• Mariel Yanina (10/5): EXCELENTE - Me gustó muchísimo el departamento en general. Era súper moderno, ordenado y cómodo. La ubicación es genial, tenes varios bares y lugares para comer alrededor. La zona es bastante segura y el edificio cuenta con seguridad durante la noche.

• Paul (10/5): Such friendly hosts make it a Joy - The host and her fantastic son that were so helpful to us. The apartment it spacious, clean and comfortable in a good area. It’s probably a 9 out of 10 but the hosts make it a 10 Pool could do with a clean.

• Lida (2/5): Stay away from this dirty place and unhelpful/inhospitable host - We had been to other accommodations in Buenos Aires twice before, also apartments and it was the first time to have such a terrible experience 1. the apartment was dirty and the pillowcases did not fit the pillows which made the pillows and sleep experience extremely disgusting and unhealthy 2. There was hair in the bathroom 3. The communication was terrible, we wasted half a day just talking to the host about the payment and arrangements on when to meet them- which made us not enjoy the last few days of our vacation in Argentina. BTW even when we arranged to get the cash we had agreed on for the reservation after hours of communication, she suddenly messaged us for a few ARS more (which we would not have minded- had she said so from the beginning) 4. One of the towels had orange stains 5. There was no place to hand the towels, the only hangers were in the entrance of the studio where the wall and hungers were dirty. We had to clean the hungers ourselves and a grey glitchy texture came off. 6. The cups inside the cupboard were dirty with brown coffee stains. 7. The sponge in the kitchen was reused and disgusting. 8. During our second morning they woke us up at 8:30 for pest control of the building - and the host had not informed them that guest were staying there Btw not in the host’s responsibility, but in most cases you expect the host to be accommodating about keeping your luggage, especially in a large building- she requested 65 usd per night for the day before our stay and did not agree for any hour after our stay (that is after the 10 am checkout time and the hours between our flight later that day)

• Paola (10/5): Minha estadia foi maravilhosa, o apartamento é lindo, novo e super confortável, dormi muito bem. Palermo é um ótimo bair - Localização excelente, apartamento ótimo e hosts simpáticos. Nada a reclamar dos hosts e da propriedade, apenas do Booking que não deixa claro as taxas e o valor final.

Unfortunately the host was so unpleasant and hostile from the moment we booked that it ruined our entire stay in Buenos Aires. 1. We received a message from her right after confirming our reservation complaining that we didn’t give her 48 hours notice and she was annoyed we were arriving on a Sunday (we were very gracious and told her to take the time she needs to prepare) 2. No self check-in, and had to coordinate our arrival time according to HER convenience. 3. Upon arrival she overcharged us on the price, blaming Booking for having quoted us the wrong amount. 4. Two hours after we arrived she insisted we tell her our exact check out time 3 days later, with multiple follow-ups throughout our stay. 5. Did not allow self check out and had to coordinate someone come check the apartment before we were allowed to leave. We’ve been traveling for a long time and it was by far the worst host interaction. We felt so unwelcome. We are very easygoing and are not ones to write negative reviews but this experience was so unpleasant it overshadowed our entire stay in Buenos Aires.
