• Robert (6/5): noisy, but nice neighborhood - Lots of little thoughtful extras in bathroom and kitchen. Easy communication with host, who we never saw. Convienent grocery store just across the street, if you don't get run over by traffic.... Both bedrooms faced a very noisy street with buses, cars all day. Only quiet from 1am to 5 am. The kitchen and bathroom faced a small courtyard that was filled with more than 20 garbage cans from the businesses on the ground floor. At 5 am a woman came to empty the cans, breakdown boxes and washout the cans. That too was massively noisy. If noise bothers you, I would give this one a miss.
• Diotima (10/5): Sehr zu empfehlen! - Gute Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber, sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Bei unserer Ankunft war der Kühlschrank mit kalten Getränken gefüllt. Auch Kaffee stand zur Verfügung. Die Lage ist super. Schönes Quartier. Vis a vis ist ein Supermarkt, Restaurants gibt es in der Strasse. Die Sehenswürdigkeiten konnten wir alle zu Fuss erreichen. Klimagerät sehr angenehm bei den heissen Temperaturen. Die Wohnung ist gross, ideal für 3-4 Erwachsene. Die Türen quietschen ein wenig aber bei soviel Gastfreundschaft geht das schnell vergessen…

• yinka (7/5): Ok apartment! - The location was good. About 25mins walk to Milano Central station. Rooms were a good size and clean. It was nice to have some water in the fridge when we got there as we arrived at the apartment late. There was a washing machine and laundry detergent which was useful. The instructions to get into the apartment were helpful especially the pictures as we would have gone to the wrong block of flats if it wasn't for the clear picture of the actual door to the apartment- so very helpful. Bedroom- the bed in the smaller room was incredibly uncomfortable, the memory foam mattress needs replacing! Also only one TV in the master bedroom. Which was difficult especially given there was no communal living area. There was only one bath sheet in the master bedroom. The other towels were a little bigger than a hand towel. Bathroom- The bathroom is large but the shower is small and the door even smaller! Kitchen- no oven which was disappointing...limits what you can cook. There was enough utensils and cutlery for two but any more than that staying at the apartment would prove a challenge when cooking, especially given the apartment was meant to be for up to 4 people. Also the fridge was dirty...spilt juice not cleaned up. No full length mirror! Also, there wasn't much in the way of information of the surroundings areas/ welcome back or how to use the equipment e.g. the two ring cooker or the air con unit

Bardzo dobry i szybki kontakt z właścicielem, który przywitał nas pozytywnie i z uśmiechem 🙂 Lokalizacja bardzo dobra, można spokojnie przejść spacerkiem spod Dworca Głównego. Apartament zadbany, czysty, przestronny. Pościel, ręczniki czyste, pachnące, łóżka wygodne. Kuchnia w pełni wyposażona. Naprzeciwko bardzo dobrze zaopatrzony market. Serdecznie polecamy. Napewno wrócimy!

• Laura (10/5): Consigliatissimo! - L'appartamento è spazioso e molto pulito, e' stato un soggiorno davvero piacevole. I servizi sono tanti e vicinissimi: bar, ristoranti e supermercato di fronte. Il proprietario è stato molto disponibile e cortese. Torneremo presto. Consigliatissimo!

• Ashleybeth (10/5): Great! - The apartment was cozy and clean. The building has security which is reassuring. The kitchen was great because we were able to heat up food and eat it as a family. I found the apartment spacious because we were able to stretch out in our own rooms whenever we took a break from walking around Milan. It was close enough to walk to all the sites we wanted to venture to. Stefano was wonderful! N/A

• Monika (8/5): Geräumige, saubere Wohnung in zentraler Lage - Sehr geräumig und sauber. Die Lage wsr optimal hinsichtlich Anbindung an den ÖPNV sowie vieler Möglichkeiten zum Frühstücken, Ausgehen und Einkaufen. Von der viel befahrenen Straße war durch die guten Fenster nachts nichts zu hören. Schöner Parkettboden; großes Bad mit Waschmaschine. Aufzug und tagsüber Concierge. Sichere Schließvorrichtungen an Hauseingang und Wohnungstür. Verschieden harte Kopfkissen und gute Matratzen. Sehr viel Auswahl im großen Kühlschrank mit Gefrierer. Dadurch, dass wenig Deko da war wirkte die Wohnung nicht so gemütlich. Durch die an den Fenstern angebrachten Sichtschutze konnte man auch nicht nach außen schauen. Die Nachttischleuchten mussten öfter geladen werden. Türgriffe quietschten ziemlich, so dass Mitreisende nachts gestört werden können.

