• roscastle (8/5): Appartamento confortevole . - Appartamento confortevole con un bel terrazzino al 5 piano dell'edificio con ascensore. Cucina attrezzata. I n zona centrale, per raggiungerlo c'è una breve salita. Ottima vista. Nel complesso tutto bene. Quando siamo arrivate, a causa di un disguido interno, l'appartamento non era pulito e pronto. La signora che è venuta a pulire è stata gentilissima, attenta e ha svolto un ottimo lavoro lasciando tutto bene pulito. Mancano le luci ai comodini, c'è solo luce centrale, la camera ha la finestra sulle scale esterne e può dare fastidio la luce che si accende ogni volta che vi accede qualcuno.

• Andreea Elena Hategan (10/5): Un apartament foarte odihnitor - Locatia a foat foarte buna, foarte aproape de statia de autobuz care te duce la aeroport. Apartamentul a fost dotat cu ce este necesar sa iti prepari o gustare. Frigider, cuptor cu microunde, cupotor normal, tacamuri, pahare, fierbator de apa si filtru de cafea. Apartamentul este un living open space cu bucataria si terasa iar separat dormitorul si baia. Ne-a placut foarte mult ca era curat si patul schimbat. A fost o sedere confortabila si foarte buna, raport calitate-pret. Recomandam cu drag O mica sugestie doar nu ar strica sa lasati suplimentar in apartament solutie de spalat vasele, un gel de dus sau sapun de mana.

• Oana (6/5): Broken furniture and worn out, hostile neighbours - Bathroom was ok, large size apartment, nice view The sofa bed was broken so the kids had to sleep on the floor on the mattress the whole week. The sun beds on the terrace were broken and unusable. Overall really tired and worn out. We don’t mind old things as long as they work and they’re clean but would expect things that work and if they’re broken, to be replaced. One light was almost falling from the ceiliac, the pans and pots were very scratched so we couldn’t cook (and ingest Teflon), the oven door was broken and you couldn’t open it. Too many things that need to be fixed. We raised the issues on the second day but nothing got sorted the whole week we were there. There was also a very hostile neighbour that knocked on walls when our toddler had a nightmare and was difficult to settle back to sleep. Then again the morning at 6am knocked in our bedroom wall, our windows, was making intentional loud noise. Very petty, we never had that happen to us. Overall I would not recommend this place.

• Konrad (8/5): - Łatwy dostęp - klucze były na miejscu w skrzynce z szyfrem. Szyfr był podany w wiadomości. Był też podany link do krótkiego filmu jak dostać się do obiektu. Zepsuta sofa (nie rozkłada się odpowiednio) i hałasująca w nocy lodówka.
• Meike Nowack (10/5): - Die Terrasse war einzigartig. Die Küche war auch sehr gut ausgestattet. Insgesamt war das Apartment sehr geräumig. Im Bad wären Haken für die Handtücher toll.
• Erin (8/5): Stay like a local, steps from the beach. - The rental was great, clean and just like the photos. The kitchen came with all the basic appliances you would need, the condo was well maintained. I would only suggest an extra bed blankets for the winter or colder evenings, and some more warm tone lamps for reading throughout the apartment and coziness. We loved the location with the balcony was beautiful. I would definitely stay there again as it’s conveniently located to the beach and the city with all the bus routes to the airport as well just down the road from the apartment. The only thing I would say - is really the apartment is located on top of a very steep mountaintop neighborhood. You can easily drive up or walk up to the address. But I cannot recommend this location for anyone with disabilities or a wheelchair
• Chiara Marialuisa (8/5): - Nel terrazzo per serate tranquille, bellissima televisione, letto comodo, piano cottura ben funzionante Piccole cose come prese della corrente vicino al letto, ganci o mensole in bagno sarebbero state comode. Mancava qualche cosa base della casa come detersivo per piatti, sacchi della spazzatura e scolapasta.

