• Pembling (10/5): Very huge and clean apartment. Also, there was AC available. - The apartment is 8min walk to the train station and has bus stops around. The apartment is huge and clean. Also, the greeter was very helpful. Overall, we had good time at the apartment.

• Julie (9/5): Was a wonderful time will recommend to others - The location, the building felt safe, appreciated 2 sets of keys, communication on arrival was good, The transparency between the bathrooms you can see each others business in their it needs more of a wall or blocking shade, also was loud noises one day scared me and I sent a message to your team But no one responded did not know what that was it was coming from the walls and very loud when we were trying to nap

• Laura (8/5): Very good - Close to the metro so easy to get around Rome. Beautiful old building. Staff communication good. Semi transparent glass bricks between the bathroom. The bigger bathroom could benefit from some hooks for towels and clothes.
• Jian (10/5): Exceptional - We had a pleasant stay in Rome. Host of this property is very friendly and resolve all issues promptly. There is a nice bakery around the corner, they serve very good breakfast. The location of the property is great, it is within walking distance to many tourist attractions such as Museum Vatican, St. Peter's basilica, etc. Highly recommend this property.

• Tina (5/5): Passable - The apartment itself was nice and clean, and the location was good (close to Vatican city). The metro station was also nearby. The neighborhood was peaceful. One huge problem ruined it all - the water boiler did not work properly so it was extremely difficult to get a decent shower! Sadly, the host did not show much interest in solving this matter (which is so uncharacteristic of Italian culture). Apart from this, the host charged us for additional night for AM check-up, even though she knew in advance the exact time of our arrival and we earlier agreed to pay a so-called "early check-up fee" (which is around 50 EUR). No one was waiting for us upon the arrival and we had to make extra communications to ensure we did not end up outside at 02:00 AM. If not these, we would find the stay great, as the apartment itself and the location were not bad.
• Ana (7/5): Apartment is located near the vatican and is as shown on pictures. - Host delivered promptly the keys on our arrival, although we paid a late arrival fee. During the first days communication was fluent and they fixed the Wifi and provided sponges for dishes. Apartment was located very within walking distance from the Vatican. Sheets could be more clean, warm water in shower took a while to appear and in one WC only the hand shower had warm water as the main showerdidnt and had poor water pressure. Also we requested more toilet paper one day before leaving and no one answered. Wifi was not working on our arrival but it was fixed the 3rd day and a hot spot was provided meanwhile.
