• Rita (7/5): - La posizione dell'appartamento è buona, sotto casa fermate di bus, metro a 10 min. a piedi, e a 5 min di camminata si è a Portobello. La chiave per aprire l'appartamento è dentro una cassetta di sicurezza con codice che viene fornito 2 gg prima dell'arrivo, ed è di facile accesso. La pulizia dell'appartamento è veramente scarsa, il divano letto non è comodissimo.. non abbiamo trovato asciugamani per tutti (eravamo in 4) ma poi ci è stato detto di prenderli dentro l'asciugatrice.. ci sono lavatrice e lavastoviglie ma i detersivi non sono forniti.

• Milagros (10/5): Excelente estancia - El alojamiento está muy bien , muy limpio , tiene de todo te dejan las toallas , sábanas , café .. tiene calefeccion centralizada y siempre está calientico da gusto llegar de la calle y encontrarse con el apartamento así . La ubicación excelente sales en toda la puerta tienes los buses que te llevan a las zonas más destacadas de Londres en 15 minutos .. si vuelvo a Londres no dudaría en volver a reservar de nuevo … además nos hicieron el favor de entrar antes eso se agradece íbamos con dos niños a las 15 llegábamos de verdad todo excelente …mil gracias por el hospedaje . Todo estaba perfecto

• Kerry (8/5): Really good apartment with a good location - Great location. Short walk to Notting Hill and tube stations. Comfortable and clean. Facilities were well provided. Property felt safe and secure. Dryer not working and would have been helpful as we needed to get washing dried after a few days stop over on the way to the UK.

• ゆき (8/5): とても清潔でした - とても清潔でした。乾燥機が使えなかったこと以外は、私たちが必要なものは全て揃っていました。説明書がないので、どこに何があるのかわからないのですが、それを見つけるのも楽しかったです。 洗濯機は使えましたが、乾燥機が壊れていて使えませんでした。入り口の扉を開けるとき、勢い良くあけると、(郵便受けが内側にあるので）なにかにぶつかってガン！となってしまいました😢

• Judit (8/5): Buena relación calidad precio - El apartamento está remodelado por dentro y es suficiente para cuatro personas. Tiene equipamiento para que puedas cocinar y desayunar allí, lo cual está muy bien teniendo en cuenta los precios de Londres. En cuanto a la ubicación, está en la zona 2, por tanto, se llega bastante rápido a cualquier sitio en transporte público (15/30 min dependiendo del lugar). Además, el bloque cuenta con un segurata todo el día. La secadora no funcionaba. Había un papel en el que se avisaba de que si se usaba se podía ir la luz, pero durante nuestra estancia no la han arreglado. La zona en la que está ubicado el bloque tiene varios parques infantiles y, por la noche, dependiendo del día y la hora, había un poco de ruido alrededor y teníamos que cerrar las ventanas para poder dormir mejor.

It's very big and I found it super clean (this is very rare in London) In the kitchen there were no paper napkins and the coffee machine capsule were just 4 (2 deca 2 normals). Unfortunately the 2 deca capsules were no compatible with the Nespresso machine and The last morning I couldn't have any coffee.

• David (9/5): Lovely, peaceful flat with everything needed for a great stay - The flat was very clean and organized which we loved. It was also quiet and peaceful which was a huge plus. Also, we loved that there was a kitchen with all the essentials. Having the convenience store downstairs was also a big plus. Would have loved hypoallergenic bedding as an option.

• Maru (6/5): Would book again - The location was great for carnival. The host was kind. It could have been cleaner. The information about security and the big deposit came very late. Maybe not possible for everyone to provide that information such short notice. We were also a bit insicure about the paymnet of deposit as she asked for cash or paypal. But it all went well in the end. And she was very nice about the fact that we joined carnival and cane back with colours/ the towels were pretty coloured- but she was very understanding.

