• Siegbert (3/5): - Die Lage ist perfekt, die Umgebung ist absolut ruhig. Der Schlafraum war furchtbar mit Rauchgeruch behaftet. Der Kühlschrank im Schlafzimmer nicht gut. Die Sitzmöglichkeiten zum Frühstück schlecht, weil es nur ein Sofa und einen ganz niedrigen Tisch gab. Leider zu teuer für die Unterkunft

• Marc (10/5): Excellent accueil dans un petit appartement cosy et fonctionnel - Bernhard est un hôtel très accueillant et très attentif aux voyageurs qu’il reçoit. Son appartement est cosy et très fonctionnel. Tout le nécessaire y est mis à disposition. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

• Gary (10/5): Location !!! Hidden gem - Please don’t be fooled by the entrance to this building ! This place is a hidden gem we stayed for 3 nights it’s very quiet with fabulous wifi , in the perfect location close to the underground making it just minutes away from everything! Bernie (with his big fridge ) is the perfect host taking the time to get us settled in , supplying fresh coffee beans and giving us recommendations for great restaurants he is very responsive if needed ! Also very thankful for the washer/dryer. Highly recommend heads up there is no lift , wasn’t a problem for us having Bernie there to help The condition of entrance and stair well
• Umit (10/5): Great host and great place to stay in Vienna! - The property was exactly the same as we saw on the photos.It had everything we needed.The bed was very comfortable and the big tv was a plus for us!Bernhard,the owner was the friendliest and nicest host we have ever met..He tried to be helpfull in every matter and was extremely kind to us! We have found our place to stay whenever we come to Vienna and we strongly suggest this place to all Vienna-lovers! Thank you Bernhard for being the nicest host to us!
• Nadire99 (4/5): DO NOT recommend this place for non smokers - The host was exceptionally helpful, he did everything he could to get us the keys and explained all about the apartment even though we neglected to read and respond to his emails on the day of our arrival. The apartment was quite spacious, the bed was very comfortable, the refrigerator was huge and worked perfectly, the coffee machine was exceptional, and the washer/dryer was very good. The apartment was situated in a perfect location, within 5 minutes walking distance to westbahnhof, and there were many supermarkets and restaurants around. Unfortunately the apartment smelled very badly of cigarette smoke. We opened the windows but could not get rid of the smell. It was nauseating to sleep so we had to keep the windows open in spite of the cold. We later realized that it was written that the place was for smokers, a fact that we had not seen when we booked the place. The couch was broken and very uncomfortable. There was a big patch of construction that did not look OK on the side of the bathtub. In general, the apartment was a bit shabby and not well kept. It was not also very clean. The building was very shabby and smelled very bad. Looking at the photos, we had expected a spotless and very modern apartment in a modern building, however it turned out to be almost the opposite.

• Wishnu (9/5): Superb - The apartment is pleasant to stay. It has good facilities (kitchen, sets to cook, TV, coffee etc). It is also close to a main street with plenty of shops (about 5-7m walk), and there is a grocery nearby (4m walk).
• Gastón (7/5): Fancy - There were a lot of fancy details: great coffee machine, bluetooth mirror (yeah, you read that right), washing machine and dryer, etc. The AC was not working that week, and it was a very big reason for choosing that apartment. Also the apartment is smaller than it seems in the pictures.

• Kateryna (9/5): Nice stay in a good place - The apartment is well situated in the middle between Inner Stadt and Schonbrun castle, on the calm street next to the big street with plenty of shops and cafes. The apartment was quite spacious, especially the main room. It was also cool to stay in an old building, as I was always curious how they look from the inside. The curtains were really good, opaque, no light going through them at night and also the apartment was rather calm. Bernardo, the host, was nice, provided all the information we needed. The mattress was somewhat soft to my taste, but was perfectly good for my husband.
• Aelita (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was amazing. It had everything you could possibly need and even more. Huge fridge with freezer, smart trash can, smart mirror and the best of the best lamp with speaker. Beds and pillows were really comfy and there was also a sofa with table. Pretty big TV included netflix which was also great. The kitchen had all important things. The owner was very nice and talkative and he explained to us how to use everything and also told us about some of the places in Vienna. Little minus was the time that he took for cleaning the apartment. We got there at 3 pm but due a lot of people visiting during this time of the year he needed extra 3 hours to clean everything up. We didn't mind that much and left for those 3 hours to the city and when we came back everything was in perfect condition so at the end of day it's understandable and fine. 10/10 and i can definitely recommend this apartment.

• Michelle (10/5): The perfect middle-of-the-long-trip place to catch my breath! - It was so easy to locate, the host was easy to contact and the place was in a really quiet building on a quiet street right near easy busy area access. The weather, but I don't think the host can control that! It was my only timein Europe that was below 30 degrees.

• George (10/5): Super stay - It was super clean and spacious, with a very comfortable bed, a huge TV, huge bathtub, and huge refrigerator. Very high tech with LED lights. Bernhardt, the owner, was the perfect host, very communicative and helpful. Things just couldn't be better. Highly recommended.
