• Daniele2282 (9/5): Tutto ok - Ambiente ben strutturato a pochi passi dalla stazione e da corso Umberto. Ottima posizione. Nulla di grave, ma sarebbe opportuna la presenza di un kit di pulizia(sapone/shampoo/doccia).

• Joana (5/5): - Alojamento remodelado apesar de estar inserido num prédio e rua degradado. Estava limpo. A localização era simplesmente péssima, perigosa e muito mal frequentada. A cozinha não estava bem equipada.

• Rios (6/5): Abrumador - El apartamento esta muy bien, está limpio y tal como pone las fotos La ubicación es horrible da un poco de miedo para salir de noche nosotras éramos principalmente chicas así que si era para asustarse, el propietario bien, pero nos cobró un suplemento por llegar después de las 8pm el cual fue de 20€ un poco excesivo (esa información no la pone en ningún otro lugar)

• Alessandro (10/5): Soggiorno perfetto - Casa in pieno centro con tanto di mercato rionale.(non si trova in mezzo al mercato ma in una stradina silenziosa dove non c’è alcuna attività) A due passi dalla stazione e dal corso principale. La casa è pulita e ristrutturata,non manca nulla. Mario ci ha accolti subito ed è stato super disponibile. Torneremo sicuramente. Grazie Mario
• Roland (7/5): Ha valaki csak alvásra veszi ki, akkor arra tökéletes. - Belülről aránylag rendezett és tiszta, a szobákba nem hallatszik nagyon be a kinti zaj. Az elhelyezkedése egy elég zajos és koszos környéken van, nehezen lehet megtalálni. A nappaliba ha alszik valaki ő elég jól hallhatja a kinti dolgokat.
• Giuliana (2/5): - Casa carina ma mantenuta male Mancavano posate, strofinacci, lo scopino del bagno, coperte e soprattutto essendo in 5 persone mancava una sedia poiché ce n’erano 4 e uno di noi ha mangiato infatti sul divano letto. Inoltre la casa non era particolarmente pulita e di conseguenza chi era allergico alla polvere ha avuto qualche problemino. Lo scaldabagno era piccolo e solo due persone riuscivano a lavarsi.

• Biroccio (9/5): - El departamento es muy espacioso. Se encontraba limpio y en la mitad de la estadía nos proporcionaron toallas extras y demás. La cocina era a gas y funcionaba muy bien. Bien calefaccionado. Se encuentra a dos cuadras de la terminal de bus y tren y a cuatro de la estación central de Nápoles. Había que trasladarse entre 15 a 20 cuadras para llegar a los lugares más turísticos. Pero se vive el corazón de Nápoles.

• Luana (8/5): - La casa era spaziosa e in punto bello per i mezzi di trasporto e anche per visitare il centro Abbiamo avuto un po di problemi quando siamo arrivati la stanza non era ancora stata pulita ma il proprietario e stato gentile e ha provveduto a far arrivare le donne delle pulizie... c'è stato un po troppo rumore nel condominio

La struttura immobiliare dove era ubicata.lasciava molto a desiderare...il piede del letto..piegato e chi più ne ha più ne metta. peccato che questi dettagli sono venuti fuori vedendoli dal vivo.. crediamo vivamente di non tornarci mai più così, non lo consiglio

• Rossana (6/5): - La casa era pulita e il proprietario davvero disponibile e gentile Il condizionatore principale non funzionava o meglio non era presente proprio il telecomando e non vi è stato detto , la cucina emanava un cattivo odore. In bagno tutto ok tranne che per la doccia in cui non c'era un rosone ma un tubo

• laura (4/5): Per fortuna siamo rimaste solo 1 notte, altrimenti avrei cambiato location. - L'appartamento, ristrutturato, non è male anche se piuttosto basico. La persona che ci ha consegnato le chiavi è stata gentile, ma il quartiere è orribile. La posizione, in un quartiere molto degradato abitato da extracomunitari, è terribile e non la consiglierei a nessuno.

• Milena (1/5): Mai più. - Niente Location terribile, zona degradata e fatiscente (aspetto che ovviamente non emerge dalla presentazione di booking e stranamente, nemmeno dalle recensioni), appartamento con cucina senza servizio per la colazione, una moka da mezza tazza per tre persone, niente tazze, niente cucchiaini, biancheria da bagno insufficiente. Abbiamo abbandonato la struttura nel giro di qualche ora, cercando un'altra sistemazione e presentato reclamo a Booking.