• Tanin (8/5): Made our stay in London a memorable one. - The room is nicely decorated, clean, and well equipped. The location is great, about 5 minute walk to Westbourne park station. The area is safe and quiet. We had some problems with the washing machine and the host was very supportive in trouble shooting. Really appreciated. Would definitely come back and recommend my friends who wish a perfect stay in London! Some problems with checking in information, but it was sorted out with the help of the building concierge.
• Ashley (9/5): Good host and interior, very accessible - walking distance to Notting Hill - The apartment was clean and comfortable and the host was good about responding. The shower is nice. The location is really close to nice areas in Notting Hill It was a bit loud - you could hear the neighbor’s baby crying in the apartment across the hall, everything that happened on the street outside or in the park below or conversations in the hallway (and one throw down screaming match from the neighbors directly above). It’s overall a wonderful area…except the block it sits on. The building the apartment is located in is a bit slummy and it’s nicer than the very large subsidized housing structures behind it. There were consistently large loose dogs in the park attached to the building. But the inside of the apartment was nice.
• Victoria (7/5): Good location in quiet region with convenient connections. - The property is in really quiet, good and artistic area, not far from public transport communications, nice shopping area and restaurants. The host is wonderful, friendly and helpful. All needed facilities in the kitchen. Wonderful rental heating. We have remarks about the cleanliness especially in the bathroom. But the overall level of hygiene is good.

• Lourdes (10/5): Exceptional - I STRONGLY RECOMMEND the apartment. It was more than I expected! Clean and the location is wonderful! Perfect for family. The host provide all the facilities, there is washing machine, dryer, heating, etc.. all the equipment for kitchen is new. It make you feel like home. The bus stop is just in front of house and metro is less than 5m walk. Also is easy to contact the host. I would go back again in the future and recommend all my friends To be honest I can't complain.
• Sherry (10/5): Love it! - Perfect! The location is right near Notting Hill and you can get up early in the morning and go to the Notting Hill market. It was also very quiet around the house, the house had everything I needed and the whole feeling of living there made me feel particularly comfortable. Nothing.
• Bayram (9/5): Good location, flat with big space, comfortable stay - Location is really great. Near to the metro (2 mins by walk) and there's a bus station directly in front of it. Apartment has 20 floor, it's not in very good shape however it was all safe. We had a problem at the beginning, room was not clean at all. But then Anna directly fixed it. Anna(owner) was really helpful. Other than that, there's no other problem.

• Maria (9/5): Definitely booking again when visiting London! - Very clean, had all necessary equipment. Enough space and good air. In kitchen there were spacious fridge and freezer which was big plus for our family. Also good pace to store luggage during stay. On the second floor but very quiet. We were very happy with our stay with 2 under 10 yr kids. Easy to get around as bus leaves right in front of the building. Only one small thing: Weather was quite hot and there were only 2 big duvets with sheets for us 4. We would have hoped for individual duvets. Otherwise perfect stay!

Bus station, local market nearby and 6 min walk to tube station was great. The bedroom wasn’t as clean as we expected. Lots of dust and dry leaves around the windows and on the floor. I think little bit of improvement in cleanliness of the interior would be helpful.

• Nikla (9/5): would stay again. I wish we had stayed there for our 4 days in London instead of just one night - very easy to find. Clean and comfortable They had a washing machine and drier which I found hard to use. washing machine was very easy but tumble drier would only work for a minute or 2 and then kept switching itself off and some of the lights were on. Without instructions it was difficult to know what I needed to do. Ended up leaving accommodation with damp clothes.
• Damion (9/5): Superb - Great location with easy access to tube network, small local shop nearby and I’d recommend Butter Bakery for breakfast as only a 5min walk Key box located outside the main property, not sure if issue with booking.com communications but as a large block of flats there was also circa 8 key boxes with no clear sign which was ours, I guessed as a worn away sticker of a palm tree which was correct. It was busy entrance when we arrived so maybe clearer advice on which box would be good.

• Gheorghita (1/5): Thieves operate in this area - the property is fine very tidy modern good location I didn’t like the fact that I left some belongings important belongings in the flat which is fine but I couldn’t return to area so my belongings were left with a rude caretaker type fella who was aggressive and confrontational, I requested a place to leave my belongings but the host thought it upon themselves to leave somewhere who obviously is bitter about his life and then were dumped in the foyer area for any Tom dick or Harry to help themselves to, items up to a decent value not easy to replace either, now they continuing to ignore me which sort of says slot about the integrity of the host, plus they’ve increased the price to 300£ i see which is a criminal price for a sub-letters council flat
