• Armando Luis (4/5): - Problemas con el agua, casi nunca había, la bañerano bajaba y la tapa del inodororota, el mantenimiento al apartamento no era el mejor, según el anuncio tenia a/c y no enfriaba bien y se supone que tenía mantenimiento a diario y no pasaron a preguntar El area estaba cerca de la estación y metro, pero no era nada bonito por las reseñas y las fotos publicadas

• RENATO BAÑAGA (8/5): Very close to the Roma Termini. - Close to Terravision Bus terminal going to the FCO airport. Difficult to locate the property. There was no signboard to identify the Roma Guest house. Many black men standby drinking beer along the walkway but they are harmless.

• Ignacia (1/5): Si puedes evitar hospedarte acá, hazlo - Mal servicio de parte del hospedaje, recepcionista tenía muy mala comunicación, no explicaba qué estaba haciendo, por qué le tomaba foto a nuestros pasaportes más de una vez, es más, sin mediar comunicación o explicación solicitó que pagaramos nuevamente en el hospedaje, presencialmente, a pesar que contaban con nuestra tarjeta a través de booking y la reserva explicita que dentro del pago se incluye todo gasto, no se debe pagar nada extra, que además lo solicitado nada tenía que ver con las tasas municipales de turista. Nos dijeron que tenían problemas con nuestra tarjeta, que pagaramos de nuevo, si bien no accedimos después dimos cuenta en que realizaron un cargo extra sin fundamento a la tarjeta que supuestamente era "inválida". Llegamos al mismo tiempo que otra familia a hacer el check in y tuvieron los mismos problemas el 06.05.2026, debiendo buscar de última hora otro hospedaje en la noche y con un valor mucho más elevado.

• Ponce (3/5): Huele mal y no se parece a las fotos - La ubicación es lo mejor. Está cerca de la estación de trenes, metro y autobuses. El hospedaje tiene aquí un nombre diferente al letrero de afuera, el chico que nos atendió fue grosero. La habitación estaba limpia pero apestaba. Olía muy mal, el olor venía del drenaje, deberían revisar eso antes de ofrecer una habitación. Porque un sitio puede ser sencillo y económico no significa que se tenga que aguantar esos malos olores. Solo nos dieron 1 toalla para 5 personas. Nada más llegar pedimos las toallas, en persona y luego por llamadas, no nos las dieron hasta que las pedimos por aquí.

• CHERYL (1/5): I always use Booking.com and never had to express such a negative report as I am now. - Nothing, I did not stay here. The address/location advertised is NOT where I was taken. I feared for my safety, the room was not as depicted, it was smelly and "shady characters" were smoking and drinking and I was terrified before I could even enter the front door. I was originally given the address ROMA TERMINI Via Alfredo Cappellini 46 which was not listed out front nor was any management there to help me. I stayed inside until a man approached me and nodded "YES" when I asked if he was the manager. The man picked up a suitcase and motioned for me to follow. After walking several blocks he left me in a strange place and gave me a key then left. He did not talk to me nor give me an address or any information where I was. After dropping my suitcases I ran out the door to find the man who left and I wandered around a seedy area of Rome until I discovered a "nicer" hotel employee who spoke English who called a TaxI for me and for 4 or more hours could not locate the manager of the place I was taken/left my luggage. Both hotel employee and Taxi driver spoke Italian and English and I gave them the address and phone number I was first directed to go to. Both employee and taxi driver called this "manager" who refused to give his name or where my luggage was. When he finally did, I picked up my luggage, crying telling the manager I did not feel safe and was not going to stay where he took me. I said I was going to the police station to file a report and he said, in ENGLISH, "I will issue you a complete refund within 3 days" . I said Thank You and the taxi driver took me to a small town in Bracciano where I spent 3 nights in a hotel there trying to get a quicker flight home. My ticket was on DELTA May 12th. I was also scared and felt uneasy in the section of Rome this hotel was located.

