- Mayckon (3/5): - Vista O banheiro fede esgoto 24h. O apartamento foi entregue sujo. Microondas sujo, sofá com comida e fedendo. Não recomendo de forma alguma pelo preço. Horrível!
- Frank Luz (8/5): Embora os aspectos negativos apontados, a estadia é boa. - Conforto 1 - Falta de manutenção no armário da cozinha. A porta inferior estava solta e caiu sobre os meus pés na hora de abrir. Se não tivesse de tênis, poderia ter machucado. 2 - Dificuldade para utilizar as comodidades que são oferecidas, como, por exemplo, academia e lavanderia. Para entrar nesses ambientes é necessário fazer um cadastro de reconhecimento facial, porém só é permitido esse cadastro aos moradores permanentes. Os veranistas de temporada, caso queiram utilizar esses ambientes, precisam procurar a cada uso os funcionários do prédio e solicitar que abram as portas.
