• Lu (9/5): Clean, well equipped, and centrally located apartments. - Only two apartments in the building. Great for us , a groupe of 11 with kids so that we don’t bother anyone. Good size appointment with two bedrooms, both with toilets and showers. Rooftop is very much appreciated for breakfast and evening drinks. Elevator is available from ground level to rooftop. It was a little hot during our stay. Not sure if there was AC as we didn’t find any control. Fans were available but provided limited relief for someone who has difficulty to sleep in warm temperature. Some noise at night as there are two restaurants downstairs but manageable. A few more chairs on the rooftop would have been great.
• Gilles (8/5): Joli appartement spacieux bien situé, avec quelques améliorations possibles. - L'appartement est beau et spacieux, avec une jolie entrée bien pratique qui dessert les deux chambres (chacune ayant sa salle de bain), une cuisine séparée, un séjour avec coin repas et salon. Espace repas agréable avec jolie table et chaises confortables. Les lits sont confortables, les chambres donnent sur un patio intérieur évitant les bruits de la rue. L'appartement est bien situé avec des commerces de proximité (épicerie, boulangerie, bars, restaurants). Dans la cuisine, un kit éponge + produit vaisselle est mis à disposition. Deux tailles de serviettes de toilette mises à disposition, petites et grandes, c'est appréciable car les petites sont plus pratiques pour les enfants. L'appartement est sonore par rapport aux voisins du dessus. Les fenêtres en double vitrage ancien ne sont pas isolantes acoustiquement: le séjour subit les bruits de terrasse en soirée et les chambres subissent les bruits et lumières provenant du patio. Présence de voilage insuffisant sur les fenêtres des chambres : quand les voisins rentrent en pleine nuit, leurs lumières éclairent le patio qui éclaire les chambres et les bruits de chaises, eau, discussions sont très présents. La salle de bain accolée à la chambre parentale n'est pas très agréable, trop petite, nous avons préféré utiliser la salle de bain des enfants qui était très bien. Le réfrigérateur n'était pas froid (après vérification du réglage), seul le congélateur fonctionnait.

Host is very responsive and friendly to provide guidelines. Shower room is a little bit small so it's not easy to help little children in taking a shower. Other than that, everything is good.

• Elaine (9/5): - Location great. Free parking around the corner. Tight spots but many cars were taking more than one spot so our SUV fit next to one of those. Seems like people are always coming and going so good spots should open up. Host met us there to give us a pass. Be sure to provide them with your approximate arrival time so they can be ready to meet you. Apartment good sized. We didn’t notice any bad bathroom smells as some reported. Host was friendly and provided suggestions. Small elevator but it’s only one flight of stairs up to the room. Bar below can be loud but it provides a nice atmosphere and we couldn’t hear it with windows closed and our doors shut. All was good.
• KONSTANTINA (8/5): Great location! - The location of the apartment was great! Everything is near, café, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy and many more Alberto was really nice and helpful! The apartment was clean and the air-conditioning worked well. The beds were comfortable but the sofa wasn't that comfortable for two people to sleep. I think that for six people is not that comfortable but up to five it is ok! The bathrooms have access only through the bedrooms so for a group of friends that was quite uncomfortable. One bathroom is also really small. The sofa wasn't comfortable and it was small for two people to sleep. It's in a crowded noisy area but the noise wasn't a problem if you had the balcony doors closed. It's on the first floor but there is an elevator. There was a bad smell and humidity especially in the bedroom with the small bathroom.

