• Chau Giang (7/5): - The room and bathroom are wide and clean. Friendly staff. Good bed also. .... I think there is something not clean in the hotel. I heard repeated knocks on the balcony door at 2 a.m for half an hour., even though no one was there at the time.... I cannot sleep well that night

• Chanel (10/5): I will definitely book a room at this hotel again. Thank you - The staff were very friendly and supportive. I felt comfortable and at home. They always greeted me with a smile and went out of their way to assist with everything I needed. I didn't like the area that much but everything else made up for that.

• Céline (8/5): Was a perfectly okay stay. Very average - Did the job and was close to the airport which was what we wanted for this hotel. It is not as clean as in the pictures. Nothing bad but floors are quite dirty and some thinges aren‘t cleaned very well.

I had heavy luggage and despite the main elevator, you still need to climb some stairs. Staff did help carry my luggage though. Friendly and helpful.

The room we originally booked was poorly cleaned, we found an old food container covered in flies in one of the bedside tables. We moved to a different room which was cleaner but still disappointing when compared to the pictures.

When questioned, they had checked us in under somebody else and gave us the wrong room. Had to move all our stuff from our room to another. Very loud. Lots of noises including barking dog. No toilet paper. Hairs left in bathroom. Wasn’t clean Noisy, dirty

• Anastasia (8/5): Very good - The hotel is just ok, nothing very special about it. Stuff is friendly and helpful. It's a bit noisy, we should keep window closed all the time.
• Araya (8/5): For short stay, it is okay. - Closed to the airport. There are many restaurant in the road behind the hotel. Room is big for 1-2 people in the same room. Not that super clean, but it is okay. There are only the necessary facilities and amenity in the room but if you need other things , let try ask to the staffs. They are really pleased to help. I asked for the quiet room via booking chat because of other reviews said that this type of room is faced to the noisy road. The staff said, they will prepare the quietest room for me. But finally, I get the room in the first floor , the most faced to the road as I think. It’s too loud sometimes when the trucks pass in the road. But normally time, it is not that noisy. Anyway, Not recommend to the person who is hard to sleep.
• Anita (6/5): Short-time hotel without strict rules - We just needed to stay overnight to wait for a flight. Jerry at the reception desk was perfect, fluent English and very helpful. On the booking site there is check-in 00:00 to 00:00 and check out also 00:00 to 00:00. Therefore we supposed to be it a “x-hour-hotel”. That was false and we had to pay extra for “late” check-out, although it was not in the booking condition. We could make an appropriate compromise price. Some sheets were very used.

It had old sliding doors that didn’t close properly or lock. It let a lot of outside noise in making it too noisy. I asked to change rooms and the staff allowed me to straight away
