• Wolfgang (10/5): Jederzeit wieder! - Eine Wohnung, bei der hinsichtlich der Funktionalität an alles gedacht wurde und die auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt gut geeignet ist. Sehr sauber und gepflegt, ruhig und aufgrund der fußläufig erreichbaren Bushaltestellen auch ohne PKW kein Problem.

• Martin (10/5): Perfect apartment near the Old Town - The apartment was very clean , modern, and comfortable. Our host, Cidgem, always responded promptly and was very helpful. Cidgem's lovely mother met us on arrival and showed us the apartment as well as the much needed car space nearby. We would definitely stay again. A cutting board and a toaster would be helpful.

• Vera (10/5): Ruhige und moderne Ferienwohnung mit freundlicher Vermieterin - Die sehr freundliche Besitzerin hat uns mit einer Tasse Kaffee empfangen und uns alles Wichtige gezeigt. Die Wohnung ist großzügig, modern, sauber und sehr gemütlich. In den Betten haben wir gut geschlafen. Die Wohngegend ist ausgesprochen ruhig. Wir haben uns hier wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln sind Innenstadt und Bahnhof gut zu erreichen. Bäcker, Metzger und einige Restaurants sind fußläufig sehr gut erreichbar. Es gab eine Nespresso Kapsel-Maschine. Der Kaffee schmeckte gut, aber wir hätten eine Kaffeemaschine bevorzugt.

• Julie (9/5): A very functional and well designed apartment very close to the Danube - The apartment is situated about a ten to fifteen minute walk along the Danube Into town. You can cycle or walk along the river path. It is situated very close to where the Viking Cruise boats are moored. We were met at the apartment by a nice lady but absolutely no English was spoken. The host speaks English but no phone number given - all communication through Booking.com. The apartment was very spacious and very clean. The kitchen is very well equipped with proper wine glasses which is a nice touch. Large fridge freezer. Good WiFi. Good pizza restaurant in the same block. Supermarket is a 15 minute walk or 6 minute by bike. The patio runs the length of the apartment which is on the ground floor. It receives the morning sun. There are electric shutters on every window. The bed is large and very comfortable. It is very quiet. There is a separate dressing area with plenty of cupboard space and this also has a large desk. The bathroom has an excellent shower. The washing machine and dryer are in the bathroom - good quality appliances throughout. We felt at home and it was spacious and comfortable. The apartment is of high quality. There is a very good little restaurant in the same block which did good pizza. There was room to store bikes. Shops are not open on Sundays. As has been the case in Germany for the last two weeks - heatwave! The apartment has no air conditioning. You can open the windows at night with shutters half open but there were some mosquitos. It wasn’t hot as it didn’t have the evening sun but it wasn’t cool. Temperature on the day we arrived was 33 degrees. There was no fan. It would be good to supply washing liquid for two washes. The deck and apartment could be overlooked. There is no outside view other than the interior apartment space.
• David (10/5): Absolutely wonderful apartment - highly recommended. - We liked absolutely everything about this spacious and modern apartment (we would give it 11 out of 10!!). Our host and her Mum were very welcoming and helpful and the apartment had everything required for a very pleasant stay. It was warm, comfortable and very quiet. The private parking space was 100m from the apartment and well worth the additional cost. We enjoyed walking to the Old Town from the apartment along the banks of the Danube and it only took us 10 minutes.

The kitchen was very nicely equipped to prepare a meal. Host arranged an overnight parking space for us about 2 blocks away (minor additional charge). Good value for Regensburg accommodations. Location was not really walkable to the Altstadt.

There was nothing we didn’t like; everything met our expectations.
• James (10/5): Meets all expectations - The Room is a perfectly modern, fully-equipped and well laid out apartment on the first living floor of its building. The apartment avoids all possible short comings often cited in the reviews of other apartments. It is in newly developed neighborhood and is a block of so from the river giving guests a scenic walking option to old town. A big bonus for those staying in nice weather is the expansive deck that looks onto the nicely landscaped large inner courtyard.

• Anna (10/5): Peaceful and relaxing stay - Nicely furnished and very well equipped apartment in the newly built and quiet neighborhood. Close proximity to the river. Cosy inner yard. Microwave, oven, Nespresso machine with bonus capsules and even coffee creamer. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend. Just a minor thing which was quickly fixed: Air wick had a really strong smell and we couldn't find where it was coming from) maybe some people like it, but we are not big fans:) Also the temperature when we arrived was really low. Took good 3-4 hours to get the heating going. Not related to the apartment, but the situation in Regensburg in general: book parking, it is impossible to find a spot:)

• Huber (10/5): Brilliant place to stay in Regensburg, we loved it! - Lovely apartment that has everything you need for a pleasant and relaxing stay. Very comfortable beds, great bathroom with an excellent shower and also washing machine and dryer. Nice modern kitchen and seating and dining area. Plenty of storage. The apartment is tastefully furnished and has a large outdoor furnished patio area. The location is excellent - quiet yet near to the town as well as having plenty of shopping opportunities nearby. Parking is a nightmare in this area, so we booked the private parking space available and Cigdem was very helpful showing us where it was and even helping us with our luggage. All good!
• Natg-usa (10/5): Would stay here again - This was a great apartment in a very good location. It was a nice, quiet neighborhood with a few nice amenities nearby. There was an excellent pizza restaurant right around the corner, and a nice Vietnamese restaurant within an 8 minute walk. Getting to the old town also took only about 15-20 minutes, and you could walk along the Donau/Danube the whole way there if you wanted. The apartment was very spacious and nicely kept. All the toiletries and other items you needed were fully stocked (multiple sheets, towels, toilet paper rolls, tabs for the washing machine and dishwasher, cartridges and milk/sugar for the coffee machine, etc.). There was plenty of room for a couple or a small family if need be. The shower was very nice and comfortable. There was a full service kitchen (with kettle, single serve coffee machine, pots/pans), table, livingroom, and a desk area between the bathroom and bedroom. All of the Rolladen were electric, which was nice. We also paid to use the parking space, which was about a 2 minute walk from the apartment and very easy to use (i.e. pull straight into it, not parallel parking, and a guard to keep it unoccupied if you need to use your car during the stay). The owner also put the key in a safe, easy to find location so that we could arrive after the check-in window. I would note that the WiFi did not reach all the way to the bedroom, which was odd and a bit annoying because my phone would not keep LTE service in the bedroom for some reason. It would also have been nice if there was somewhere in the shower to put your toiletries while you shower. The pull out couch was broken when we tried to use it (if you're familiar with the rolling out and lifting up style: the rolling out feature was not in the running element, so it just came completely away from the couch), but I'm sure the owner could remedy this easily, making it suitable for two people to sleep on (we didn't need it, so we didn't actually end up mentioning this while we were there).

Well equipped, great to have a washing machine. Very spacious. Quiet and comfortable for sleeping. The fresh flowers in the living room were a nice touch. Thanks. It was a shame we didn't get to meet the owner at all. Communication could have been better. We had asked to book parking but didn't receive an answer... and parking in the area was a headache in the evenings! Just two other things could be improved upon: no hairdryer or toaster. However everything else was so good, we didn't mind too much!