• Matej (9/5): Good - I was very sceptic after the last review from Michele, but please just use your brain when you arrive and you will get inside very easy 😂. The apartment was clean and it was good for the money. We stayed for 4 nights and it was a good stay. Also very nice view from the terrace. We didn’t have any toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo, or dishwashing detergent. Bring your own, or you can buy everything at the mini market just below the accommodation. This was the only downside, because for the price, the owner could have at least provided these basic necessities. Another possible downside for some might be the distance from the beach. It’s about a 15-minute walk downhill, but if you don’t want to stay in a noisy center, then it’s a good location.
• Michele (1/5): **Disastrous experience – avoid this property at all costs!** - Nothing!!!! I was literally *locked out* of the vacation home upon arrival. The agency gave me incorrect instructions on how to enter: they told me to press a buzzer and the gate would open. However, the video they sent clearly showed that a *key* was needed to open the very same gate. The result? I was stuck outside for over an hour. The “solution” they offered was to ask a *neighbor* to let me in. Once inside, I was finally able to access the lockbox, get the keys, and enter the apartment. But it gets worse. I decided to go buy some water, and when I tried to open the gate from the inside, I got *trapped* inside the property. I called the agency again — hours passed trying to find a solution. Eventually, they told me someone would help the *next morning*. At this point I called Booking.com, who tried to contact the agency as well. It turned into a never-ending back and forth, with no real resolution. The next morning? No one from the agency even *bothered* to call. I'm still waiting for a refund for all the stress and wasted time. This apartment is a *complete scam*. Avoid it if you value your peace of mind. Clabao agency I’m still waiting for your response about my refund promise from your Agent Daniela.
• Dave (8/5): October break - The balcony A bit noisy due to central location and distant building works that could be heard all over los cristianos. Definitely got fitter from climbing stairs as it is located in an elevated position, fantastic views, great value for money.

• Samantha (8/5): Very good - Loved the terrace and accessibility! Was exactly as described! Nice neighbourhood and really and all you would want in an apartment like this! Not enough basic amenities such as toilet paper, olive oil, salt, pepper... and the handle of the oven is broken so not very handy but Still loved the place! The bed cushions weren't great either
• Halldór (8/5): I and my wife spent thirteen good days in the apartment. - Excellent balcony and view. Good apartment for the price. Cooking tools could have been better. Ants were annoying when we arrived although we could get rid of them. A little odour from the cloak system. It would have been good to have a vacuum cleaner for the carpet on the balcony.
• Kymme (6/5): Great location, views, facilities and security, but comfort and soft furnishings need improvement - The best feature of this property was the terrace, which was the main reason why we chose this. It was spacious and sunny most of the day and had great views of the surrounding area. The kitchen was well equipped with new equipment, plates, cutlery etc. The coffee maker was without a glass jar though. A huge TV, although we didn't use this. The wifi worked well. The shower was good too and the washing machine was useful. We felt safe and secure and liked the location as it was easy to walk to different parts of the area. We are quite fit and do like to walk. The property is quite high up on a hill, which we were aware of. If you are not fit this may be a problem for you. There is on street parking, but at busy times you need to search for a space. We were quite uncomfortable, which was unfortunate as this apartment has so many good qualities. Ours was a long stay. The bed wasn't great to sleep on and the sofa wasn't good either. We had to cover this with a throw. The plug sockets in the bedroom weren't well placed, although an extension was provided. It was too short so we had to buy another. There were only five coat hangers, and had to buy more. Hardly any toilet paper either or extra bedding. The bedding was very disappointing. It has obviously seen better days. It was clean, just threadbare. The purchase of new bedding is long overdue. When we have stayed in properties like this previously there has always been more bedding available, especially with a long stay. We had to contact the owner to find out how to get more bedding. If you need extra bedding you have to pay for this service. We were informed that we would get new bedding free of charge after 7 days but we had to make further contact when it hadn't arrived on the 8th day. It finally arrived on the 10th day. No new towels. It would have been good to have this information before we arrived. On arrival we noticed a leak under the sink as there was water on the floor. We had to use towels provided to clean this up and wash them. Upon further inspection it was found that the water was coming from the boiler, directly over the sink, which is unsealed and can be lifted out. We communicated the leak to the owners and it was arranged for a plumber to come and sort this. A new boiler was needed which was replaced a couple of days later. We gave permission for them to access the property if we were out but this wasn't the case as the plumber had to ring us to get access. It was quite annoying to have to deal with this in the first few days of our stay. But it was rectified and we had no further problems. The owners should check the property before renting.

• Pauline (1/5): Disasterous. Couldn’t stay. No response from - Nothing Not cleaned since previous guests and no response from the owners. Couldn’t stay as had dirty bed sheets, wet towels and a bin full of rubbish. Place smelled of stale drink.