La pulizia delle camere e della zona giorno accettabile. Il bagno molto sporco e l’acqua calda non sempre presente

They give you a code but it is not the correct one, they come to open the flat and make you pay TWICE THE CITY TAX (you pay one in booking and the other is requested by the owner at the time) It was missing cleaning and all the kitchen items (glasses, plates, cutlery)
• Lia (4/5): With cheap comes cheap - not good value - Good wifi, working washing machine and AC. Ability to store luggage before check in tome. The apt is renovated but no well take care of, you can see wear and tear that hasn’t been addressed and is just getting worse and making the apt look dirty. The apt was cleaned but when we got there it smelled to badly to cigarette we had to leave the two windows that the apt has to the street open for 3 hrs. The apt gets dirty quickly as it’s all white but there is no brush or sponge to be able to clean the floor and table. It’s an inner courtyard apt so really the only natural light comes from the kitchen. One of the two rooms doesn’t even have a window. The kitchen is not well equipped. There are no plates, silverware or even glasses so those looking to cook will need to buy their own. The beds are uncomfortable. The area is at the heart of the market streets and at nights we were told it was dangerous, so we had to come back before sundown.

• David (6/5): A nice apartment in a poor area. - I loved how clean and modern the facility was. The host was really helpful and friendly. The location of the apartment is terrible, it is in a really rough area and walking through I didn’t feel safe.

• Arlene (8/5): Very good - It was very close to train and bus station which was what we wanted and it was perfect size for 2 couples. Apartment was very clean and the host was very quick to respond to all our questions. Neighbourhood was very rough and dirty. Needed a coffee machine.

• Oktay (6/5): Pleasant - Modern furnitures, nice staff, easy to reach central bus and train stations I DO NOT RECOMMEND FAMILIES GO BACK to property AFTER 20.00 o clock. Very dangerous circumstance. We have faced some junkies and we were four to handle the issue. In the morning, people is nice and helpful
• Sladjana (7/5): Good - Apartment is near train station and the centar is also very near. Apartment is clean. Apartment is in very dark street and hole neighbourhood is ....like we were in some favela. In one bed room we didn't have window and also we didn't have hot water.
• Tea (3/5): A lot of cockroaches - The location is ok. The whole apartament was full of cockroaches, they were everywhere, in the kitchen closet, walls, bathroom, floor…
• Anonymous (1/5): Wouldn’t recommend - Quite spacious , air con worked. There was no washing machine which is listed, this was very important to us as we needed this with having a baby. There are cockroaches. The oven does not work. Bedsheets were stained and there was lots of hairs and dirt on the floor. There are lots of marks on the walls and the back doors do not lock. Felt worried for our safety when staying with our baby. The area is scary and so is the building. Lots of noise coming from neighbours. There is no cold water coming from tap. Shower head is broken so water comes out side ways.
• Joanna (6/5): Good location but poor facilities - Lavinaio's house is located very close to Porta Nolana station, so it is easy to travel to Pompeii and Herculanum Not enough equipment in the kitchen (no kettle to boil water). Uncomfortable beds in the 2nd room. Broken shower - water from the shower pours in all directions, mostly backwards. Stains on sheets. Water temperature changing unpredictably. Difficult to find the location (it is not exactly where Google maps shows it and the street is so narrow that the taxi can't get there).

• Khachidze (9/5): Superb - The apartment has a very good location, close to the Garibaldi monument, safe and clean, the apartment is quite enough for 6 people. ☺️👍
• Nuray (8/5): Good stopover, value for money. Two separate bedrooms with a living room, not many of this for the price - Tidy, easy to find, well equipped none
• Iulian (10/5): Calm place in a crazy city - The place was good. Napoli is crazy but the apartment was like a calm place to come back to. We did good choosing an all white simple place. You will need it after a day in the city! Beds super comfortable, good pillows and extra blankets. AC does it's job. The neighborhood is a typical Napoli one, no need to stress about it, it's close to the train/bus station, walkable to the old center or to the metro station. We liked it, we would come back. If you want to cook to might be missing some things. It has the basic dishes, no oil, sugar, salt. But the plates are gorgeous!
