• 千慈 (10/5): - 在前往日本旅行前，因為對住宿及入住流程有一些疑問，曾透過 Booking 與飯店聯繫，飯店方都能迅速回覆，態度也非常親切，讓人感到安心。 飯店的管理方式很特別，房內備有洗衣機與廚房設備，廚房內還貼心提供杯子、碗盤及鍋鏟等用品，整體很有家庭式住宿的溫馨感。入住前一晚，飯店也會詳細告知 Check-in 方式，流程清楚方便。 這次整體住宿體驗非常滿意，若之後還有機會再來大阪旅遊，我會再次選擇 FDS ZEAL。
• Ron (8/5): - Only a single stop from Namba (or a 1.6km walk to Dontonburi) and as were in Osaka for 6 days, having the kitchenette was a big plus. Price was very reasonable but next time around, would see if we could get a larger room. Once used to no reception and entrance by passcode, the place was a breeze. If you are travelling on a budget, have a look at this place - really well priced for what you get. Think the biggest draw back is having to remove your shoes every time you enter the room - compounded by the small entry way. The lack of an interactive TV made it less attractive for longer stays. The beds and pillows could use an upgrade as well. Not the worst beds we have experienced, but the backs felt it after 6 nights.

• travler6296 (9/5): Vrlo dobar apartman za duži boravak - Dobra lokacija, nekoliko minuta hoda od metro stanice koja je udaljena jednu stanicu vožnje od samog centra. Odlična kvadratura apartamana sa svim potrebnim sadržajima za putnike koji su na dužem putovanju. Jednostavna prijava i odjava.

• Jack (8/5): Great value & great location. - Brilliant location in Osaka - right near a metro, some good eating spots and just a walk away from some great shopping spots. The property had all of the facilities one could expect from a place like this (and then some!) and was incredible value for what we received. Bed could have been a little comfier, and the photos do make the rooms look quite a bit larger than they are.

• Shelley (9/5): Good option in Osaka - Good location, quiet but very close to subway station and supermarket. Check in was easy. Room was clean and comfortable, we almost had everything we needed. Although kitchen was quite well equipped, there was no comfortable eating table. Although it had a washing machine, there was no comfortable place to hang the clothes to dry. No place to store luggage

• Katharina (8/5): Schöne komfortable Unterkunft - Die Lage finde ich super ruhig aber relativ schnell inmitten des Geschehens :) Raum ist groß! Bettlaken und Handtücher sind sauber und ausreichend vorhanden ! Etwas hellhörig wenn Bewohner nebenan laut sprechen und oben drüben wenn jemand stampft.

• Kathy (10/5): 11/10 recommend! - Spacious property - largest I’ve stayed in since being in Japan. Wonderful facilities, clean, fresh and close to the station. We had a full sized fridge, washer, bins, and a kitchen. It was just a wonderful place to stay and good value for money! Nothing to dislike - it was great.

• Tay (9/5): excellent value for a place near the heart of osaka! - i really liked how the accommodations were close to the station! the area was also really quiet and easy to navigate (and had no sketchy alleyways nearby). also loved how spacious it was, and would love to go back again once i'm back in osaka! just a personal preference, but i don't usually like white lights and the main rooms were slightly dark (with white lights), but this is no major issue at all. i thought the walls were quite thin too!

• 士晟 (9/5): 非常好的入住體驗 - 整體來說非常棒，這裡的地點絕佳，附近有兩間超商和兩間超市，走路3分鐘就可以抵達櫻川站，離難波只有一站的車程，還可以在此站轉乘至板神電鐵，非常方便，我住在電梯旁的房間，入住期間完全不覺得有被吵到，房間空間非常足夠，設施一應俱全，有洗衣機、曬衣架、電磁爐、熱水壺、微波爐可以使用，也沒有遇到評論說的整潔不佳的問題，如果是情侶來度假的話非常適合，下次來大阪也會選擇這間！ 因為住的天數較長，垃圾桶有點滿，如果可以幫忙在入住期間收垃圾就更好了。

