- laurent (9/5): - Bus pour le centre ville juste devant l hôtel, proximité de la plage, rue commerçante, embarras du choix pour les restaurants, personnel très agréable RAS
- Klaudia (7/5): - Pokój był bardzo czysty, duży i ładny, dodatkowym atutem był balkon. Niestety siłownia była bardzo brudna, a sprzęt wyglądał na już lekko zużyty i stary. Maty do ćwiczeń również były zniszczone. Poprosiłam na recepcji o środek do dezynfekcji, jednak personel nie był w stanie mi pomóc i nie mieli żadnej dezynfekcji dostępnej dla gości. Dodatkowo w regulaminie widnieje informacja, że organizowanie imprez jest zabronione, natomiast podczas mojego pobytu w hotelu odbywała się duża impreza dla młodzieży. Muzyka była bardzo głośna prawdopodobnie aż do około 2 w nocy, co bardzo utrudniało odpoczynek.

- Barbara (6/5): - Zastanawiałam się jak obiektywnie ocenić hotel po pobycie, gdyż odczucia są mieszane…. Z plusów to na pewno lokalizacja hotelu oraz chcielibyśmy wyróżnić 2 osoby z obsługi: pierwsza to pani z recepcji w długich ciemnych włosach (niestety nie znamy imienia) za profesjonalną obsługę i chęć pomocy oraz a może przede wszystkim pan Angelo, który był przy naszym wymeldowaniu ale wcześniej biegał bardzo sprawnie i miło obsłużył nas na śniadaniach. Uśmiechnięty, z dobrym angielskim i bardzo sprawnie, profesjonalnie starał się w stosunku do Gości👏👏👏 Rozumiem, co oznacza niski sezon w hotelarstwie i że brak dużego obłożenia wymaga oszczędności ale śniadania praktycznie nie zjadliwe. Nie wyłożone dla Gości tylko przynoszone na talerzu po ok.20/ 30min oczekiwania. Można byłoby poczekać ale oba ekspresy do kawy wyłączone i po kawę/ herbatę również należy ustawić się do baru a tam oczekiwać kolejne 20min…. Zwiedziłam 60 krajów ale takich oszczędności nie widzieliśmy nigdzie wcześniej.. ?! Pokoje wyziębione do granic możliwości, minęła pierwsza doba zanim klimatyzacja zdołała ogrzać pomieszczenie….. Nie byliśmy wcześniej w hotelu, w którym przy wykupionej opcji śniadaniowej nie było wyłożonego dla Gości absolutnie żadnego produktu a expressy do kawy włączone i zakryte?

Очень хорошо, что были свои лежаки на пляже ( но найти свободные было не всегда просто), сам пляж хороший, но до глубины нужно много пройти пешком. Есть некоторые комментарии, но в целом они абсолютно не испортили отдых 1. Проблемы с полотенцами для бассейна 2. Заявленная парковка всегда переполнена, стать нереально 3. Мест возле бассейна не всегда хватало 4. Однообразные завтраки, если их пропустить, то ничего страшного не произойдет. Фруктов мало, мясных продуктов тоже мало и низкого качества 5. Воду в номер не дают вообще

- Sabina (10/5): Clean hotel with private beach, bar, and amazing restaurants nearby - The hotel is just a minute’s walk from Durres Beach. The area is filled with excellent restaurants, and I honestly can’t remember the last time I ate so well. The food was absolutely delicious! The hotel itself had friendly staff, its own beach with a bar, private parking, and everything was clean and well-maintained.

- Tristan (4/5): Hoop geld voor weinig - Ontbijt was goed. Veel hotels bezocht en hier was ontbijt redelijk tot goed. Vies, geen toiletpapier op kamer, geen handdoeken. Werd wel gebracht later. Treurig zwembad aan straatkant met zicht op lelijke vervallen gebouwen en amper zon. Vrij ver van het strand.

Un grand merci à Sedma à la réception, toujours souriante, aimable et incroyablement serviable. Son professionnalisme et sa gentillesse ont rendu notre séjour inoubliable. Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute !
- Marko (6/5): - The pool was fine but it was too crowded and we couldn't find a free sunbed. Parking was full, they sent us to a different location. Check-in was at 2 pm, at 3:30, the room wasn't ready yet! We wanted to leave but decided to stay after all. Still, it wasn't fully clean, there were some blood stains at the bathroom door and some sticky stuff at the floor. The food was not great either and some of the plates were not clean. I don't think I'll ever go back there.

- Noemie (6/5): Un hôtel sympa pour un petit séjour - L’emplacement est pas mal c’est prêt de la mer on peut y aller en maillot de bain sans problème, le double vitrage est génial on entend rien du tout La chambre etait plus petite que sur les foto, la propreté du sol etait pas super et la vu que nous avions n’était pas ouf non plus, le frigo de la chambre ne fonctionnait pas donc pour y mettre le lait du petit et les médicaments c’était pas possible malgré qu’on ai demander a la réception personne n’est venu s’en occuper

V reštaurácii, ktorá patrí hotelu výborne varia, veľmi dobre sme sa najedli za super cenu. Raňajky boli formou bufetových stolov - hojnosť. V tomto meste je veľmi veľa áut. Hotel má svoje parkovisko, ale aj to je plné. Ale dalo sa nájsť miesto, aj personál nám v tomto veľmi vychádzal v ústrety a boli veľmi nápomocní.

