- James (10/5): Absolutely A1 from all the team at the W , a fantastic historic facility - A fantastic property , retaining the history alongside modern facilities. The W insider team went far beyond our expectations with a great surprise planned for us which was very appreciated for our Occassion and not expected. The spa was fantastic with staff very helpful and made the hotel a relaxing atmosphere to escape the pressures of life as well as the hustle and bustle of Prague. Food was excellent alongside the drinks service. Although the hotel is on the pricier side , the value is built in for the attention to detail and personal service. Even a mix up in the restaurant was handled with the very highest of professionalism Thank you to all , we look look forward to the next trip Slightly disappointing on checkout day to find the lounge and bistro closed for a private event but the rooftop bar was opened to help. Rooms a little on the small side but this is to be expected if they are to retain the historic feel of the original building

From front of house to the housekeeping staff their attention to the tiny details was above and beyond my expectation. Nothing is a problem, everything is possible and they make you feel at home. - Michaela (10/5): Es war alles perfekt es hat seine 5 Sterne mehr als verdient - Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend. Das Essen war gut. Der Umbau ist gelungen viele schöne Details. Die Zimmer sind neu und sauber. Wir haben uns mit den Kindern sehr willkommen gefühlt. Das einzige was nicht optimal war, war die Beleuchtung im Zimmer und die Situation mit dem Waschtisch im Zimmer das ist gewöhnungsbedürftig.

- Tamer (8/5): This is a good hotel but in need of improvement in a few areas. - The location is very convenient. The building is new and clean. We have faced great difficulties in finding availability at Grand Cafe and at the SPA. Both places are accepting non-hotel guests therefore are fully booked most of the times. I beleive that there should be some sort of priorities for the hotel guests. Also some of the staff at Grand Cafe were not very keen in helping the Hotel guests. Our room had a very bad view compared to the price we paid.

- Oleksandr (9/5): - I don’t usually write reviews, but our stay at this hotel was so wonderful that I felt I had to share it. We visited to celebrate my girlfriend’s birthday and wanted to prepare a surprise. For this, we needed early access to the room so our friends could decorate it in advance. The hotel team went above and beyond to make sure everything worked perfectly and the surprise stayed a surprise. We are very grateful. A special thank-you to Mr. Álvaro Montero for his exceptional assistance.
