• Molitor (7/5): mehr Schein als Sein - Eine tolle Lage, eine große Wohnung und eine große Terrasse waren die Pluspunkte. 2 Bäder und 3 Schlafzimmer sehr spartanisch, aber okay. Auch das Wohnzimmer war groß, aber ungemütlich. Wie schon in anderen Bewertungen ist der Parkplatz NICHT nutzbar. Der Empfang im Vermietbüro war unterirdisch, die Frage nach dem Parkplatz wurde als irrelevant abgetan "Gäste hätten immer was zu meckern". Die Ausstattung war suboptimal, keine normale Kaffeemaschine vorhanden, die Betten waren unbequem, schmal und mit einer Schutzfolie versehen, die unangenehm nach Plastik roch und sich so anfühlte. Leider war die Terrasse bei starkem Wind wegen mangelndem Windschutz nicht zu nutzen. Bei schönem Wetter ließ sich über die negativen Dinge hinwegsehen, aber der Empfang beim Check In lässt sich durch nichts entschuldigen. Die Rückzahlung der Kaution steht nach 3 maliger Mahnung noch aus. Fazit: trotz der tolle Lage nie wieder diese Wohnung!!!!

• David (5/5): Great location, very tired apartment in need of renovation. - The location and pool facilities were excellent as was the outside space with the exception of the balcony bars mentioned below. Key access; The keys were at a letting agent over 2 miles away, As we had an airport transfer booked we got to the accommodation then i had to travel into the centre of Calpe to collect the keys, at the end of the holiday i had to do the same at 6am post the keys then get back to the accommodation to be collected at 7am, my family had to sit outside while i did this. This is a terrible unhelpful system. I did call the agent " plush holidays" to see if the keys could be collected and dropped of near the apartments but was told a straight no, this is the system. very unhelpful. Apartment; The apartment was very tired, the en suite had a terrible smell, the shower screen leaked. The door handles were all loose. The fridge in the kitchen was switched off, upon checking the fridge door wouldn't shut so I'm assuming the reason for it being off. One of the safety bars on the balcony was not attached at one end, luckily we didn't have any children with us ! Overall a very poor experience, the apartment could be superb with some renovation but we wont use it again as its not to the standard we would have expected.

• Kristin (7/5): Good - location was perfect and big balcony it was all mess about check in, check out, paying, finding parking spot, there was no parking spot with this number they gave us. There was half a roll of toilet paper for our 9 day stay.. etc, no soap, no air conditioning, nothing to wash your dishes.. etc.
