• Julia (7/5): Joli appartement mais attention au bruit - Jolie décoration, bonne taille pour une petite famille. Propre, agréable. Le bruit. De la rue avec voiture + train mais aussi des autres appartements. L'isolation phonique est vraiment mauvaise, prévoir des boules qies pour pouvoir dormir. Les lits sont un peu petits aussi.

• Alejandra (8/5): Apartamento decorado con estilo pero para corta estancia - La ubicación. Cerca de supermercado, parque infantil y con aparcamiento gratuito en la zona. Los colchones son muy cómodos y ponen a disposición variedad de almohadas y cojines. Está decorado con mucho estilo, aunque los acabados no son los mejores. Había pocas unidades de vasos (4 para 4 personas) y ningún bowl. No había batidora de mano ni cazo pequeño para cocinar (solo un caldero muy grande). Esto hace que tengas que fregar los vasos tras cada uso. En mi opinión, había exceso de platos y cubiertos, en comparación con otros utensilios de cocina. Muy poca iluminación en general en la casa. De noche cocinar es casi imposible. Todo es luz de ambiente. Incluida la del baño. En general, luz tenúe e indirecta.

• stefan (7/5): - Location central and good parking close by. Unit is spacious enough for few days and overall nice pleasant experience. Beds are very small. Not suitable if you want to sleep comfortably and we are average sized people. No AC. This we absolutely can’t understand. It was too warm inside and it was not even hot yet outside. Can’t imagine the summer months without AC. As a minimum they should provide a fan. Host invisible. Never heard from them. Gave us wrong entry no. on check in. No communication.

• Lu (1/5): The accommodation was unhygienic and uncomfortable, with dirty bed sheets, a moldy bathroom, and a sofa I had to sleep o - None The accommodation needs serious improvement in hygiene and cleanliness. Specifically: - The bed sheets and duvet cover should be properly cleaned, as ours were dirty with visible stains. - The kitchen sponge and utensils need to be replaced regularly to ensure hygiene. - The bathroom should be thoroughly cleaned, as we found mold on the floor and hair left by previous guests. - Hosts should respond appropriately to complaints rather than asking guests to solve the problem themselves. Overall, the property needs to maintain basic cleanliness standards to provide a safe and comfortable stay.

Los anfitriones dejaron todo preparado para la estancia con bebe. La cocina no estaba limpia, la dejé yo mejor que me la encontré. La cafetera no funcionaba. La tele no funcionaba. Demasiado ruido de los vecinos. Se escuchaba demasiado.

• Vanessa (10/5): Comfortable stay - The property was light and spacious with adequate facilities for an enjoyable stay. It was close to restaurants, supermarket, park and public transport. A little outside of the centre but with easy public transport. The host is responsive over WhatsApp and accommodated our request to keep our suitcase after check out. The access code did not work on arrival, but alternative given after contacting the owner. However, it caused unnecessary panick in the cold.

Aparcamos enfrente mismo y tiene alrededor unas cafeterias estupendas y tiendas.Muy cerca del Campus de la Complutense y de la estación de tren. Se podria mejorar colocando toallero en el baño y silla en la habitación

Smack down in the middle of Pozuelo and just 15 minutes to Centro. I think everything was great, but if I had to fix anything, it would be the pillows. If I owned the flat, I would get plushier, better quality pillows. Otherwise, everything else was great.

• Darren (6/5): Excellent, but failure not compensated - We liked just about everything about this apartment. Well considered design, comfortable bed, excellent shower, properly setup and lovely quiet town location close to the city centre with good communication and instructions. …but cleaning needs improving. We found a hair tie with someone’s hair in it in the second bedroom and the shower cleaning needs better attention. Towel hooks falling off the wall and light fittings flickering from age or connection. Lighting in the evenings also needs to be a lot more ambient and comfortable… The biggest impact and something that ruined our entire stay was that we had no hot water on our last morning. We had to get to work meetings in the city and travel further without being able to wash which was utterly unacceptable… and as a working bathroom is fundamental to any paid accomodation, no offer of compensation was made considering this impacted our entire day of work and travel and was really just disgusting.

La verdad que fue una estancia excelente, con parking gratuito cerca, bares y restaurantes muy buenos para desayunar y comer cerca. Todo genial, no puedo poner ninguna pega a estos alojamientos

• Ana Isabel (9/5): - El piso es muy bonito y está justo al lado de la estación. Con todos los servicios. El propietario nos ayudo con una duda del televisor sin problema. Muy recomendable. Tuvimos problemas con el agua caliente. No salía a la hora de ducharnos. Supongo que si hubiera avisado al dueño nos hubiera ayudado, pero no nos pareció oportuno avisarle tan temprano.

• Mª Cristina (9/5): Fin de semana perfecto - Es un apartamento muy coqueto con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días. Muy buena ubicación, cerca de bares, restaurantes y supermercados, y al lado de la estación de cercanías de renfe. Nos gustó todo, pero por poner algo que se podría mejorar, es que el apartamento no tiene persianas y al ser tan luminoso las cortinas no tapan lo suficiente.

Very comfortable, clean and quiet flat in good location close to train station and excellent for road connections too. Well equipped with everything you need. Good bakery and supermarket 5 minute walk away. While it was helpful to be given some nearby streets to look for parking, they were usually full so the Parking is not that convenient and a bit stressful looking for a space at the end of each day. We picked the accommodation as its advertised with parking nearby. Like others have reviewed the smart TV has no aerial output only netflix etc, no hooks to hang bath towels and personally we found the curtains in the living room let too much light in.

No hay colgadores en el baño así que no puedes dejar ahí ninguna toalla. El menaje de cocina justito, no había microondas a pesar de que también estaba ofertado en los servicios.

Éstas son muy oscuras, con lo q no se percibe sensación de que estén limpias. Las almohadas no son cómodas. No hay conexión a antena de televisión, por lo q tienes que conectarte a plataformas digitales con tu propia contraseña. Fue imposible apagar el aire acondicionado.

Gostei de tudo. Se tivesse que fazer algum reparo seria na entrada de luz pelas janelas, uma.vez que as cortinas sao clara e nao têm estores.