- Julieta (5/5): Mala experiencia - Las instalaciones están en buen estado. No puedo decir nada más bueno. Desayuno. Personal desatento. Cama incómoda. Almohadas altas. Aire acondicionado que tardo 4 horas en “enfriar”. Tuve que preguntar todo sobre el desayuno, ni hablar de la poca variedad, no había cubiertos a la vista (estaban dentro de un cajón que se suponía debía saber yo…) encontré el café detrás de una cortina luego de preguntar y recibiendo malas caras.
- Derek (7/5): The lady on reception was very helpful, even letting us stay in our room a bit longer so we could shower for our return - Really good location, the beach was only a few minutes walk. Towels for beach provided, sunbeds good and free. Great parking too. Only stayed for two nights and went for our first breakfast about 8:30am and there was nothing left, and what was there was all dried up and not edible. Ie eggs and sausages. Second day a bit more choice ie cereal, which wasn’t available on the first day, but everything else was fresher.
- Natalia (5/5): - Generalnie mam mieszane uczucia co do tego hotelu. Pierwsze wrażenie było okej, obsługa mila. W hotelu czysto, pokój duży i tez bardzo czysty. Dostaliśmy pokój na 6 piętrze. Po włączeniu klimatyzacji okazało się, że nie chłodzi. W pokoju ukrop jak na Saharze. Niestety poprosiliśmy o zmiane pokoju. Dostaliśmy 2 pokój na tym samym piętrze. Po włączeniu klimatyzacji okazało sie, ze również nie działa :(. No ale, juz nie chciało nam się przenosić do innego pokoju. 3 dni wytrzymamy. Spaliśmy z otwartymi oknami. W nocy zaczęła lecieć woda z dachu po ścianie i zalewała nam pokój. Basen zimny, śniadanie takie sobie. Z odpływu wydobywal sie brzydki zapach. Na plażę blisko. Nawet bylo czysto. Tak więc szału nie było, napewno nie wrócimy.

- Bhumi (1/5): Please do not choose this by photos it’s nothing compared to photos - Nothing it was so not what booking.com offered in the pictures rooms were filthy sheets were not changed before we arrived at the hotel . swimming pool so cold can’t even use it that cold breakfast was finished by 9:10am there was nothing left although it’s advertised that breakfast open till 10am . They were arrived we were so tired so went to sleep straight away but next day morning I complained to staff twice which wasn’t really helpful i also ask if she want to she can come with me and have look but she didn’t. I wanted to speak to manager but he wasn’t available that time . We are so tired from our 15 days trip all over Albania that’s the reason to choose this hotel to relax before we left for flight but there was nothing that we could get some rest i was disappointed by that . Completely waste of money rather I should book a apartment with small business owner they will provide the cleanest apartment than the hotels . we stayed in 4 different locations in Albania every accommodation was on point and compared to AMH & 3 times cheaper and 100% clean . - Maria (7/5): Hotel was alright if you compare price, location and quality. - ladies at reception are amazing, willing to help all the time with a smile on their faces. We had an issue with wifi and they changed our room immiadiately. Texting via whatsapp helped alot especially when you need to order a taxi and you dont know where you are :) 4* is a a bit overrated in terms of breakfest for sure. It is very basic. Lady behind the bar wasnt very kind when we wanted to have a breakfest at the terrace, she didnt let us, she was "busy" with fixing her make up. I would recommend to change her or ladies from reception should teach her about client service.

The all-inclusive buffet was a treat, with plenty of options to satisfy everyone. The rooms were comfortable with AC and balconies, perfect for unwinding after a day in the sun. The staff were friendly and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Overall, a great spot for a relaxed, fun stay! The only downside was that our stay was too short!

- Fatjon (10/5): Great - I enjoyed a lot staying at this hotel. It was near the seaside, which was a big plus. The room was spacious. The breakfast was very delicious and with many food to choose. I wanna thank the receptionist Klejdi, who was very helpful during our stay. 😊

Das Hotel bietet eine perfekte Kombination aus Komfort, Sauberkeit und freundlichem Service. Das Buffet war vielfältig und reichhaltig, mit einer großen Auswahl an frischen und leckeren Speisen. Auch die Lage des Hotels ist ideal – es befindet sich in der Nähe des Strandes und ist nur eine kurze Fahrt von den wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten entfernt.

- Resul (10/5): Excellent accommodation and service. - The hotel is so grand and the interior is very beautifully arranged. I loved the facilities such as the pool and the gym. Even during my short stay I was able to enjoy them to the fullest! The staff is so friendly and they are willing to help with any needs you might have. The location is super lively, super close to the beach as well! The hotel is also very family oriented so I will be recommending it to my family and their friends for their upcoming trips! I wish I could have stayed longer 😅

- sadaf (6/5): - Dichtbij het strand Zwembad is aan het autoweg, dus ook geen zonlicht. Gym was niet onderhouden en kamers hadden een opknapbeurt nodig.

- Ilta (10/5): A great and amazing place to feel the summer’ vibes 🙏🙏 - Everything was great, the place, the food and the staff at a very high quality! It was everything in harmony with our needs. The room was spacious and cleaned twice a day. In that area was the only hotel with parking and different facilities. We felt more than great!!! I’m sorry to stay so short.. it will be in my top list this place for the next long vacations 🥰
- Bruna (10/5): Excellent experience - We really enjoyed the stay 😊 My daughter was super happy to spend time in the pool and at the lovely kids' corner. Rooms were clean and a super comfortable bed. They offer a varied and aboundant breakfast and in the evening live music is the cherry on the cake. Staff is really helpful and supporting in every need. The beach is lovely, close to the hotel and you can enjoy drinks from the beachbar. Parking is an added value to the hotel, especially in a city where parking is offen a chore.

- Anu (6/5): - Kiva uima-allas ja ravintola kuten myös ravintolan henkilökunta. Huoneen vaihto onnistui reklamaation jälkeen sujuvasti. Vaihdoimme huonetta, koska ensimmäinen oli siivottu huonosti. Huoneessa oli todella voimakas haju, jos ilmastointi oli pienemmällä. Valitettavasti ei meidän valintamme uudelleen.
