station. The staff was super accommodating and checked in to make sure everything was meeting my expectations. The rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable. I didn’t eat breakfast at the hotel but there are many options to choose from around the area. I spent two nights here by myself and felt super safe at the hotel and walking around the area. Would definitely recommend! The rooms and the shower are quite small but it was manageable. It could be quite crammed with more people and luggage.

Blisko do muzeów(co było naszym celem), nie traciliśmy czasu na dojazdy. Słychać sąsiadów w pokoju obok. Kran trochę zepsuty(urywał się zawór ).

Katru dienu tika veikta uzkopšana numuriņā (ne visās viesnīcās tā ir). Ļoti ātrs Chek in, par cik ieradāmies ap 23:00, tad tas bija ļoti svarīgi. Labs wi-fi. Laba atrašanās vieta - 5 min gājienā no Pedington stacijas :) Numuriņā visu laiku bija pieejama kafija, tēja, cukurs un piens.

Hemos estado muy agusto ya que nos dieron una habitación mejor a la reservada. Por decir algo q la habitación no es muy grande pero por la relación calidad-precio-ubicación y solo para ir a dormir es más que suficiente.

The staff were very friendly, especially at the reception. The two gentlemen smiled and always had a minute for a small talk. Thank you for the hospitality. • Monica (9/5): Piccolo hotel in ottima posizione. - Hotel in fantastica posizione per servizi e mezzi di trasporto: bus e metro vicinissimi. Personale accogliente e gentile, ci hanno dato la stanza pur se in anticipo e tenuto le valigie oltre l’orario di partenza. Stanza per tre comoda e sempre dotata di asciugamani puliti. Da migliorare un po’ la colazione aggiungendo qualcosa di dolce.

• ΕΥΑΓΓΕΛΙΑ (8/5): Αξιοπρεπές ξενοδοχείο με καλή σχέση ποιότητας / τιμής . - Εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό, τόσο στη ρεσεψιόν όσο και στο πρωινό. Καθαρό δωμάτιο και άνετο στρώμα. Πολύ βολική τοποθεσία για βόλτες με τα πόδια αλλά και κοντά σε μετρό και λεωφορεία . Το δωμάτιο ήταν αρκετά μικρό. Θα μπορούσε να έχει επίσης περισσότερα προϊόντα περιποίησης. Παρόλα αυτά η σχέση ποιότητας τιμής παραμένει πολύ καλή.

• Ibnx (7/5): - Le personnel très gentil et souriant.L'emplacement de l'hôtel, la propreté...La literie. Certains aspects de l'hôtel sont à améliorer comme le pommeau de douche entartré ou encore le système de chasse d'eau qui ne tient pas ou encore un carrelage qui n'est pas fixé. Le petit déjeuner n'est pas terrible, nous étions quatre et aucun de nous n'a aimé, nous avons mangé pendant 5 jours en dehors de l'hôtel et des endroits différents et le breakfast était largement mailleur en ajoutant quelques livres par personne. L'hôtel gagné par son emplacement mais avec quelques améliorations, il fidèliserait sa clientèle.