• siobhan (8/5): - Great location. Supermarket directly across the street with restaurants and bars on either side of the apartment building. Great to get a sense of Milano local life instead of the usual tourist vibe. The apartment is spacious with absolutely everything that you need from a hair dryer to a fan. The apartment is easily accessible by lift or 14 stairs. Stefano easy to contact if needed also. It lacks natural light but it is the nature of apartment buildings in a courtyard and narrow street setting. Some may see it as ambience. The city centre is walkable but the hop on hop off bus red line has a stop at the end of the street. Central station is a 20 minute walk and is huge with lots to even see there. The train to Como takes 40/50 mins but once there be aware that a boat trip to Bellaggio and beyond may not be possible as tickets can only be bought on the day and book up fast. There are other trips on the lake that take only an hour round trip... Get off and on and explore the small villages along this magnificent lake. Restaurants and bars in Como itself boast great customer service and wonderful Italian red wine not to mention reasonably priced aperol spritz. Milan itself is busy, plagued with unnecessary graffiti and can be difficult to get around as signs seem so discreet they are possible to miss. Duamo is lovely though and well worth a visit. A trip to the canal is pleasant also. To top it all, if flying into Bergamo airport, take an hour or 2 to explore this gem.. go uphill to the university and let the view below take your breath away. Be sure to get the orio shuttle if going straight to Milan central station... Takes about 50 mins. No complaints about the apartment...
• Tuija (8/5): Nice place near the city center - It was in walking distance to many of the sights in Milan, easy access to the Metro station, bus stop in front of the apartment. Good restaurants nearby, especially recommending Volemose Bene in the next door. The apartment was really hot. Needed to use air con even thought it was only 13 degrees outside. The bed sheets were a bit worn out but all in all it was clean apartment.

• samantha (8/5): Great apartment for a family. - Very spacious apartment with good security, good air conditioning and kitchen facilities. Coffee pods and water had been left for us which was great. No comfortable seating area apart from dining area.

• Andrew (10/5): Exceptional - Great location. Place was very clean with good security. Easy communication with Stefano who was brilliant accommodating our changing plans and gave good recommendations. Walking distance from all major attractions or 2 train stops away.
• Kristopher (10/5): Large Flat in Fabulous Location - The flat is massive, clean, and great amenities. Access is easy. Communication with host is fast and clear. The location was excellent with a large grocery across the street and many highly rated restaurants and osterias all within a few blocks. Easy and interesting walks to major attractions. Super safe feeling too! AirCon was cool and worked well. No "family" room with a couch to sit and read yet the large kitchen and dinning table sufficed.

Very good restaurants next door to property and many restaurants within a few mins walk, loved it here, will stay here again next time I’m in Milan. Quick response from hosts. Everything in apartment like good coffee, biscuits etc. Express shop across the street, loved everything about this place.

• Wieslawa (9/5): Beautiful location in Milan! - Location in Milan is unbeatable, walkable to main attractions but also surrounded by exceptional restaurants and amenities. Check in and out were seamless and the apartment was spacious and accommodating. We really enjoyed using this as our base. Some may say that the apartment was a little lightly furnished and there was no air-con in the bathroom or kitchen (there is in the bedrooms!)

• Coralee (8/5): Central, beautiful flat in the heart of Milan - Easy to find, super central. Good communication with host. The host also made an effort to let us check-in earlier. Finding a fridge stocked with juices, waters, beer, yoghurts, Nutella etc was a really nice touch. Plenty of coffee pods available for the Nespresso machine, overall a great experience. The aircon was unfortunately a bit ineffective, but this will only be a problem if it’s a very hot day, like we had.

Nothing negative to report. Perhaps it lacked sunlight, but it did not impact our stay as one of us preferred it that way.

It is quiet but with restaurants nearby. Metro is also close, shop right opposite and you can even walk from Centrale. I would recommend staying here with up to 5 people.

• Maialen (7/5): Good - We stayed 5 friends in this apartment for a weekend and we felt like home. There was plenty of space for all of us with an equipped kitchen with all the basics. The neighborhood is centric and at the same time very quite. For the check-in and during the stay the host have been very helpful and making sure that everything was good. Close to the apartment there is a supermarket and nice stores to buy food or whatever is needed during the stay. Very recommended! Nothing.
