• Bevis (1/5): Don’t stay here - Location and pool Very outdated and unmanaged space. Rust and mould. Not enough bedding for 6 people. Toaster, Tv and hairdryer all not working. chevron staff wouldn’t help us because the apartment was separate from their management. One key to sure between 6 people

• Lisa (7/5): - It was the 17th floor, the swimming pools were great and everything was in walking distance Air conditioning was too cold, and the console was very hard to adjust due to screen being damaged. The showerhead was very loose and would only point at the wall unless you held it while trying to shower. The shower door doesn't align with the shower screen and allowed the water to leak out a lot all over the bathroom. Both of the drains in the bathroom also did very little, which lead to constantly having towels on the floor and in the dryer. There was only a dish scrubbing pad to clean dishes, no dishcloths to wipe the benches or the tables. The main balcony door from the lounge room was very stiff and hard to open.

• Michelle (4/5): Paid a lot of money for an old tired looking apartment that is in desperate need for some maintenance and TLC. - Location We were disappointed after spending $388 per night to find the apartment looking very tired and run down and there was not enough provisions. For example, we had four people but there was only 3 bowls and 2 teaspoons. There was no hand soap in the bathroom and 2 shampoos no conditioner. No pool towels provided which is okay however there was only 2 spare bath towels that we could use instead for 4 people. Everything is rusty. Bull dog clips holding up the shower rose. Curtains hanging down at the top. And a broken chair sitting on the balcony. We also had trouble finding the locked box on arrival, a simple map would be so much better than photos.
• Graine (8/5): For a peak period it was good value compared to what we would've paid at other apartments. - Location was handy to everything i.e right above both Coles and Woolies, a couple minutes walk to the beach, Surfer's sign and Slingshot just to name a few and the view is lovely. The host was also really prompt with communication and sent really detailed instructions for both check in and check out which was helpful when navigating our way to the lockbox. We stayed over New Years and while we couldn't see the main fireworks from our balcony (understandably so as it's a river facing) we did get the perfect view from the rooftop pool level for the 8pm show as that area is open til 9pm. Kids absolutely loved the lagoon but with 3 hotel towers sharing the same facilities it was always really packed and hard to nab a deckchair and a spot in the hot tubs. Having just one bathroom/toilet was a pain with everyone having to wait their turn and there was a bit of a bad odour in the fridge and laundry areas which we couldn't find the source to. Had one incident where the toilet cistern didn't automatically refill so I lifted the lid to check and there was mould inside it which isn't surprising as there is no fan or window in the bathroom. Main beds were very comfortable but the rollaway definitely needs to be replaced as it's a recipe for a sore back, luckily we only needed it for a child.

• Frédéric (8/5): Très bon séjour. - L’hôtel est bien situé. La vue sur la rivière Nerang est super. Les enfants ont bien aimé la piscine et les magasins en bas de l’hôtel sont très pratiques. Certains équipements devraient être changés : les matelas du lit pliable étaient usés, la lumière de la cuisine avait du mal à fonctionner par moments, il y avait du sable sous les coussins du canapé.
• Lauren (10/5): Perfect Family Get Away - Location of the property was a 10/10 for our young family, the beds were comfortable & waking up to the beautiful view each morning was a highlight. The shower head & shower screen need some maintenance.

• Ramandeep (8/5): - Location was good and property was clean. It was not having sufficient bedding as promised. We were 4 adults and 2 kids but there were only 4 good beds for adults. One folding bed was there but that was very uncomfortable to sleep.we had challenges to sleep during our stay.
• Crystal (6/5): - Great location Wasn’t very clean, everything was pretty dated and definitely needs work. Lights not working, tv not working, hair everywhere, heater not working. Jodie was helpful in responding albeit a little slow in responses. Sofa bed was awful. Used two extra mattresses to make it bearable for the kids.
• Casey (4/5): Average - The spa outside was warm and good and the bbq areas around the pool also has supermarkets very close by. Location was perfect Aircon was broken, fold out bed was filthy as were the extra blankets provided. Washing machine smelt of mould and some of the lights didn’t work. 1 fob and key for 6 people
