- Alexandre (7/5): - Recepção do hotel , no horário do meu check in ( depois das 10 hs ) foi muito demorada e ruim . Não tinha fila porem deu para perceber que eles estavam bem despreparados !! Sou um hospede frequente e nunca tive uma experiencia ruim como tive desta vez . Não recebi nenhuma informação sobre o aplicativo e tive que descer para entender melhor e , novamente , o atendimento foi péssimo.
- Murilo (1/5): Não recomendo. Mal cuidado e sem ar condicionado. - O hotel é excelente. Bem localizado e de excelente infraestrutura. O quarto está mal conservado. Não estava arrumado quando cheguei, o cobertor estava sujo e não foi trocado. O ar condicionado não funciona e fez um calor imenso. Péssimo flat, não recomendo.
