Arco Iris (8/5): - O apartamento está com as paredes internas descascando a torneira do banheiro quase não sai água perdemos muito tempo na fila. para fazer o check-in porque o Anfitrião colocou a reserva no Diroma 3 tive que ligar para ele resolver os funcionários que nos atendeu foram muito eficientes parabéns nossa reserva estava no Diroma 1 mais deu tudo certo Comprei um título do clube boa noite 🌙

stefany (5/5): Lugar velho e com várias coisas estragadas. - Da estrutura do parque aquático e das dependências do hotel. 1°: o ventilador de teto da sala estava estragado. 2°: o ar-condicionado super velho, não gelava quase nada, tivemos que solicitar uma manutenção pra ver se melhorava, não melhorou muita coisa. 3° armário do banheiro quebrado, desgastado, bem velho. 4° só tinha 2 pratos de plásticos, talheres bem escassos, sem faca para corte. Panelas pequenas, e não havia frigideira. 5° não havia um lugar para sentar na sala, não tinha sofá, e as cadeiras da bancada estavam todas quebradas. 6° a tv do quarto só pegava os canais próprios da Samsung(horríveis), só havia tv a cabo na tv da sala. 7° cama bem pequena e dura. Resumo, dou nota 4 de 10. Tem quartos bem melhores no diroma
