Die Frühstücksboxen wurden mit sehr viel Liebe im Detail hergerichtet und es hat uns an nicht gefehlt. Ein riesiges Spielzimmer für unsere Enkelkinder war für diese der absolute Renner. Die Suite war super ausgestattet, die Crew hat sich permanent um uns bemüht und hatte immer ein Lächeln auf den Lippen. Es wa einfach nur wunderschön.

- Clemens (9/5): Gerne wieder - Wir waren bislang reguläre Horels gewohnt. Positiv überrascht von der tollen Suite. Das mit dem Frühstück ist etwas kompliziert. Da wir eigentlich für 4 Personen prepaid bereits 'bestellt' hatten, waren wir verwundert, dass wir das Frühstück trotzdem bestellen mussten. Wenn man dann weniger nimmt, verschwindet das dann dennoch im Pauschalbetrag. Hier wäre ein fixes System mit zubuchbarer Verpflegung besser, dann gibt es keine Verwirrungen.

- Jaroslav (10/5): Super apartmán - top of the top - Dispozice nám naprosto vyhovovala. Dva dostatečně prostorné pokoje a kuchyň s rozkládací sedačkou. Ráno v 8 hod. nás potěšila snídaně doručená v boxu přede dveře. Byli jsme celkem tři dospělí. Každý měl svůj pokoj s dítětem, třetí spal v předsíni na rozkládací sedačce. Pro dvě malé děti (1 rok a 2,5 roku) byly připravené dětské postýlky. Na lodžii (na balkoně) byla k dispozici sauna, kterou jsme si moc užili. Všichni jsme se shodli, že takto koncipovaný apartmán by byl pro naši rodinu naprosto ideální. Skvělá je i poloha kousek od lanovky (parkování bezplatné), kde si nahoře děti užily spoustu zábavy. Je tam pro ně připraveno hodně aktivit, včetně několik set metrů dlouhé trasy se stanovišti. Celkově hodnotíme tento apartmán jako top of the top.

- אמיר (10/5): Great success! - Great place, clean and comfortable, the kids were very happy. The sauna in each apartment is great. The staff are very nice and welcoming, the kids club and toys are great, convenient parking, we enjoyed every minute. The kitchen was great and contains a dishwasher which is extremely helpful, but can improve a bit regarding cooking gear (knives which actually cut especially).
- Kristyna (10/5): Wonderful Stay - Beautiful, practical, spotlessly clean, spacious, and comfortable apartment. It features premium materials and thoughtfully designed details, offering both comfort and style. The apartment is located just a 4-minute walk from the city center and close to all bus lines. Included was a Sommer Card with seemingly endless possibilities, and we also received excellent tips for trips and dining. The internet connection was outstanding—fully suitable even for conference calls. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were very comfortable, and the breakfasts were delicious. I’d also like to highlight the pleasant vibe of the entire apartment building. From the very first moment, everyone was incredibly kind and helpful with everything. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it. Our apartment had a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains, although it was situated above a fairly busy local street. This didn’t affect our stay inside the apartment at all-it was perfectly quiet and peaceful indoors. However, it's worth noting that the street noise did impact sitting out on the balcony during the mornings. The street becomes however much quieter from around 7 PM onwards, and we spent most of our days out exploring on trips, so it wasn’t a major issue at all.

Wow… the only thing I would change is the mattress, it could have been so much sweeter with a memory foam mattress… but no necessarily uncomfortable… Also, pay attention to the office hours of the front desk, after a certain time of day, you cannot reach anyone at the front desk. Just be aware. Otherwise, I highly recommend this lovely place!

Everything was simply exceptional: the apartment was spacious and comfortable, the service was excellent, and the cleanliness was top-notch. But the absolute highlight of my stay was the breathtaking view — it truly added something magical to the experience. As someone who lives in Dubai and has stayed at many hotels and resorts across the UAE, I can confidently say that Das bleibt Alpine Suites stands out in a very special way. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Schladming, and for me, this will definitely be my go-to place for future visits. An experience absolutely worth repeating! Honestly, there was absolutely nothing I didn’t like. Everything was perfect — from the cleanliness to the view. I was completely satisfied.
- Steve (7/5): Average was good but some of details in the room was a little bit budget friendly compare to the price and some improvem - Really clean & nice Sauna room at the balcony , spacious room with kitchen facilities. Also, you can have your breakfast in your room when you want which is very private and lovely. Their chairs and bed mattress were quite uncomfortable compared to the hotel price and the ‘seasonal fruits’ for our breakfast was just an apple everyday for 5days. Also we tried to contact to their What’s app for asking questions but never had a response.. so some of details seem to be lacking.

