• Valerie (8/5): A good accomodation experience close to lake in Sevan - The host was very nice and very friendly. The place is well located in the city. Although the surroundings are not appealing the apartment itself is well equipped with full kitchen and really nice bathroom. There is a very small bedroom and confortable sofa bed in the living room to accommodate a child or two The price is a bit high compared to similar accommodations we had in the same country.
• Jing (10/5): Exceptional - 非常好，强烈推荐。It's new on booking, so there weren't any specific reviews. The location on Google Maps is incorrect, leading us to a home where a local family kindly helped us. They even drove us to what we thought was the correct address, with their three kids squeezed into the car with their mom and dad. However, once again, we ended up knocking on the wrong door. After an hour and a lot of warm-hearted assistance, we finally arrived at our destination. This experience became a memorable adventure, showing us just how friendly Armenians are. (Tip: Use Yandex Maps in this area. The guest house is the right-hand room on the 3rd floor of the outermost gate.) To our surprise, the interior was modern and well-equipped. The sofa bed, which is usually uncomfortable, was so cozy that we couldn't bring ourselves to get out of it. The place had everything we needed, including a kitchen to cook and make coffee. The water pressure was strong, even though the host warned us that the water might be turned off after midnight. Thankfully, that didn't happen during our stay. The location is great—just a 15-minute walk to the public beach and a five-minute walk to downtown. One bedroom doesn't have blackout curtains, and there's no hairdryer. I'm sure the host will gradually address these issues.
• H (10/5): Excellent apartment. - We made a booking for one night we extended it to 5 nights , really had a truly delightful experience. Conveniently located near to supermarkets, bakery , and 15 minutes walk to sevan lake it offered easy access to all places . The apartment is new , very clean, beautifully modern decorated, with a comfortable bed and kitchen equipped with everything that made our stay very enjoyable. The owner exceptionally friendly and attentive, he took us by his car and showed the area providing excellent recommendations for the places we can visit. He ensured that every detail of our stay was perfect. We appreciated his kindness and nice gesture. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting sevan.It’s a gem that combines comfort, excellent service, and a great location, and I would certainly return." Nothing. All perfect