• Ignacia (2/5): deficiente y buscan realizar cargos adicionales sin justificación - el personal buscó realizar cargo adicionales al arribar que no se encontraban indicados al momento de realizar la reserva, realizaron una cancelación a última hora ya habiendo realizado el cargo en mi tarjeta y, además realizaron un cargo adicional que a la fecha no aclaran. Por lo demás, esto no solo nos sucedió a nosotros, si no que a otro grupo de turistas que estaba realizando el check in al mismo tiempo y debieron trasladarse a otro hospedaje debido a los problemas, al igual que nosotras en cuando a la primera noche. Las toallas no tenían buen olor y la habitación era al lado de recepción por lo que había bulla constantemente. No había agua caliente y el baño olías cigarro.

Non volevano lasciarci il sapone, alla fine ci hanno dato una saponetta già quadi finita. 2 asciugamani per 5 persone. Uno dei letti praticamente sfondati , polvere ovunque, pavimenti sporchi, gomme da masticare attaccate in giro per la stanza...

L’acqua calda era presente a tratti, e quando mi sono lamentato del fatto che lo sciacquone non funzionasse ho dovuto minacciare di attaccarmi al servizio clienti per riuscire ad avere un’altra stanza in cui almeno il bagno funzionasse, visto che la loro proposta era stata “fai uno sforzo per stanotte”.

Después el alojamiento es de lo peor, mobiliario súper antiguo y en mal estado, todo sucísimo, la colcha ni la utilizamos porque tenía mil manchas, mucho polvo por todos lados, mampara que no la han limpiado nunca, armario sin barra para colgar ropa, enchufes asquerosos de mierda, en fin, pasamos dos días fatal.

• Yassin (1/5): - Nothing good about it I honestly don’t even know where to begin with how disappointing this stay was. From the moment I walked into the room, it was clear that basic cleanliness and maintenance were not a priority here. The bed was absolutely unacceptable. The sheets, pillows, and blanket all looked like they hadn’t been properly cleaned or replaced. There was visible hair on them, which is something you never expect to see in a hotel, no matter the price point. It immediately made the whole place feel unhygienic and uncomfortable, and I genuinely questioned whether anything in the room had been properly cleaned before my arrival. On top of that, there was a strong, unpleasant smell throughout the room that just wouldn’t go away. It wasn’t just a slight odor — it was the kind that lingers and makes it difficult to relax or even sleep properly. Opening windows didn’t help much either. The bathroom situation was even worse. The toilet was in an unsanitary state and, to make matters worse, it didn’t even flush properly. That alone is a basic requirement that should never fail in any accommodation. The shower wasn’t any better — the shower head was broken, making it difficult to use and clearly not maintained for a long time. As if all that wasn’t enough, the WiFi didn’t work at all during my stay. In this day and age, that’s a basic expectation, whether for work or just staying connected. It felt like yet another thing that the hotel simply didn’t care to fix. Even the towels were a disappointment. They didn’t look or feel clean or fresh, which again raises serious concerns about hygiene standards overall. Overall, this was a really poor experience. Between the lack of cleanliness, broken facilities, and basic amenities not working, it felt like the hotel was neglected and badly managed. I would not recommend staying here, and I certainly won’t be returning.