Das Chalet war „Blitz-Blank“ sauber, modern und stimmig eingerichtet, mit viel Holz und einem positiven, gesunden Ambiente, das sofort eine einladende, warme und gemütliche Wohlfühl-Atmosphäre verschafft. Die Räumlichkeiten sind großzügig und bieten viel Stauraum. Angenehm war auch, das es wo nötig, hochwertige und wohlriechende -tuende Beauty-Produkte gab. Besonders praktisch fanden wir die vielen Haken und Ablagen zum Aufhängen und Organisieren der Kleidung und Ausrüstung. Die vielen Steckdosen, machen das Aufladen unserer Geräte zum Kinderspiel. Die voll ausgestattete Küche ermöglichte uns eine flexible Selbstversorgung, und die eigene Sauna war nach einem langen Skitag genau das Richtige zur Entspannung. Der Service an der Rezeption war durchweg freundlich, kompetent, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend – ein echter Pluspunkt! Der Skikeller ist modern, sauber und großzügig gestaltet, perfekt für unsere Ski-Ausrüstung. Es gibt sogar einem Extra-Raum, der Werkzeug bereithält. Der Ski-Bus hält in beiden Richtungen am „das bleibt“. Es gibt genügend und großzügige Parkplätze, auch Ladestrom für E-Autos. Das Frühstückskonzept war interessant und hat uns neugierig gemacht – hier könnte man vielleicht noch ein paar Details optimieren. Ein gelungener Skiurlaub und eine absolut empfehlenswerte Unterkunft, die Ihren Preis hat und keine Wünsche offenlässt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

There is no door to the shower toilet although there is a curtain but the curtain was too small in width it wasn’t able to fully close out the gaps so if traveling with friends or family it might be a little awkward 😅

- Tigran (10/5): Chic and Splendid - This place is beyond amazing! Every single penny is absolutely worth it. The attention to detail and the delightful ambiance immediately transport you to a luxurious paradise. The sauna and the spacious apartments, equipped with everything you could possibly need and more, exceeded our expectations. We initially planned to stay for one day and later booked a smaller apartment for an extra day, and we were pleasantly surprised when we were offered the chance to extend our stay in our first bigger apartment. It's truly a top-notch place! And to top it off, they even provide a Summer card that gives you free daily rides on the mountain cable car and unlimited access to public transport in the region. Check-out is a little late, but the friendly service and excellent amenities, along with accessible and super clean guest restrooms, outweigh this.

We booked a two bedroom apartment. It had everything which we were expecting. It was close to the centre. The staff were super helpful. Allowed us to check in early on our first day. It would have been good to have an option to provide a table fan in the apartment, although the apartment had some central cooling. We asked for it but unfortunately it was not available. When we arrived, the temperature was around 27 degrees. The apartment had a cooling temperature set at 21 degrees which was not so comfortable at night. Luckily the next few days were quite cool as it rained. So, it was all fine.

- Elena (8/5): Cozy apartment in the center of Schladming. - The apartment was very nice. The decoration was modern but cozy. The staff was very nice. The breakfast was nice. The presentation in the box was very original but it was far too much food and all savory. I would include something sweet, to have a sweet option, instead of three pieces of bread per person. Two things: 1) There is not enough clothes storage space (no wardrobes and just two drawers for 4 people), so the clothes are hanging in your view all the time. I prefer clothes in wardrobes with doors to make the room look tidier. 2) The extra cleaning fee: When we did the check-out they charged us an extra fee for room cleaning, for cleaning the room after we left. They never cleaned our room during the stay. It was a standard fee, 130 euros, and it was not because of our room being dirty (we tidied, did the beds, and passed the hoover around the room every day, despite it being our holidays). I consider that cleaning the room after the stay for a new guest to use the room should be included in the price and not added as an extra, as a surprise, on the last day. I wouldn't have minded paying a little bit more for the room, for example, 20 euros per day, but not being informed at the end just before leaving.

They suprized me every time with how much toguhts they gave to any detail in this hotel (kids magical box, night story, teddy present, Lego in the living room and more). The private sauna was also very nice. The staff was welcoming and very easy to reach via WhatsApp. The location is great, close to the town center. The restaurant recommendations by the hotel were very good. The breakfast was a bit overpriced, but the experience was great nevertheless and it was served beautifully
