• Guy (9/5): נוף עוצר נשימה.שקט. מקום מדליק. - מקום ענק. נעים מאוד ומצויד. הבעלים חמוד ומסייע. נוף משגע. הפרופורציות והסידור קצת מוזרים נגיד שירותים ואמבטיה בגודל חדר זוגי ענק. או יחידת הורים שאין דלת בין השירותים לחדר השינה ולמקלחת ואז בן הזוג מתעורר, או ענייני ריחות. אבל זה לא ממש הפריע. זה מקום שמתאים לאיזור סקי אבל מאינסברוק זה טיפה רחוק.

• Guest (5/5): Ich würde nicht hier noch Mal übernachten und kann es leider auch nicht wirklich empfehlen - Einige Sachen waren kaputt z.B. die Haustürklinke. Wir haben gefragt, ob wir ein Wasserkocher haben könnten, aber haben keine Antwort bekommen. Es gab kein Personal zu sehen während unserer Aufenthalt. Wir haben alle Informationen online im Voraus für die Gästekarte ausgefüllt, aber die Gästekarte leider nie gesehen. Wir wurden auch kurzfristig in einer kleinere Wohnung umgezogen, ohne vorher Bescheid zu bekommen. Der Preis aber war gleich wie für die größere Wohnung…
• Sáenz (7/5): - Apartamento muy espacioso y moderno. Está a medio acabar. Faltan cosas importantes. Incómodas las almohadas. Anfitrión no atendió mensajes.
• Miranda (5/5): - De ruimte en de omgeving - deurklinken zaten allemaal los of er zat geen deurklinken in. - keukenladen/oven niet schoon. - 4 dagen geen internet gehad. - Geen televisie, de eigenaar kreeg het ook niet aan, hij zou ons de wachtwoord sturen, maar geen reactie meer gekregen van hem, wat ons erg geïrriteerd was. - Geen handdoeken. - In de keuken en woonkamer overal een lap gordijnen, zodat de gordijnen niet helemaal dicht kunnen. -Stapelbed los, gevaarlijk.

So bad we didnt have enough time to just stay in the place, maybe cook something and enjoy it It was a little hard to find it because it has a different name written on the wall, and different james of the appartaments, however they sent the explanation very detailed and at the end we were able to found it
• Amanda (8/5): Heerlijk appartement maar er moeten nog wel een aantal dingen afgewerkt worden. - Het appartement was ontzettend ruim en had prachtig uitzicht op de bergen. Bank en bedden waren ook comfortabel. Tip voor iedereen: op loopafstand van het appartement staat een Kebabzaak (rechts) en daar kun je ontzettend lekker eten! Met mooi uitzicht en vriendelijk personeel 😊 Het appartement heeft veel potentie maar je ziet dat er nog veel dingen afgewerkt moeten worden. Ook was er lauw water tijdens het douchen. Wifi hebben wij op een gegeven moment gelukkig wel aan gekregen maar niet door de instructies van de eigenaar. Voor de mensen die nog gaan: er staat een extra kastje in de hal bij de voordeur, deze moet je hebben. Hoofdkussen zouden dikker mogen, je ligt met je hoofd op het matras. Ook vind ik het ongelooflijk dat er geen enkel contact te krijgen is met de eigenaar als er vragen zijn. Een maand voor verblijf al geprobeerd met enkele vragen en geen enkele reactie. Ook niet dagen voor het verblijf. Wij waren geschrokken van alle recensies maar wij hebben het erg fijn gehad in het appartement. Ook denk ik dat er tijdens het boeken van de andere appartementen iets mis gaat waardoor de slechte recensies zijn ontstaan. De foto's bij Booking.com zijn van de Garden Suite waar wij in zaten en kloppen dus wel maar zit je in een andere suite zoals de Lina naast ons dan verwacht je dus iets anders wat je niet krijgt.
• Marianne (7/5): Uiteindelijk prima - De ruimte was prima 👍🏼 Na aankomst bij het verblijf moesten we zelf op zoek naar de sleutel, deze hing in het sleutelkastje, nadat wij even wat gingen eten kregen wij een onaangenaam telefoontje van de eigenaar( deze was op zijn zachts gezegd niet vriendelijk) we kregen te horen dat we in het verkeerde appartement zaten (wat uiteindelijk niet zo was) na wat tegengas van ons heeft hij uiteindelijk zijn excuses wel aangeboden, maar de ervaring was zeer onprettig!! Het was een nare man…

