Elena (9/5): - Очень понравился отель цена/качество. Находится в 5 минутах от прекрасной набережной и городского пляжа. Тихое и спокойное место. Магазины и кафе в пешей доступности, автобусная остановка 4 минуты пешком. Мы жили в номере семейный люкс, компактный, но очень удобный с отдельной спальней, просторной ванной комнатой. В кухонной зоне есть всё для приготовления еды, и мытья посуды. Кровать, матрас удобные, постель белоснежная, подушки и одеяла свежие. Есть такие мелочи, как тапочки, прищепки, салфетка для кухни, Сантехника и электроприборы работают без нареканий. Уборка каждый день с заменой полотенец. Спасибо за чистоту в номере и на кухне house keepings Cemile, Pinar, Ruken. Мы чувствовали заботу со стороны персонала, все наши пожелания выполнялись мнгновено, спасибо огромное Göksel, Mert, они были очень любезны.

Daiana (10/5): Highly recommended: Excellent location, Wi-Fi, and service. - I highly recommend this hotel! If you are hesitating, let THIS REVIEW be the sign you need to say "YES." The location is excellent—only a 5-minute walk to the beach, supermarkets, and the bus stop. The apartment is spacious, quiet, and the kitchen is fully equipped. The Wi-Fi is very reliable and fast enough for remote work. I loved the pool and the fact that they offer free laundry (up to 9 items per day). The 24-hour reception made my late arrival very easy, and the 12:00 PM check-out is much better than most places. The bed is very comfortable and the blackout curtains ensure a great rest. Friendly staff and a nice welcome coffee! There was no dish soap provided for the kitchen. Since there are plates and cutlery, providing soap to wash them is essential and something they should improve.

Irina (10/5): - Просто потрясающе!!! Расположение - 10 минут от моря, тихая улица, матрацы удобные, выспались!!! Все чисто, комфортно, продумано для отдыха. Стирали личные вещи - 10 шт в день от номера - входило в стоимость проживания в апартаментах. Бережно уложили чистые, поглажегные вещи. Спасибо собственникам управляющим и персонналу. Вернёмся обязательно!!! Нет такого

E (1/5): NEVER GO THERE, DESASTRE TOTAL. - Absolutely nothing Firstly from long time as l understand lift it’s not working we carry our bags to 4th etage buy our self.the room it’s horrible smells like u are 4 Etage underground humidity, and there was mouse.l felt sick there 2 day staying there, l asked few time to change my room it’s impossible to stay here, l felt like drunk when l wake up. I write local state department for control of hygiene and health care, the wors think all this time l asked to give another rum they always sayd no room are available! But from booking l found there were free room! They are liars and unrespectful absolutely, specially the “manager”wich is not able to do anything. NEVER EVER STAY IN THIS HOSTEL.! U will lose ur health.beter stay outside or in a hostel but not there.
Nadezhda (10/5): - Расположение, близко к морю,хорошая набернжная, прогулочная зона, приятный район, есть кафе и магазины. Свежий ремонт, чистота в номере и отеле, отзывчивый персонал. В номере на кухне было все нееобходимое- плита, микроволновка, вытяжка, турка, чайник... Белая постель и полотенца. Кровать большая, матрас - на любителя, нам был мягковат, спальное место ребенка-софа, ему все понравилось. Большое количество розеток и вариантов освещения. Регулярная уборка и вынос мусора из номера, незаметно для нас, но виден результат. Бассейн работал и был чистым, но мы не пользовались, хватало моря. Уютное лобби и территория. Сам отель новый с современным дизайном. Чисто и уютно, есть лифт. Нам понравилось все -

L'hotel est très bien situé dans une rue calme (c'est très important).. à 5min à pied de la mer.. Il y a des magasins, restaurants et tout ce qu'il faut à l'entourage.. Une mosquée à 5min à pied.. c'est top.. Je tiens à signaler que l'hotel peut prendre jusqu'à 10 pièces de linge chaque jour (ce qui est hyper bien et ça facilite la vie).. Un grand merci à Behjet pour sa disponibilité et son accueil.. Enfin, on a eu une tarte d'anniversaire comme cadeau de la part de l'hotel.. ce qui est considéré très rare nos jours.. donc on a vraiment apprécié le geste.. un grand merci encore une fois..

Nika (9/5): - Отличные апартаменты в шаговой доступности от прекрасного пляжа. Тихая улица. Немного беспокоил вывоз мусора по утрам в семь - но это точно не вина прекрасного отеля! Все чисто, техника и сантехника новая, горячая вода без перебоев, все белье чистейшее и удобное. Раз в сутки бесплатно стирают 10 вещей, Завтрак по заказу - вот тут на вкус и цвет - нам с дочкой не понравилось.