Que tuviera el parking super cerca, está genial, y que esté incluido en el precio, superior . El apartamento de abajo, estaba ocupado por gente muy ruidosa. Sacaban a los niños a un patio pequeño y estaban todo el día gritando

El aire acondicionado estropeado, avisabamos al numero que nos dieron todos los dias y todos los días nos decian que lo habian arreglado, no funciono en ningun momento en plena ola de calor en sevilla. Lo minimo seria una disculpas y por lo menos no decir que lo han arreglado cuando no es así, parecia que se estaban riendo en nuestra cara. Tampoco estaria mal parte de la devolucion del dinero ya que no hemos dormido anda del calor y luego nos tenemos que hacer 9h en coche de viaje. Lo unico q pedimos de condicion fue el aire. No digais quebesta arreglado cuando no es asi

• Pauline (7/5): Being so close to the old town and amenities really made our short break. The apartment was comfortable. - It was spacious and in a really good location The showers were really small. The second bedroom bathroom had an unpleasant smell.
• Quoc (1/5): Broken AC, No Hot Water, No Response to Email Request - Good location and well equipped. It is spacious enough. We stayed at this condo as a group of six and were extremely disappointed with the experience. First, there was no hot water for the first several days of our stay. Although someone eventually came to fix it, it took multiple days and involved several disruptions to our time at the apartment — far from the relaxing stay we had hoped for. Worse still, the air conditioning was not functioning properly. The sensor was broken, and it stopped working once a certain temperature was reached. With the unbearable heat in Seville, this was absolutely unacceptable. Despite contacting the hosts about the issue, there was no attempt to address or rectify it. We also sent a follow-up email to share our concerns, but it was ignored — no response, no apology, no compensation. The heat and lack of basic comfort made the apartment an unhealthy place to stay, and we ultimately had to cut our trip short and leave the apartment early. This was one of the worst experiences we’ve had, and we cannot recommend this place to anyone, especially during warmer months.

Felt the are - The location is perfect for all attractions, rooftop area was a bonus and balcony’s as it was Semama Santa when we were there great spot to watch local processions Nothing
• Alex (6/5): Pleasant - The property was in a lovely area above a great tapas bar. The decor and furniture were a bit tired and wasn’t well cleaned with dust under the bed etc.
• Ezzipi (8/5): Very good - The position is great. The apartment is very well located. The person who welcomed us, Daniel, was very kind. The apartment is large and comfortable for 4 people. The parking is very near to the apartment. The smell coming from the pub downstairs could be very annoying. One bathroom is very tiny. For us it was ok but other people might not appreciate it. İn general the apartment is ok and has many pros but to me it seems overpriced. You understand that the apartment is managed by a bigger system and some young people come to greet you because they are paid to do so. What seems an automatic email arrives the day after checking if you are ok. Like other bigger cities, you have the sense of an impersonal turistification.

Had a few exchanges with manages about ac over whatsapp but unable to resolve. The oven was not working. The outside blinds were broken. The toilet cistern in main bathroom was leaking. So apartment generally badly maintained although it was clean and tidy and quite spacious.

• Ivan (8/5): we liked the place, we had everything we needed. it is centrally located and you can walk to every attraction. great for - location is great, the guy who welcomed us is excellent, rooms are spacious, big terrace on the roof rooms have no window to outside (just to small inner hall with opening to skylight). bathrooms and toilets are connected to sleeping rooms so those sleeping im the living room need to go through someone’s sleeping room during the night (was ok for us due to we are family)

• Soong-in (9/5): This was a great stay ever. - We loved the location of the property. It is located in the center of the village, and we experienced lots of activities with the local people. And also we were able to walk around everywhere in the city. The restaurants and shops are located within walking distance. Mostly, the facility is one of the best places we ever visited. Nothing.

Friendly stuff member that showed us the flat and gave us recommendations for Sightseeing and Restaurants. Very central location. Famous Tapas Bar around the corner. Comfortable bed. In one of the bathrooms, you have no possibility to hang the towels. When windows in the bathroom and bedroom are open, you can hear the neighbors from upstairs.
• Asele (9/5): Lovely refurbished flat in the centre of Seville. - Great location, clean and spacious rooms. Another bathroom is a bonus. Towels and soaps/shampoos/toilet roll were provided. The company were very helpful and easy to contact. The shower drain appeared somewhat blocked.
• Lars (10/5): Excellent place to stay. - Right in the middle of the Old Town, with a real buzz as soon as you step out of the house. Bedrooms were super quiet, so we slept great.