• Alias (8/5): Very good - It was really nice and spacious. The door code we were given didn’t work, so we had to use a key from the post box. The name of the property on the booking site didn’t match the one on the map, which made it hard to find. Some door knobs were broken or missing, and the trash bin hadn’t been emptied. We also tried to contact the host multiple times but got no reply.
• Sandra (10/5): Exceptional - Huge space for a family stay. Beautiful views to mountains, comfortable kitchen. Great value for the money. Nothing major or what wasn’t mentioned in previous comments. Could have been more clean. At least mini shower gels would be nice too since there’s no shop close to the apartment.
• Ronalds (1/5): Bad - Unfortunately, nothing Everything was bad, the door couldn't be opened but it was good that the courtyard door was open again, there was a trap to get into the accommodation, the owner didn't answer my messages and calls, the room was 32 degrees, the heated floors were running at maximum, they couldn't be turned off, the door handles of the rooms and bathrooms were broken, the floors were dirty, the floors weren't cleaned and empty bottles were left on the table and in the fridge, the internet didn't work, the TV didn't work and I could go on. I really would not recommend this accommodation.
• Tereza (6/5): Pleasant - Smooth check-in process with clear instructions Easy access to the property Spacious apartment Nice bathroom (though only the shower could be used) The dishwasher was full of dirty dishes from previous guests upon arrival. In addition, kitchen cupboards and cutlery were not clean. We also found some trash near the washing machine (e.g. a disposable cigarette wrapper). The garden was completely overgrown and cluttered with items like a lawnmower basket and a fallen sun umbrella, making the outdoor space unusable. Not all beds were prepared, and unmade duvets were left in one of the bedrooms, limiting our choice of sleeping arrangements. Mattresses were far too soft for our taste. Overall poor value for money compared to other places we've stayed at in a similar price range.
• Nadia (10/5): A lovely Stay with Family - Everything. Feels like home away from home trouble unlocked the correct door at check-in. the map given beforehand missed to mention our booked suite name which is the last unit at the very end
• Sabato (9/5): A very beautiful apartment in the middle of the mountains. - The apartment is really large with a huge bathroom and a large outdoor area where the kids could spend time while we were getting ready. It was clean and cosy There weren't enough pillow cases, so we didn't have enough usable pillows. In general all the blankets and pillows were in different places around the house and we had to look for all those things for quite some time. I think the kitchen could use a microwave oven.
• Tal (8/5): Lovely stay despite some maintenance problems - Lou Garden Suite is a very spacious, nicely laid out house, and it's clear that a lot of money and care went into building it. The location is amazing - close to supermarkets, an easy drive to Innsbruck, and still feels private and peaceful. Maintenance is lacking. Several door handles were missing - we even got locked inside one of the rooms. The kids’ bunk bed ladder was broken and missing steps, making it unsafe. The WiFi setup was wrong - the password provided didn’t work, and we had to troubleshoot and fix the connection ourselves. The smart lock is a nice idea but not fully reliable. The property management company never responded at all, so we had to figure everything out ourselves. Despite these issues, the house is beautiful, and we had a great time. With better maintenance, it could easily be a top-notch rental. We’d still consider coming back
• Cecilia (8/5): Very good - The Apartment was nice, Clean and big but there are some Things that have to be repaired, Like the Main door, Not easy to Close it, from INSIDE and outside, using some Tricks only posible, the door in one of the bathrooms was closed and could be Open Till we found the key somewhere,, If all these Problems can be repaired the Apartment would be top.