La pulizia non viene fatta giornalmente ma dopo 3 giorni. Anche gli asciugamani vengono cambiati dopo tre giorni. Non ci sono prodotti per il bagno, solo sapone per mani e un docciaschiuma, no ferro stiro. Colazione pessima, ti danno un bric in cui bere acqua, neanche un bicchiere. La foto della colazione è ingannevole. Vi posso assicurare che non è quello che offrono. Tutto per due persone, 2 forchette, 2 cucchiai, due tazze, due piatti. Non c’è neanche il sapone per i piatti. Ho dovuto comprare tutto.

edwina (4/5): Quick short stop over. - Was a good location Room was very small. Could only wash ten items of clothing- not stipulated in the ad. Lift wasn’t working. Would have been nice to have had a top sheet on the bed. Receptionist Staff need etiquette in how to treat customers- particularly Caucasian young male at front desk. Very rude- and impolite.

hmhasani (9/5): - The hotel is truly amazing, without any problems, and located in a great area. It has excellent access to Belediye Street and is also close to the bus station, so you can easily go to MarkAntalya and back using the Antalya Card without spending money on taxis. I am very grateful to Mr. Behjat — he is really a wonderful person, very professional, and always kind and friendly. On the other hand, unfortunately, Mr. Yevgeni was the most unpleasant staff member I have ever encountered in any hotel. We greeted him three times, but he never replied properly — only looked down without even saying hello, so eventually, we stopped greeting him. Honestly, it’s very disappointing. If someone is not happy with their job, why not change it? He was always busy with his mobile phone and never looked at the guests coming in. Varvara (9/5): Останавливаемся в этом апарт отелю уже не первый раз, нравится расположение до пляжа 10 мин, рядом магазины и отличный р - Уютный чистый номер, есть все необходимое, дают полотенца для пляжа, можно заказать еду в номер
Dmitrii (10/5): - Расположен на тихой улице. До пляжа 5-7 минут пешком. В номере было чисто. На кухне есть всё для приготовления пищи. Холодильник нормального размера для 3 человек. Есть бассейн. Хозяин отзывчивый. Мы забыли вещи в номере, связались с ним и всё ок! Если в коньялты то только в Оперу!!! Такого нет.

Василиса (9/5): - Расположение отличное. Очень близко к морю. Много магазинов, супермаркетов и местных кафешек рядом. По вечерам можно гулять по набережной. Вполне безопасный район, несмотря на большое количество пабов и баров. В отеле чисто. Уборка в апартаментах каждые 3 дня. Бесплатные услуги прачечной. Бассейн небольшой, чистый, даже сказала бы уютный. Нам всё очень понравилось, хотим на следующий отпуск туда же. Было бы хорошо, если бы в отеле могли купить 5-литровую воду, чтобы не таскать с магазинов.

Lidia (10/5): - Приятный небольшой отель в пяти минутах ходьбы от пляжа Коньялты. Мы остановились в полулюксе на третьем этаже. Это полноценная небольшая квартира с кухней и балкончиком для сушки вещей. Ремонт свежий, всё работает исправно. Из окна спальни был вид на горы над крышами. Стиральной машины в номере нет, но каждый день можно бесплатно отдавать до десяти вещей с номера на стирку, чем мы и пользовались. На ресепшн можно взять полотенца для пляжа или бассейна (это разные типы полотенец) и менять их по необходимости. Уборка номера раз в три дня, но мусор забирают каждый день. Персонал вежливый и отзывчивый, в основном англоязычный, но есть и русскоязычный администратор, он часто на месте. Ресепшн работает круглосуточно. Перед корпусами отеля разбит приятный садик. Там же за отдельную плату подают завтрак. Завтрак сытный, но мне не очень нравятся такие сосиски (хотя тут в целом обычные сосиски и колбасы не особенно вкусные, я бы сказала). Спасибо за гостеприимство! Через стену спальни нашего номера было хорошо слышно механизм лифта, первые пару дней мне это мешало, но потом я как-то перестала замечать. Возможно, при следующем ремонте (который вряд ли будет скоро, потому что всё довольно новое) имеет смысл предусмотреть дополнительн звукоизоляцию в этом месте.
Alex (5/5): Passable - Location is good, apartment is clean. The bed is super uncomfy, way way too soft and not supportive at all, the sheets are slippery too which made it worse. I appreciate they can’t help it but there happened to be ongoing construction work directly next door every single day including weekends starting at 8am. Incredibly loud and constant drilling etc.