В апартаментах удаленная регистрация, все понятно и удобно. При регистрации выдается номер комнаты и цифровой код от нее. Имеется лифт,что конечно очень удобно. На первом этаже зонтики есть,если нужно,можно брать. В номере достаточно чисто,имеются все кухонные и банные принадлежности,в т.ч: мыло,шампунь,кондиционер,гель д/душа, зубн.щетки,расчески,бритв станок, полотенце в достаточном количестве. Ванна небольшая, но вполне комфортная. Чистое постельное белье,кровать очень удобная,мягкая-отлично! Кухня чистая,в принципе все что нужно есть. Персонал на просьбы откликается мгновенно. У нас по каким-то причинам не оказалось кастрюли, только сковорода. Как только связалась с персоналом-сразу принесли кастрюлю-спасибо! В целом очень приятное впечатление,рекомендую Что нужно добавить для более комфортного проживания? 1. Стол журнальный слишком низкий,для того чтобы комфортно покушать. Было бы лучше поставить обычный стол и стулья, т.к стульев нет совсем. Кушать нужно,сидя на диване, согнувшись за журнальным столиком. 2. Нет рожка для обуви-кажется мелочь, но для уставших от продолжительных прогулок ног,было бы отлично иметь) 3. Сковорода не имеет крышки,поэтому при приготовлении жир летит в разные стороны. В остальном все отлично! 👌Спасибо!🙋🏻‍♀️😁

• MINXUE (9/5): 整體來說很不錯，不考慮地鐵出口的話，很推薦！！！ - 行李可以完全打開，空間很大，設施、備品應有盡有，住宿期間不會被打擾，附近也有各式超商、超市可以逛，很方便，我覺得很不錯👍 雖然離地鐵站很近，但地鐵站出口沒有電梯，行李多的話要繞遠路去另一個出口搭才行。

• Carina-Mari (8/5): Good enough - The location was one stop from Namba which was very convenient, and there are convenience stores nearby. Great that it had a washing machine, fridge etc. It was easy to get in. I'd say the place met our needs but didnt blow us away. The door to the wardrobe had come off its runner so it was difficult to open and close, and the bottom sheet was not a fitted sheet so it kept coming out from the mattress. The hangers were cheap and one snapped. The couch was very hard and uncomfortable. All in all these are not major issues, just out of all the places we stayed in Japan this was the only one with these things that just made the stay a little less enjoyable.

• 佑霖 (10/5): 房間算是非常大，兩個29寸行李箱打開都還有很大的空間，還有沙發，有洗衣機以及提供洗衣膠囊，也有一次性室內拖，廁所空間比較稍微窄一點，燈光是比較昏暗一點，不是白光，都是黃光那種，有可以烹飪的地方，也有提供碗盤鍋子、刀子、調味料、油，洗澡的地方 - 離地鐵站走路3分鐘距離非常近，附近有兩個超市還有全家以及便利店，住宿附近非常安靜，chech in非常快速方便，電梯裡有水蜜桃香，整理都非常棒
• Ping-Fang (9/5): 第一天覺得暖氣不強，於是馬上和老闆反應，第二天馬上獲得了改善，對此我感到很感謝，下次來大阪還會考慮這個公寓品牌。 - 住宿的地點離車站很近，不管到心齋橋、難波或大阪JR站都蠻方便，但又不是主要鬧區，所以整體很舒適，周邊是寧靜的住宅區，還有很多小小的店家，也有超市和便利商店。 房源大小和想像的差不多，該有的都有，兩個人放行李的空間也很剛好。房源內非常整潔，不管是浴室/廚房，都備有許多生活用品。 Check in / out 的方式很簡單和直覺，由於是使用電子鎖，所以不用擔心忘記帶鑰匙，這點非常喜歡。 無

The location great (less than 15 min walk from the centre), so we didn’t even need to take the metro so much. Bonus points for the perfume diffuser in the elevator. Overall great experience! The windows don’t seem to be very well insulated, but heating can be turned on so it don’t represent a big problem
