• Paloma (8/5): - Muy bien ubicado y super vistas al mar Solo tiene un aparato de aire acondicionado/calefaccion en el salon, y si hace frio, no llega a las habitaciones
• Colin (8/5): - Great views and location, spacious rooms and lounge area, would book again if available Slight issue on check out, booked for 9.30 as pick up arranged for 9.40am. Host didn’t arrive to check room and return deposit until 10am. Fortunately we had friends in the resort who could return keys and received deposit after meeting the host

• Michelle (7/5): Benidorm trip - The view was amazing. Right on Lavante Beach so very close to everything. Comfortable beds Very basic apartment, was cold of an evening as windows didn't close fully so had to put shutters down every night more to keep draft out. No WiFi which we knew about but in this day and age the should be WiFi. Kitchen was very basic limited stuff no Cork screw for example or break knife. Also work was being done in the foyer so was very noisey of a morning with drilling etc. There was also a drains smell in bedroom by toilet and in toilet had to open windows all day to help clear it. We had a nice time as only there 5 nights but wouldn't stay in that particular apartment again.

Make sure you read the small print about check in times as the - Great location, plenty of space Smell from bathroom but I would imagine that is a building problem ok once you leave the window open and the lack of flexibility to checking in

• Roque (5/5): Muy buena ubicación pero apartamento poco mantenimiento - La ubicación frente a la playa Los servicios del apartamento y su mantenimiento y limpieza : menaje en cocina escasos y de mala calidad ; frigorífico no funcionaba (nos dimos cuenta después de entrar en el apartamento pero ya estaba así sin que lo hubieran arreglado) ; las ventanas correderas exteriores no se abrían algunas y otras no cerraban bien, con lo que entraba frío ; cristales exteriores sin limpiar desde hace tiempo ; el mobiliario es de muy mala calidad y poco mantenido ; ropa de cama sucia ( colcha superior ); televisión casi rota y mal ubicada

• Sandra (10/5): On levante beach , lovely views , 16th floor . - Lovely views over the prom , corner position on 16th floor , had pool but didn’t use , basic , clean , free parking on secure site was ideal for us . Communication very good no issues checking in/out Could do with Wifi . I should have checked this !

• Oulmi (5/5): Très déçu - L’emplacement en bord de mer et la vue Je ne comprends pas que la plupart des gens ne disent pas la réalité des choses . À part l’emplacement mais le reste : Les odeurs nauséabondes qui remontent de la salle de bain, aucun confort, 2 petits lits dans chaque chambre , pas de four, manque des ustensiles de cuisine,pas de wifi et la télé même pas de Netflix pour compenser le manque de confort Et ne pas oublier de signaler que l’appartement se trouve au 16 em étage Et pour finir la porte d’entrée qui porte des traces d’effraction non réparé ce qui la fragilise car vous donner un coup d’épaule elle s’ouvre Franchement je déconseille fortement car cela risque de vous gâcher vos vacances comme à nous Je termine par la piscine pour vous dire que si vous aimez passer du temps vous serez déçu Pas de transat et petite piscine Pour le prix demandé la propriétaire A beaucoup à faire pour améliorer Ne louer surtout pas avant d’avoir visité car vous ne serai pas remboursé

• M&m23 (4/5): If you're a couple STAY AWAY - The view. The fact that the manager and cleaning lady were willing to wait until we arrived, around 21:00 (for some reason, the last check in was 20:00). The cleaning lady was nice, the door man was also nice, helped us with parking. After booking I was messaged (in Spanish) I have to pay 300€ deposit. I was fine with that, but did not fully understood it is mandatory in cash. The manager urged me to pay on the spot, and go to the ATM which charged me 50€ in fees, just because the manager could not wait until the next morning or fix the payment by transfer. The manager treated me and my pregnant girlfriend like "burglars"... OUTRAGEOUS. Except for the view, I dont recommend this for a couple. For a bunch of drunk friends, it is fine. Bed sheets with stains, but at least clean. Bed covers with stains and smelly. NO BLANKET. Bathroom was not well cleaned, brunette hair was found(my gf is blonde), as well dirt on the lower part of the shower (pictures attached). NO WI-FI in the year of 2024 for 250€/two nights... I havent experienced a property with no WiFi in 7 years. We paid 250€, way overpriced for what we got.

• Mark (4/5): Bad customer service - Fantastic and clean Refused to let me check in after 8pm my flight did not arrive until 7.30pm. So needed to lose a day. Requested 300€ cash deposit so I needed to take 300€ back to UK on checkout. Checkout was from 9am so I needed to lose another day as I needed to check out for early flight at 6am. Paid for 5 nights. Either got 3 nights or book 2 more flights. Unwilling to help. No communication unless you talk spanish
• Sally (9/5): Superb - Perfect for us with lovely views on the 17th floor. Comfortable beds and pillows. We didn't cook there as we were out all the time as so cheap to eat out. Good price, would definitely stay again. Communication was excellent and someone there to let us in with keys. Go to Tapas Alley in the old town. Lovely