Ali (10/5): Amazing, fantastic and lovable - My first visit in Antalya and the hotel staff were beyond my expectation. They catered to my every need. I could not recommend this hotel more to anyone excellent excellent excellent! Nothing it was far perfect. One thing I would recommend is to start including irons and that would just elevate the experience.

They had the pool though we did not use. Breakfast was good. Staff was helpful. Room had its own Wifi so connecting phone to smart TV was amazing.

Mohammad (1/5): Avoid - uncomfortable, unfriendly and unhealthy! - Other than the location poor property We had booked a 2 bed apartment for my wife and 3 month year old. SMALL! Our baby had to sleep outside of the room in the kitchen/living space as no space for cot in the bedroom. No space for luggage at all, we had to use the other room for that. Mattress and pillows super uncomfortable creating sleepless nights and neck pain for my wife. There was black mold in toilet and kitchen - dangerous for adults never mind kids and children. Staff did not help when loading up car despite having so many suitcases Avoid! For the amount paid this fell really short of standards

Kassem (3/5): Unsatisfied, not as expected. - Small suite while i booked the family suite, the salon is small and not as expected, even they should think about the cleaning because if 4 days stay without cleaning as they said they clean only every 3 days (only they change the towel on the 3rd day) which anyone who is traveling specially if family cleaning is a must, and insects will come inside if not clean.
Belal (9/5): Great stay in Antalya - Very nice and cozy hotel, staff are super friendly and helpful. Very easy to park the car, and literally a 5 minutes walking distance from the beach and some of the best dining places in Antalya. Totally recommended.

The location relative to the beach and other main attractions of the area is good. The cleaning service was good. A/C was good. The apartment is very small - it felt too small even for a group of 2 people.

Pool area was small but clean and there was the option to buy food on site or eat out. Each room had air conditioning units which were very good. Kitchen was well equipped. Shower was amazingly powerful. Information about connecting to WiFi in pool area wasn’t passed onto us.

Asma (7/5): Good for small families or couples not big groups. Good location but thin walls in hotel. - This hotel was great for facilities. It had a nice small kitchen lounge area and bathroom with balcony. The staff are accommodating but don’t expect cheerios every morning or constant smiles. Nevertheless they did their part. Good for family/people travelling in twos. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel at all if you’re in a big group. The walls are super thin and you’ll easily get a noise complaint. We got noise complaints for showering/laughing and talking in rooms loudly and walking around. We were told to not shower after midnight only if it was possible for us. So goes to show you how sensitive the walls are. Made us feel on edge.
Ful (10/5): A great stay in a very good location. - The property felt new and was very modern. It is in a great location, 5 mins to beach and 5 mins to bus stop which connects you to buses to explore all of Antalya. Was very pleased and surprised that apartment had everything we needed and felt like a home. The smart tv was great, the kids got to still watch their shows from the UK on Netflix and youtube. The staff at reception were friendly and very help, always available and all requests fulfilled immediately. The pool area was nice, bit small but was never too busy. Felt very safe and comfortable, there was supermarkets and restaurants near by and the reception staff speak and understand English very well. The location was perfect for us as it was quite so not much street noise or too many people. Highly recommend the hotel, they have standard hotel rooms and apartment suites to cater for all. The price is very good compared to the local competition. My family had a great holiday and half of the reason was the facilities at the apartment and the service we received. Thank you to the whole team. The only thing to improve would be the restaurant service, they provide breakfast but not lunch or dinner options. But we stayed in apartment because we like to cook or get take away, so didnt mind.

Egor (10/5): Excellent hotel and staff - The apart hotel has perfect location – not the first line, thus away from the loud sounds and tourists, still the sea was 5-7 walking distance from the hotel (some might walk slower of course). There are many restaurants in the neighbourhood where the local people go, not the tourist places with good kitchen and affordable pricing. The staff of the hotel is exceptional – friendly, responsive, and they are always here for you. They speak English very good, so there are no problem with the communications. There is nothing I could complain about.

Evgeny (9/5): Superb - Comfortable bed, kitchen with everything (I did not use it),quite place, far enough from the busy roads. Close to Irish Pub (good food and beer). Nice staff, very good WiFi in the room and in the restaurant below: enough to use two RDP sessions simultaneously. There is a clothes dryer inside the room, but I would prefer to have clothesline outside the window, because it is more efficient in a sunny day.
