Personel bardzo pomocny w tym względzie. Bardzo dobry kontakt z personelem zarówno przed jak i po wyjeżdzie. Przestronna narciarnia z suszarkami. Z buta można dojść swobodnie na stok w Cernym Dole. Niedaleko obiektu skibus. Przede wszystkim bardzo dobra baza wypadowa na narty/snowboard do Janskich i Pecu.

Im not sure how it qualifies as a resort..there are only apartments there. breakfast is in a hotel up the street.

Bohužel neodtékal odpad ve sprchovém koutu a parkování je tragické (před hotelem málo míst a další je buď na náměstí za 150 kč/den nebo ve ski areálu cca pak 7 minut chůze od hotelu to je zdarma.

Kristin (7/5): Sehr schöne moderne Unterkunft, örtliche Gastronomie ausbaufähig - modern, bequeme Betten, zentrale Lage Frühstücksbuffet in der Gaststätte Posta sehr einfach, keine große Auswahl an Speisen zum Frühstück, kaum Gastronomie im Ort, man durfte nur einkehren mit Reservierung, im Hotel kein deutschsprachiges TV Programm Zu Silvester wurde uns ein „Silvesterbankett“ in der Gaststätte Posta angeboten, welches wir gerne annahmen. Allerdings war an dem Abend die Gaststätte wie immer. Es war nichts festlich geschmückt, keine Musik, das Essen war auch hier einfach gehalten, die Bedienung war freundlich, aber kam eher sporadisch zu uns an den Tisch. Dadurch kam gar nicht erst eine Silvesterstimmung bzw. Wohlfühlatmosphäre auf, andere Hotelgäste verließen vorzeitig die Gastronomie. Im Gegensatz zum Hotel ist die Gaststätte sehr urig und altertümlich, was meines Erachtens nicht gut zusammenpasst.

Jacek (10/5): Very comfortable and clean place to stay, close to the ski lift. - The staff is very helpful with a good command of English. Rooms are clean and spacious. There's a ski room. Proximity to the slope, you might easily get there walking. The staff is mindful of guests' requests and makes your stay really comfortable. The kitchen is well-equipped and sufficient to prepare meals for four. Storage room and drying rack in the room to dry your ski shoes. I liked everything! Just a small remark about the breakfast. The breakfast is served in a different location (2 mins away) or delivered to your room if there are fewer guests at the property. The breakfast delivered was way better and more diverse than the one offered in the restaurant. However, both met our expectations, and we ate well :-)

Agnieszka (10/5): - Bardzo dobrze wyposażony apartament, przestronny i czysty. Wszystko jak na zdjęciach. Bardzo miła obsługa, sprzątanie, wymiana ręczników. Byliśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu.

Michal (9/5): Velice příjemné ubytování - Pohodlné ubytování ve výborně vybaveném apartmánu. Postele pohodlné, polštáře super. Možnost ubytovat se s pejskem. Parkování bylo méně pohodlné při plném vytížení domu. Jinak ubytování není co vytknout.
Katerina (10/5): - Krásné ubytování, tiché pokoje i okolí. Snídani jsme dostali na pokoj dle domluveného času. Skvělá výchozí poloha na výlet. Dobra restaurace poblíž.

Jitka (10/5): - Vybavení pokoje, místo ubytování, skvělé snídaně. Příjemná recepční. Jen, že na snídaněmi se muselo do jiného hotelu, naštěstí to bylo jen cca 200 metrů.
Marek (9/5): Doporučuji, rádi se vrátíme - Hezky zařízený pokoj, vše přehledné. Příjemná paní na recepci. Čisté. V jeden moment nebylo bohužel kde zaparkovat

Pavel (10/5): - O víkendu jsme se ubytovali v těchto apartmánech a byli jsme velmi spokojeni. Apartmány byly čisté, útulné a s novým, moderním vybavením. Postel byla velká a velmi pohodlná, spalo se skvěle. Parkování bylo možné přímo před budovou, což je velké plus. Snídaně byla naprosto vynikající a mile nás překvapila – rozhodně předčila naše očekávání. Cestovali jsme se psem, za kterého se platilo 200 Kč za noc. Celkově se nám pobyt velmi líbil a rádi se sem znovu vrátíme.

Alicja (10/5): - Piękne komfortowe wnętrze. W apartamencie były wszystkie niezbędne akcesoria. Bezproblemowy sposób meldunku nawet poza godzinami pracy recepcji.

Schäfer (10/5): Top, sehr gemütlich und schön - Ein sehr gutes Hotel. Das Personal immer hilfsbereit und die Zimmer sehr groß, gemütlich und sauber. Das Frühstück wird auf das Zimmer gebracht und es ist für jeden Geschmack was dabei. die Lage ist sehr ländlich, nicht viel drum herum. Aber gerade diese Ruhr fand ich sehr angenehm. Nichts
