• terenzio (10/5): Superconsigliato - Praticamente tutto .nello specifico la struttura è perfetta per una famiglia di 4 persone, con due bambini: spaziosa, pulita e dotata di tutto ciò che serve per un soggiorno confortevole. Nostro figlio di 6 anni ha adorato il giardino, curato e attrezzato con giostrine perfette per i più piccoli. Un ringraziamento particolare al proprietario, davvero gentile e disponibilissimo: quando abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema con il condizionatore è arrivato subito per risolverlo, portandoci anche una stufetta per ogni evenienza. Inoltre, ci ha fatto trovare tutto l’occorrente per la prima colazione e durante il soggiorno ci ha scritto un paio di volte per assicurarsi che fosse tutto a posto . La posizione è ottima, in una zona tranquilla ma comoda, con diversi ristoranti nelle vicinanze. Super consigliato! Un posto accogliente, ben gestito e ideale per chi viaggia con bambini o cerca un soggiorno sereno a Roma Nulla

• Francesco (1/5): Rome without a shower: cercate altro - Good position, 10/15 minutes far from the tube by walking (Re di Roma), quiet, good facilities in the apartment (but I used just the kettle, not kitchen or tv…), shared garden Simply the worst experience of my life with the bathroom: if you use the shower you can be sure that the water will disappear in all the apartment. The host knows it very well and he will tell you that it is caused by works in the building that they will start around 8:15/8:30. He will propose you to have shower in his apartment if there will be any problems. I tried to have shower at 8 the first day, at 7:45 the second, at 7:40 the third one. For the price of the apartment, having a good shower and the privacy at the same time is a right: I refused his invitation and I had shower with the water of the kettle. I underlined that when I complained with him he did not say “I will fix the shower”: I’m almost sure that it is a structural problem of the apartment. My suggestion: go away

Fascility itself is clean and comfy for two people. Underground facility, smells on mold. One wall is sort of ground level, three walls are underground. There is no living room, just a little passage with a TV. Only one bedroom with three beds.
