• Saiful (1/5): Unethical - downgraded despite full payment made - All of the scores here is based on one and one reason only - my booking was downgraded despite making full payment ahead of arrival. At 11pm check in, I will never think anyone would consider downgrading my booking all in the name of 'overbooked', and yet here I was. There's no refunds, there's no option for upgrades or credit return - just plain short-handed. Sleek move by the host I must say. But very unethical.

• Mervi (10/5): Great experience :) - Clean room, good location with public transport almost at the road. Quiet over night, a bit of noise of the traffic earlier at night. Very frienly service and deposit can be paid on any curency and were returned at check out. Aricon was cold, filtered water on common areas, hot shower with good pressure and very friendly service. Room as described and as per photos. Gym was a bit too hot for my liking and needs a bit of dusting.

• Muriel (10/5): Not central, but excellent value and easy to reach. - This is my third stay at SCC Velodrome, so it says it all. I always book Deluxe rooms, because I want rooms with windows (I feel depressed when I don't see the daylight). The value here is excellent considering the size of the rooms, the cleanliness and the amenities. Good matress, kettle and kopi , big closet with clothhangers, shampoo and toilet paper. Aircon and fan. Down in their kitchen : water dispenser, and a fridge at disposal. Little fitness place and common area with TV. Good Wifi. What else do you need? The walls are thin, you have to hope for quiet neighbors, but I was always lucky. The place is not central, which means that you need to take the MRT - LRT toTaman Pertama to reach it. Quite easy, 6 mn walking from the station. The place is located along a highway, but deluxe rooms are on the backside, facing trees and a small parking place for those arriving with a car.

One of the rooms the door can't locked and other the air conditioner not cooling. The last one is the curtains not working. Is very poor service

So i stay here for 1 night to finish my work 1st booking get window room, 2nd booking no window room with same price. I am so happy if my booking same with the picture shown