• Anastasia (1/5): Nie wieder! Dreckig! Kein Wasser! - Nichts Extreme schmutzige Raum und Bad. Kühlschrank funktioniert nicht, ist dreckig und hat eine geschimmelte Wurst. Fernseher funktioniert nicht. Fenster, Boden, einfach alles ist schmutzig und fast kaputt. Als Bettwäsche haben wir nur jeweils ein Betttuch und ein Kissenbezug bekommen, für Edie Decke gab es keinen Bezug. Beziehen muss ich selbst, aber das war nicht so schlimm. Das Finden des GastHauses war ein anderer Herausforderung: an der Haustür gibt es keinen passenden Klingeln. Nur telefonisch erreichte ich den Besitzer und nur von meinem eingegebenen Nummer, von anderen Telefonnummern konnte ich den Besitzer nicht erreichen. Die Türe eist sehr dünn und wir haben immer jemanden vor unserer Tür sprechen gehört. Morgens gab es gar kein Wasser zum duschen. Vor der Haustür sammeln sich Obdachlosen, die später bei der Bahnhof übernachten. Es gibt keinen WLAN und selbst mein Mobilfunk funktionierte in der 6 OG nicht. Bitte Finger weg von dieses Gasthaus, das war die schlimmste Erfahrung in meinem Leben. Ich hoffe ich kann noch die Bilder hochladen.

• Peemapol (1/5): DONT STAY HERE!! - The Wifi was great I rarely leave negative reviews, but this stay was genuinely unacceptable from start to finish. First of all, the hotel is extremely difficult to find. Despite being “near” the train station, the entrance is hidden in a poorly marked alley, and the building itself does not clearly display the hotel name. The entrance itself felt intimidating—there were groups of people lingering around the area, and the overall atmosphere was unsettling, especially at night. Arriving there alone felt genuinely uncomfortable and unsafe. The area overall did not feel welcoming, which made coming back to the hotel in the evening quite stressful. The most alarming issue, however, was the complete lack of respect for guest privacy and safety. Staff knocked on my door late at night asking me to sign something, and when I didn’t immediately respond, they unlocked the door and entered without permission. This was not a one-off incident—it happened again the following day, even after I explicitly told them to wait until I opened the door myself. Entering a guest’s room without consent is entirely unacceptable and frankly disturbing. On top of that, the noise levels were constant. The walls are paper-thin—you can hear footsteps, conversations, and loud activity throughout the night. It was impossible to relax or get proper rest, and much of the noise seemed to come from within the building rather than just other guests. Overall, this hotel fails at the most basic level: safety, privacy, and comfort. Between the confusing location, the intimidating entrance area, intrusive staff behaviour, and nonstop noise, this was not just an unpleasant stay—it was one that made me feel genuinely unsafe. I would strongly recommend staying anywhere else.

My booking was unexpectedly cancelled just before my arrival, which put me in a very stressful situation. When I contacted them upon reaching, I was told that if I still wanted a room, I would need to pay an additional fee of 15 euros or more on top of the original price. This felt unfair and unprofessional, especially given the timing. I would strongly advise future guests to be cautious and double-check their reservation before arrival to avoid similar issues. There way of cooperation.

La stanza non era stata pulita al mio arrivo (era stato solo rifatto il letto): c'era la spazzatura nel mobile, tanta polvere depositata sul termosifone e sul filo del phon fisso, la scrivania (che ho pulito con le salviette) altrettanto sporca, la guarnizione del frigo ammuffita. Non era stata nemmeno passata la scopa, dato che c'erano oggetti sotto al letto L'acqua scorreva a filo per via del calcare, probabilmente, e la mattina non c'era l'acqua calda. Altro punto a sfavore che però non c'entra col servizio, è la posizione. Aggiungo questa parte solo perché potrebbe tornare utile a chi, nello scegliere, viaggia solo e magari non è troppo abituato ad alcune "peculiarità" delle grandi città. La struttura è in un vicolo dietro Termini: sin dalla mattina ci sono decine di ragazzi affollati sul marciapiede su cui dà il portone che stazionano lì a bere. Rientrando al pomeriggio ho dovuto scavalcarne uno ubriaco. Ripeto, non è una pecca della struttura, ma è un'informazione che vale la pena dare. Altra nota da segnalare l'ascensore che fa sì che mi porti a sconsigliarlo se si è claustrofobici o necessitanti di più spazio: è veramente tanto, tanto stretto!

Il bagno non era tanto pulito. Penso che la cabina doccia non sia mai stata lavata. Però non aveva cattivo odore.
