• Christofer (10/5): Exelente ubicación y relación calidad-precio. - La accesibilidad, excelente ubicación, las instalaciones (cocina equipada, lava y secaropas, balcón con mesa, comodidad del apartamento), al lado del edificio hay un mini supermercado con todo, y precios accesibles. El huésped nos dejó de cortesía una botella de vino y snacks para nuestra llegada, y en la heladera teníamos dos botellas de agua fresca. Sin lugar a dudas una excelente elección. Lo recomiendo 100 %. Hay que estar activando en el panel de llaves el sistema de agua caliente, pero funciona perfectamente. Solo un detalle, el colchón de la cama grande ya está para el cambio, y el sartén no es compatible con la vitroceramica, para cocinar tienes que usar la olla. Nada de esto impide que tu estadía sea placentera.

• Linzalone (8/5): Ottima posizione. - Ottima posizione, appartamento pulito e silenzioso. Prendendo una casa e non un albergo in parte è per avere a disposizione una cucina. Abbiamo trovato pochissime pentole e una padella troppo rovinata per essere usata. Così anche per i piatti, se prendo una casa per 4/5 persone mi aspetto altrettanti piatti per tipologia (fondi, piani, etc.)

• Clark (7/5): Nice Location, Comfortable stay - Location was great and you will find most you need in the flat Like most private flat, early check-in would be almost impossible. You can't just leave your luggage since there are no reception. Elevator is a bit small and dated but at least there is one. There was water leaking coming from the toilet bowl so the bathroom floor was always wet.

• orietta (7/5): Per un breve soggiorno va benissimo ..... - L'appartamento è posizionato veramente bene, consente di prendere la metro facendo 100 metri a piedi o gli autobus che passano a pochi metri, o di raggiungere piazza Syntagma a piedi. Nonostante le osservazioni negative, perciò, direi che per due-tre giorni di soggiorno l'appartamento è comunque un'ottima scelta, fermo restando che non si può contare sulla possibilità di cucinare. L'attrezzatura della cucina è praticamente inesistente. Cosa che ci ha costretto a mangiare sempre fuori. Inoltre lo scarico del bagno ha continuato a perdere acqua, nonostante ci avessero assicurato che era stato sistemato. La cosa che invece funziona molto bene è la doccia.

• Szymanczuk (9/5): Świetnie. - Świetne położenie. Tuż koło Akropolu. Właściwie wszędzie można było dojechać lub dojść. Była pralka, lodówka, żelazko, reczniki czy nawet suszarka więc pełne wyposażenie. Popsuta spłuczka. Niestety jej naprawa wypadła już po naszym wyjeździe.

• Tyler (10/5): Great location, very clean and comfortable, extremely helpful property owner! - Right next to the temple of Zeus, very close to a metro station, bus stop right outside.
• Stefan (8/5): Very good - The apartment has everything you need, from kitchen incl. its utils to laundry machine. It is very clean and has also a nice balcony to hang out after a long day. What I liked most is the location, it is close to streets with restaurants and shops but still in a very quiet area. Acropoli Station is just a few meters away. Also Syntagma Square can be reached within 10-15 min by feet. Bus stations are just around the corner. All in all, I was very happy with this apartment and would come back again.

Would easily recomm - Excellent location, easy access to suite, accommodating host who let us in early to drop off luggage, and lots of extras: coffee, creamers, ice tray, all soaps, lots of linen, and beds easily for three people. Nice decor too! Shower spray handle needed a proper overhead holder.

• Mohamed (10/5): Exceptional - I absolutely loved everything about this place! The atmosphere, the service, and the overall experience were exceptional. It’s the perfect spot to relax and enjoy your time in Athens. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city. Definitely worth a visit. The only minor issue was the Wi-Fi, which wasn’t the best. However, it didn’t significantly affect my overall experience.
• Mei (9/5): Value for money - Spacious and comfortable beds. The kitchen is well equipped, and the owner even left some treats for us on the table! Even though we had some issues with the WiFi, the owner managed to give us access to the Internet ASAP. Limited hot water. Since we were a family of 5, there were times when hot water wasn't available. We had to wait some minutes to get hot water again.

• Jadesa (10/5): Exceptional - The position is absolutely perfect, you are nearby two metro stations and you can walk anywhere from there. It's like 8 mins to the Acropolis as well. The apartment is spacious and extremely clean and comfortable, many shops nearby as well as cafe or restaurants. I am vegan and a great vegan restaurant happens to be almost downstairs (1 Min). Excellent value for money (2 floor and with elevator/safe location and building). There is also a nice balcony to enjoy the evening or early morning

• Celeste (10/5): Great apartment, great location, great hosts, great everything! - The apartment has everything you need, expect and more. Kitchen is perfect for cooking, it has all you may need. And there's a washing machine too. The best thing is that you have all the common elements like oil, vinager, salt, sugar, cleaning stuff, etc which is great for a perfect stay and if you are late at night. Apartment temperature is always perfect and the balcony is a nice addition to have breakfast and take some sun. There are lot of details to make you feel cozy and at home. Great location, close to all the popular places (Acropolis, Agora, Sygtagma Square, Plaka) by just walking and there's a metro station if you don't want to walk (and helpful to go/come from airport). There are supermarkets, taxis, restaurants, tour guides and shops in a few meters around. And supermarkets are open until late at night! Hosts are great, provide the details and are nice when contacting. They don't spam you with messages, which I really appreciate. To be honest, this is the best place I've been to and I will be back next year for sure!

• Quentin (8/5): Athens Acropolis metro - Easy to arrive and clear instructions to get to the place with self check-in/out. Big flat at walking distance from the Acropolis and Monastriki (10-15 min). Well located in Athens. Good value for money. Not the best bed. Due to its corridor shape means the flat is a bit dark (not the main room though).

We would reccommend this place for up to two people who would like to stay very central close to Plaka. The appartment is quite, very clean and is equipped with everything you need. The communication with the host was unfortunately a bit slow. We fogot something in the flat and tried to find a solution for the time we were still in Greece, however, it took long until we got confirmation that we indeed left it in the appartement and by that time it was impossible to go back to Athens. Indeed, it was our fault forgetting something in the accommodation but it would have been highly appreceated if the host would have shown more effort to help.

• Hermann (8/5): Very good - Right next to the Royal Olympic where I was for a conference for a fraction of the price. Also very close to the main sights and museums in Athens.
• Zsuzsa (7/5): Great spot for couples and value for money - Perfect spot to explore Athen 2 minutes walk from Acropolis metro station. In the middle of action still safe and reasonably quiet with the soundproof windows. Elevator and balcony are plus although no views but it was not promised anyway. Car rental places just by the corner and parking on the street is also possible. Very good value for money. It is only suitable for 2 people, a couple. The extra bed is very uncomfortable and right in the entrance door and by the kitchen. Windows are only in the bedroom.
