• Anne (9/5): Bel appartement bien situé, confortable et agréable à vivre - Très bel appartement décoré avec goût, en particulier avec les œuvres de la propriétaire. La personne qui m'a accueillie est charmante. L'appartement est grand, bien agencé avec une chambre très calme. C'est au 1er étage avec ascenseur, vue sur les murailles de Rome, proche de la gare de Termini et dans le quartier étudiant de San Lorenzo avec commerces et bars à proximité. Il y a une machine à laver et des produits pour la douche. Pour moi, très bien. On entend un peu trop fort la tv du voisin le soir mais le reste du temps, c'est très calme et la chambre est bien isolée. Dans l'espace cuisine pas de bouilloire (pas grave) ou de grille-pain, ni malheureusement de micro-ondes mais on peut s'en sortir très bien avec les casseroles, la plaque de gaz et le four (attention indications du four effacées)
• Graziano (9/5): bella struttura. - bell'appartamento con buona dotazione in cucina, frigorifero,forno, gas, congelatore,e varie suppellettili, gradita la presenza dei bicchieri da vino che di solito non sono presenti. Nella vicinanze ci sono ottimi locali sia per bere (Pankaffe) che per mangiare (Osteria da Armando). Ottima l'accoglienza, ci sono venuti incontro sull'orario del check-in, cosa che abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo. posizione del letto un po' scomoda per entrare e uscire ma che ha influito poco sulla fruibilità.
• Valentina (10/5): Appartamento comodo, ben equipaggiato, pulito, allegro. A due passi da La Sapienza. - Ho apprezzato molto che ci fosse già qualcosa di essenziale per vivere la casa: doccia schiuma, shampoo, detersivo, CAFFE'! Forse aggiungerei piantina del centro di Roma con qualche informazione turistica, qualche suggerimeno su dove mangiare.
• Kristina (9/5): - I wurde so warm empfangen! Das hat mir die Laune für die ganze Woche gemacht<3 Die Wohnung ist räumlich, sauber, und sehr funktional. Die Wände im Haus sind leider zu dünn, deswegen hört man die Nachbarn und wie die Eingangstür zugeklappt wird. Und da es keine Teppiche gibt, ist mir eine Unterlage fegehöt hat, wo ich ein paar Sportübungen auf dem Boden machen könnte.
