Fand ich richtig toll und er hat es gefeiert im Hotel schlafen zu dürfen Wir sind mit der Heizung-\Klimaanlage nicht zurecht gekommen. Wir wollten es Kühler haben aber es wurde immer wärmer - wir sind nicht dahinter gestiegen wie man das Gerät auf dem Zummer richtig bedient

• Jorina (7/5): Super Lage - Die Lage war einfach super. Dicht am Bahnhof aber dennoch ruhig. Und man war schnell im Park nebenan. Von der Autobahn sehr schnell erreichbar. Die Kartenzahlungen haben nicht so gut geklappt. Im Restaurant musste man dadurch tatsächlich bar bezahlen. Der Flammkuchen im Restaurant war leider auch nicht knusprig sondern wabbelig.

• Linda (8/5): Generally very good. - It was fine. Room was comfortable and well equipped, if a little warm, controls didn't make much difference. Liked the choice of pillows. Good size TV. Big choice at breakfast, but scrambled eggs were not nice, coffee also. The location was a little away from the main centre, though handy for the station.

• Francesca (6/5): Good location, clean rooms, and decent breakfast, but the lack of effective air conditioning significantly affected the - The hotel was clean, breakfast was good, and the personnel were efficient and professional. The location was also very convenient, only a few minutes’ walk from Karlsruhe train station. The hotel advertises rooms with air conditioning, but the lowest temperature I could set was 21°C, which is too warm for a comfortable night’s sleep in my opinion. At reception, I was advised to switch off the AC and open the window instead. However, only a small section of the window could be tilted open, so the room never cooled down properly. The very warm duvet did not help either. Keeping the window open also meant dealing with outside noise and cigarette smoke, so unfortunately I did not sleep well.

Dir Aussicht war schön und Karlsruhe war gut erreichbar, aufgrund der zentralen Lage des Hotels! Die offene Dusche. Die Dusche hatte keine Türe zum Abschließen und wenn man ausgiebig geduscht hat, war das ganze Badezimmer nass.

Die Zimmer waren schön eingerichtet und alles war sonst sehr gut vor allem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Der Geruch im Eingangsbereich roch irgendwie nach. Sehr viel Desinfektionsmittel, Putzmittel oder keine Ahnung Parfüm. Ansonsten war der Parkplatz irgendwie zu klein. Wir mussten unser Auto woanders hinstellen, aber sonst war alles supi.

• Varda (8/5): Comfortable hotel at a reasonable price, but the location not very pleasant. - Hotel was very comfortable and remarkably clean. The location, though not far from the train station, is located in an unpleasant location, behind the station away from the centre.

• Alexander (10/5): Topp Hotel in HBF-Nähe - Sehr gutes Hotel in HBF-Nähe, keine 10 Minuten bis zum Bahnsteig. Schönes Zimmer und absolut sauber. Hatte Glück mit dem Preis, ist oftmals wohl sehr viel teurer. Rezeption rund um die Uhr besetzt, Personal sehr hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück fand ich zu teuer und habe es deswegen nicht in Anspruch genommen.
