• Davison (8/5): Amazing location, comfy and complete with all you might need! - Amazing location near everything Hollywood, bars and all things entertaining and fun to do in the area. The place was very clean and easy to access, bed was comfy, having a washer and dryer in unit was a big help! The shower was great and the extra things in the bathroom like make up remover tissues and cue tips was a really nice addition! A hot tip... you can use luggage storage in a hotel nearby through apps if needed, it's cheap and safe although looks sketchy, you can trust. The automatic air freshener was very strong, even after we unplugged one of them the smell lingered. The apartment is located on ground level with a access door right next to it, so you will hear occasional residents passing by and talking and in our case moving into the building, it's totally fine, but be aware if you're sensitive to noise.

• Marc (10/5): Great stay, excellent staff! - I’ve been traveling the last few months and staying at many different places but this was the best place Ive stayed at so far. The building is very nice and upscale with modern luxurious decor, it has a good gym, pool with jacuzzi and rooftop with grills. The tenants are young and friendly, it’s in a perfect location, the most central part of LA from which it’s easy and quick to travel around the city. The apartment was comfortable and clean, equipped with full kitchen and appliances, and they cleaned my apartment for free. Then when i left anton was nice enough to move my bags and boxes for me to my next building, which was a huge help.

• Vicky (10/5): Perfect little oasis in los angeles!! - After a long journey from san fran with many stops along the way , we arrived in this little oasis where we managed to recollect everything and touch base. Washing machines, dishwasher all electrical appliances were a relief. But the fact that the coffee machine had water already filled up in the tank made us feel like mummy was expecting us. Olive oil on counter, salt and pepper, coffee sugar creamer , the works. All pots and pans. Location perrrrrfrct. Our host so easily available to communicate with. Very clean and well maintained. Loved it !!!

• Vivian (10/5): Great place for two! - It has everything you may need as kitchenware etc. The parking was great also. It’s perfect for a couple, as it has a double bed. However, we were with our 8yrs old kid, and there’s no place for a third person to sleep. The couch is VERY uncomfortable for that.
• Ayelet (3/5): Overpriced studio flat, in uncomfortable location - Sparkling clean and spacious flat. 1. Flat is far from being luxurious - it has basic design, loads of plastic plants and plastic flowers - it feels cheap rather than "luxurious"... 2. Towels are grey, which always makes me very suspicious about their state and freshness. Only half roll toilet paper in the flat, no extra rolls. 3. No duvet! Just a very light blanket, while it was very cold and I ended up using every piece of fabric in the flat to cover myself. Still cannot understand how a place declaring to be "luxurious" does bot have a proper blanket/ duvet. 4. The air-conditioning started automatically and deliberately in the middle of the night, making the temperature in the room even worse. The owner gave me some instructions but it took me time to turn it off. 5. When I arrived, there was no table - then I was informed it us outside - I had to pull it myself, and sunce it rained for several days, it was soaked with water, and I had to dry it myself, but surface was already damaged from standing outdoors. 6. The building is a bit spooky, the flat is located at the end of two very long corridors, and had constant strange noises of I-don't-know-what of banging, piping, engines, really uncomfortable and disturbing, especially at the night hours. 7. The location is just off Hollywood Blvd. which is a very uncomfortable area, with cheap stores and homeless people running around. There is no information in the flat about amenities, and I could not find even a simple grocery store or a market 8. There is a huge gap between how the apartment is presented on booking.com and its reality. I do not understand the great reviews that made me believe this was a decent place. It is not. 9. Therefore, it is extremely overpriced, no proportion of value to service. It made me really angry! a fancy hotel just around the corner (Leowe Hotel Hollywood) cost less than this spooky place!

• Jiyoung (10/5): Exceptional - I had a safe and comfortable stay for 8 days. The location is good, the room is clean, and most of all, the contact person in charge of the accommodation was very easy to communicate with, so there was no inconvenience. The designated parking lot is especially great! It was uncomfortable because the shower was not free.
• Joseph (7/5): Good - We liked the apartment and appreciated the comfort and cleanliness. it was noisy from "neighbours" music and general doors opening and shutting. Having no windows made the space look dark. There was no table inside to eat at. There were clear signs of it being more a residential block rather than for short term lets. Area/location was not great.
• Teresa (4/5): Had potential but huge let down - The location is exceptional and the apt was very very clean. The convenience of the washer & dryer and parking. The property was suppose to have access to a pool and stated it had a sofa bed. We were thrown out of the pool by security on the first day and denied access for the rest of our stay and threatened with being charged with treapass due to the building not allowing Air B&B & short tele rentalz. The couch is NOT a sofa bed and if your under 4ft then you can fit, we had to buy my 12yr old a blow up mattresses to sleep on. The pool, location and sleeping fa ate the 3 reasons we choose the place. We were offered a $50 refund which we feel isn’t enough considering after the security guard decided to restrict our access to all ammenities we had to sneak around and use the back entrance to come and go. For my son to be faced with the possibility of being confronted again it was upsetting. Finally the apt was next to the back exit which was used 24hrs hours so we had to put up with the banging of the door at all hours . The picture and written description do not match so ONLY use the picture as the description because it isn’t 1 bedroom with living room & sofa bed its 100% small studio and no sofa bed.

• Anonymous (10/5): The most gorgeous apartment to stay in the centre of Hollywood! Was fab to come home to such a comfortable space at the - This apartment is stunning! It is in the most perfect location…right on the Walk of Fame and close to all Hollywood’s main attractions (Universal Studios, Warner Bros, the Hollywood sign etc.)! The apartment was super comfortable, clean and had great facilities. The host is so nice and friendly, she gave very clear instructions on how to check in and out and how to use the apartment amenities like the lovely pool and the free parking garage! The apartment was well equipped with everything you might need like extras towels, hair dryer, iron, and a full kitchen. The TV at the end of the bed has Netflix which was lovely after a long day! Amazing apartment, perfect for a trip away to Hollywood, with great value for money. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone wanting to visit Hollywood/LA. Everything was perfect!!

• Lukas (10/5): Best place to stay in LA! - - 24 hours security guard on duty so we always felt safe - even though Hollywood can be a pretty rough neighbourhood, the apartment has an excellent location in a quiet side street of Hollywood Boulevard - close to many bars, shops, 7-eleven (great pizza btw) , McDonald’s … - exceptionally clean and comfortable

Area was very quiet and was able to get my full hours of sleep without noises. Basic amenities were available but was missing body wash. Bed was comfortable and there was a lot of room for storage. I would book again and recommend this place! Thank you for the stay
• Bethany (10/5): Exceptional - The location was great, considering Hollywood can be very rough! The apartment block was nice, with a great pool and friendly neighbours. Very close to a 7/11, Target and tourist attractions. Apartment doesn't have much light so you tend to have to keep the lights on during the day.

Quiet building with parking and gym, swimming pool is available for summer time. Concierge is present too. Sink in the kitchen was partly clogged.

Great touch of fresh flowers and chocolate ❤️ The internet was not working during our stay which also meant the tv was non functional. Some backup internet or prior notice would have been helpful - nevertheless still a great stay.
