Marta Beatriz (10/5): - La encargada del adosado muy atenta y siempre presente a nuestras necesidades y la ubicación perfecta, la propiedad era como esperaba y se ajustó a mis necesidades Con respecto a la limpieza creo que fue pobre porque me dedico a limpiar pisos y se de eso, aunque también se que es difícil mantener un adosado limpio en lanzarote ya que con poco de viento supongo que será por eso.

Dan (7/5): Over all a pleasant villa in a lovely location. Additional cash charge requested for hot tub use - Clean villa, nice location, host responsive to messages Host requested additional cash payment for use of the Hot tub, this was not stated on the advert. Pleased we decided against this as on checking the hot tub, it was dirty and had childrens toys floating in it. Poor selection of cooking utensilts. Two small, very worn sauce pans, no tin opener or spatula. Host didn't include the residential area address in the details which made booking our first taxi difficult.

Ladislav (8/5): Very good - We like the locality, the view and the quite of the place. The instructions to get to the appartment were clear and everything went very smoothly. The host promised the fixed the terrace-door, that can't be locked - but that didn't happen. It was not a huge issue - but we don't like promises not met without any further follow-up/explanation. The prices here are much higher than the last year.
