Maddy (3/5): LOCATION ON BOOKING.COM IS WRONG & not great for foreigners - The room was modern and laundry facilities were good and breakfast was sufficient The location on booking.com map is totally wrong (it’s actually just below temple of heaven) and so the closest metro is 20 mins walk, making everything extra annoying to get to. The room smelt like smoke and the staff did not make much effort to help or provide information in English - not even a piece of paper with information, so I knew nothing about breakfast / laundry / check-in/out. Wasn’t much around the hotel in way of shops / restaurants

Sara (10/5): Great - would definitely stay again. - Easy to get to and great location near Temple of Heaven. Staff was very helpful - we had a double room on the first floor and they made sure we got a sunny room. Complimentary snacks and drinks in the evenings and during the day. The room is very modern and new with a beautiful bathroom and interior.

Sunil (7/5): Good value for money - The room was modern and a good size. Check-in was good, and the staff are friendly. The nearest metro is 15-minute walk next to the Temple of Heaven ticket office. It is challenging to locate the hotel on Apple Maps, and when you enter the hotel name, it provides the incorrect location. The staff do not speak much English. If you want to take public transport from the airport might not be the right location for you
